Brain : How to keep it very “ SHARP”, “ ACTIVE ” and very “ HEALTHY ” after the age of “ SIXTY ”

Brain : How to keep it very “ SHARP”, “ ACTIVE ” and very “ HEALTHY ” after the age of “ SIXTY ”
It and these  is a very common words and a world wide hit phenomenon to hear that – I HAVE IT SEEMS GROWN OLD. THE AGE HAS TAKEN MY TOLL. I WANT TO WORK MORE AS I HAVE NOT EARN MORE , BUT I CANNOT DO IT GOD KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN.
No sooner we face any difficulties we start remembering God but then GOD has given us the BRAIN which we HARDLY use by 5 percent to ward all the difficulties that we face from AGE TO AGE and TIME TO TIME . If only we USE our BRAIN from TIME TO TIME and from AGE TO AGE believe me we will NEVER feel OLD and WEAK as well as WEARY to face the storms of LIFE that hit us.
Why is that all of a sudden after 45 slowly but surely we feel like we are LOSING our mental strength and resistance to lose most of our battle with the time.  IT IS BECAUSE WE DO NOT KEEP OUR BRAIN ACTIVE AT ALL AFTER THE AGE OF 45.

If we really work on the MENTAL FITNESS more than the PHYSICAL fitness what ever our age may be and whatever we do working very hard, the TIREDNESS will never hit us. However for that the BRAIN needs to be kept very ACTIVE, YOUNG and ELECTRIFYING by WORKING on the BRAIN .We work on everything but we rarely and hardly work on the brain at all. There lies the crux and the problems for us to face all the time.
MEMORY LAPSE : It IS Mostly Due To “ Organic Disorders  "

By the passage of the time we begin to loose our memory. The smallest and the minute of the minutest things are lost and are NEVER recovered  by us .This is a real case of memory loss. The mute QUESTION is – WHY THIS MEMORY LOSS
Everyone has the occasional "senior moment." Maybe you've gone into the kitchen and can't remember why or can't recall a familiar name during a conversation. Memory lapses can occur at any age, but aging alone is generally not a cause of cognitive decline. When significant memory loss occurs among older people, it is generally not due to aging but to organic disorders, brain injury, or neurological illness.
If it is so HOW CAN YOU PREVENT THESE MALADIES AND PREVENT THE LOSS OF THE MEMORY . Well here lies the answer - :
Studies have shown that you can help prevent cognitive decline and reduce the risk of dementia with some basic good health habits:
Control cholesterol problems and high blood pressure. ...
  1. This can be done by CHEWING ONE clove of GINGER TWICE a week and gulping it with luke warm water . The constant flow of the blood which becomes thick and heavier would be very thin and as light as the water to flow into the veins in the body. This kind of a blood when received by the BRAIN during the circulation of the BLOOD  OXIDISES the BRAIN in a much better manner and the brain becomes very strong A strong brain never gets tired and neither loses the memory as it retain it for the most of the time. That apart the ginger makes the vein very strong internally
  2. Do Not Drink Too Much Of Tea and Beverages : To use the BEST of the brain one need to understand that the brain has to kept cool. There is a straight relation between the brain and the stomach. A STOMACH IS THE CARBURETTOR OF THE BODY If the  stomach is in  order then the entire body is in order and the BRAIN would be cool as ever. Too much of alchohol, tea, coffee or beverages upsets the stomach and it completely upsets the brain as it makes the brain HOT. It is necessary that the brain is kept cool. A hot brain kills many cells within it and obviously the functioning of the brain get turtled. This is one reason of the brain becoming defunct with the growth in age.
  3. Don't smoke or drink excessively. ...Simple , smoking and letting in the NICOTINE affects our lungs, first, then it affects the heart rapidly and as a result the IMPURE OXYGEN contaminated with the impure blood when it circulates through the brain, the brain gets distorted. It’s cell membrane gets cracked, annihilated and  destructed. There is a memory loss and the slow functioning of the brain makes the body slow and the body starts losing the energy and the power to work as usual. This is a big reason why the brain slowly becomes inactive and weak.
  4. Exercise regularly. ... Walking atleast three kilometers a day, slow running , Yoga exercise where you breathe in and exhale out the air as best advised if you are not in a position to exercise heavily
  5. Eat a healthy diet. ... A simple food habit giving you atleast 3500 calorie of heat for the entire day should be the food intake. However if you are an athlete or a sportsman a food habit of 4500 calorie is the minimum requirement to keep yourself energized and the brain very active . However the food should contain a lot of proteins and a lot of green vegetables for the same. Non vegetarian habit will not help in the long run as it hot tens up the body and the stomach gets heated up which heats the brain. This will not help the brain to function properly
  6. Get a good education. ...Education is more important about HOW TO LIVE A SIMPLE BUT A ACTIVE LIFE. Simple habits which controls the body in a manner that the body is not infected and remaining active with the brain functioning in a proper manner without it’s cell membrane getting disturbed and destroyed will keep the brain always YOUNG and active
  7. Stimulate your brain. ...Read a lot, attempt to solve the riddles and the quiz, attempt to solve the mathematical problems which requires the alertness of the brain , memorise always what did you do the entire day yesterday and what have you forgotten that you need to do, move the body to work and keep the brain busy at work, these are the things which keeps the brain very active .This definitely sharpens the brain and keep it going and moving fast.
  8. Staying physically active : Light exercise if you cannot do the heavy exercise, reading and writing, solving the puzzles, solving the quizs, and many tests like ther Test of Reasoning, trying to find out the awareness and it’s test are the one’s which keep and sharpens the brain.
  9. Getting enough sleep Sleep of about seven hours in the night and arleast one hour in the day is a MUST and it comes FIRST. Enzymes and immunities which are very necessary to form within the body are formed only during the time of the sleep. It is never formed while you are at work as the brain remains at work then. If the enzymes and the immunities formed are upto the standard and the marks, the brain will never become loose, and weak and one would never be subjected to attack of the disease very quickly
  10. Not smoking BELIEVE ME ; A CIGGARETTE TAKES AWAY FIVE SECONDS OF YOUR PRECIOUS LIFE AND KILLS YOUR BRAIN BY HALF AN HOUR The brain and it’s cells are completely damaged if you smoke continuously say upto the age of 45. Thereafter you are subjected to HAEMORRAGE, BRAIN DISORDERS , MIGRAINES etc . STOP SMOKING IOMMEDIATELY if you want to remain active PERMANENTLY
Certain health conditions that can impair cognitive skills include diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, depression, and hypothyroidism. If you have any of these health issues, you can help protect your memory by following your doctor's advice carefully.
  11. Memory changes can be frustrating, but the good news is that, thanks to decades of research, you can learn how to get your mind active. There are various strategies we can use to protect and improve memory. Here are several you might try.
  12. Keep learning
A higher level of education is associated with better mental functioning in old age.. Challenging your brain with mental exercise is believed to activate processes that help maintain individual brain cells and stimulate communication among them. Pursuing a hobby, learning a new skill, or volunteering for a project at work that involves a skill you don't usually use can function the same way and help improve memory.
    2. Use all your senses
The more senses you use in learning something, the more of your brain that will be involved in retaining the memory.. Brain imaging indicated that the piriform cortex, the main odor-processing region of the brain, became active when people saw objects originally paired with odors, even though the smells were no longer present and the subjects hadn't tried to remember them. So, challenge all your senses as you venture into the unfamiliar.
    3. Believe in yourself
Myths about aging can contribute to a failing memory. Middle-aged and older learners do worse on memory tasks when they're exposed to negative stereotypes about aging and memory, and better when the messages are positive about memory preservation into old age.. If you believe you can improve and you translate that belief into practice, you have a better chance of keeping your mind sharp.
    4. Prioritize your brain use
If you don't need to use mental energy remembering where you laid your keys or the time of your granddaughter's birthday party, you'll be better able to concentrate on learning and remembering new and important things. Take advantage of calendars and planners, maps, shopping lists, file folders, and address books to keep routine information accessible. Designate a place at home for your glasses, purse, keys, and other items you use often.
    5. Repeat what you want to know
When you want to remember something you've just heard, read, or thought about, repeat it out loud or write it down. That way, you reinforce the memory or connection.
    6. Space it out
Repetition is most potent as a learning tool when it's properly timed. It's best not to repeat something many times in a short period, as if you were cramming for an exam. Instead, re-study the essentials after increasingly longer periods of time — once an hour, then every few hours, then every day. Spacing out periods of study helps improve memory and is particularly valuable when you are trying to master complicated information, such as the details of a new work assignment.

Tips for sharpening your brain

Challenge yourself. One especially useful idea is to get out of your comfort zone by tackling something new, even though you might feel a bit befuddled at first. That sense of befuddlement actually challenges the brain to stretch. “The comfort zone is where the brain turns to mush.”
Retire to something, not from something. Retire from your job but do not retire from the work that you need to do everyday and on a consistent basis. Keep yourself busy reading, writing , calling your near and the dear once, cooking, shopping, buying, falling back to what you had done and read yesterday and how that can be linked to the day, preparing some light meals, warming the milk at your home on a regular basis, gardening, watering the plants etc….. “Sadly, though early retirement may seem like paradise, it’s hell on the brain. That’s because our work is often one of the most consistently stimulating things we do.”
Learn something new every day. . According to brain scans, those elements who are constantly working and keeping themselves engaged who had actually reshaped a key region of their brains, strengthening cognitive function always find their brain in the topmost condition for an effective expedition of the work. .
Find your balanceStudies have shown that people who can’t stand on one leg for more than 20 seconds are more likely to have damage to small blood vessels in the brain, such as tiny bleeds or ministrokes. Walking for about three kilometers per day really helps a lot in maintain the brain and the body at the correct place beside gulping atleast FIVE litres of water everyday. A small cup of milk say 200 millitres added with three pinch of turmeric to make it a turmeric milk that can be taken everyday provides the necessary stimulant to the brain to conserve it’s energy and keep oneself very fit for the entire life

It is very important and it becomes pertinent to know  what are the BEST and the most suitable method to keep the MIND always FRESH, VIBRANT, ENERGETIC and very YOUNG so that the mind and the BRAIN that controls the entire body can be kept young and very nourished so that it could be used in the best of the manner

One of the most important factor is the DIET. Lot of FRESH water, and a LOT of FRUITS or fruits juice helps in the matter.

Mind you while gulping water DO take care that FREEZED water should NOT be consumed at all. That is NOT good for health at all. Nothing like consuming LUKE WARM water say about four glasses per day beside the ROOM TEMPERED water. That is the recipe and that is what it holds.

When I talk about the fruits, I only mean say three to four pieces of the same. Say- for example if you chew grapes, just four to five pieces of it will do.Similiarly is the case of strawberries, raspberries, pine-apple for the taje and for the same

The juices that one should consume at least ONCE in say 15(Fifteen) days are-:

1).  Grape Juice-:
Pic - : Grape Juice

It contains a lot of GLUCOSE, natural fructose, and original sugar which provides the necessary energy to the brain to strengthen itself and to remain fresh and calm.A cool and a fresh brain always helps in working more, without being getting tired, and it reduces the BRAIN-EXERTION . It helps in the long run.
2). Raspberry Juice-:

This is considered to be ONE of the BEST juice that is a must for consumption to keep the brain always healthy and very alert and young.
Pics :: Raspberry
It has the following specialties-:
Raspberries are a good source of antioxidants. The antioxidant content of plant foods, such as raspberries, may help prevent a range of health conditions.
...The fiber in raspberries can also help manage or prevent:

blood pressure.
cholesterol levels.
obesity.
heart disease.
stroke.
  • Strawberry
  • Strawberry is a seasonal fruit but it can be obtained at any reputed stores or the vegetable selling malls etc.

  • Pics-: Strawberry

  • It enjoys the following advantages -:
  • Packed with vitamins, fiber, and particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols, strawberries are a sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, low-calorie food. They are among the top 20 fruits in antioxidant capacity and are a good source of manganese and potassium
  • Pomegranate -::
  • Considered to be the BEST food in terms of the juice during the pregnancy, this fruit has the following advantages::
  • Pics :: Pomegranate Juice ::
    • Protects us from free radicals. ...
    • It thins your blood. ...
    • Prevention of atherosclerosis. ...
    • It acts like an oxygen mask. ...
    • It prevents arthritis. ...
    • Fights erectile dysfunction. ...
    • Fights heart disease and prostate cancer. ...
    • Pomegranate is loaded with beneficial nutrients.
  •  The Worst in terms of the condition of the Brain::
The nostril and the nose which always is filled with MUCOUS and which keeps on flowing are the one’s which are severaly attacked and it affects the functioning of the brain. The reason is the flow of the MUCOUS to the brain and if that happens the BRAIN gets heavy and it starts getting disinfected
Pic- : Inserting the DESI Ghee
What Could be then the best of the remedy to absolutely get the brain cleared from these maladies. The brain if NOT slowly starts developing all the symptoms of HAEMORAGGE and MIGRAINE . It is just the NECCESITY to avoid putting oneself in that position and what can be done is as I write below-:
Applying a thin layer of ghee to the inner wall of your nostrils will prevent the entrance of pollutants present in the air you breathe. Called Nasya Karma, this practice also clears the sinus veins/ passages, thus preventing congestion. ... Pure cow ghee can be used as Nasal Drops.

Desi ghee is known for its miraculous properties. An ancient practise is to instil a little warm ghee in each nostril once a day and sniff. You can use an eye-dropper or a clean finger dipped in ghee. "Here is a more powerful remedy that you can use for severe sinus congestion and pain
Mind you it has to be the PURE “ DESI” ghee made out of the milk of the cow. That is the only MEDICINE and that is the ONLY way out, nothing much and nothing other, ONLY COW MILK and that too DESI as we call it.
