The Newsspaper which cried out the imposition of “ EMERGENCY ”
That Was The “ DAY ” of “ COMPLETE MURDER ” of the “ DEMOCRACY ” and “ STABBING ” Indian Constitution to “ DEATH ”
June 25th, this day as if the ALMIGHTY had made it for THREE of the GOLDEN moments of India with ONE being termed as what I have mentioned at the headline here and the other two are the TWO GOLDEN MOMENTS that could be related to the Indian cricket where 88 years ago India made her Test debut in International cricket and the other was the World Cup Victory at the Lords, some 37 years ago on this date.
Sports and the event related and said here, the day June 25th  is always considered to be the day when NOT only the Indian democracy was MURDERED but the CONSTITUTION of India was KILLED by a lady whose name was Indira Priyadarshini who became Indira Gandhi, the Prime Minister of India.

Newspaper clipping of the declaration of Emergency
ON THAT DAY THE ENTIRE “ INDEPENDENCE ” OF INDIA WAS SIEZED AND CAPTURED FOR 21 MONTHS
What Actually Had Happened One Might Ask . Well this is it in short-:
Today is the date June 25th, and about 45 years ago, the emergency was proclamation imposed on this day after getting it endorsed from the Hon'ble President of India Mr Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed, then.
Every freedom of speech was suppressed and the power were vested to ONE individual in this country
The proclamation was drafted by the then Chief Minister of West Bengal Mr Siddarth Shankar Ray on June 24 th 1975 as per the direction of Mrs Indira Gandhi, and it was the late Premier of the country then , Mrs Indira Gandhi who got it drafted as per her own will and fancies. She did it overnight and imposed it at night, ie overnight without really bothering at all to get it passed from the houses that governed the seats of the both the houses and the next day she took it to the Hon'ble President to get it endorsed The same day on June 24 th 1975 exactly at 11.57 PM she declared emergency which came into implementation the next day, and it was the DARKEST DAY in the annals of the Indian democracy beside the DEATH of the DEMOCRACY at India.
For two - and -a - half - years as they say but EXACTLY 21 MONTHS, till March 21st 1977, India was under the slavery rule of Mrs Indira Gandhi then .
It happened after the national election of 1971 . Mrs Indira Gandhi was the victor for the Congress in 1971 .She had scaled Bangladesh attached to a war with Pakistan and had created a new country in the map of the world by creating Bangladesh. Ever since that she saw to it that she made a history by adding to her branding and making the way a ONE WAY TRAFFIC FOR THE CONGRESS to win the election in 1971.
In 1967 Indira Gandhi had won the election by FRAMING a NATIONAL SLOGAN  “ GARIBI HATAO ”  and there was no such slogan for the Congress except that INDIRA GANDHI CREATED BANGLADESH. Yes the Congress in 1971 won the national election by winning 352 seats out of the 517 to emerge out as the SINGLE-LARGEST-PARTY.
Rae Barielly :: Mr Rajnarayan and the ILL-USE of Mrs Gandhi of the administrative machineries

Mr Rajnarayan Who defeated Mrs Indira Gandhi at the COURT as well as in election
Every ting was going right for the Congress lest in 1975 Mr Rajnarayan who once was the HEALTH MINISTER of India  files SIX POINT charges against her in the Allahabad Court and the major concern were the-:
1). Mrs Gandhi used the help of Yashpal Sharma who was a Government employee without getting her resigned from the Government post to help her out in the campaign
2). Mrs Gandhi had used the Army Helicopters for campaigning for herself and her party which according to the CONSTITUTIONAL LAW is FORBIDDED
There were another four complaints against her but these two mentioned above were HEINOUSLY criminal in nature .
Thus Mr Rajnarayan who fought against Mrs Gandhi from Rae Barielly and had lost put the charges against her at the Allahabad High Court and the court in it’s verdict disbanded Mrs Gandhi from taking part in any election for a period of SIX years and also asked her to resign from the post of PRIME-MINISTER.
She went ahead and was contemplating her decision to resign from the post but her son Sanjay Gandhi who actually was SANJIV GANDHI according to the school admission certificate but had changed his name thereafter to Sanjay , advised her NOT to do so. Siezing this advise from her youngest son she filed an application to the Supreme Court  and got the verdict turned down in her favour.
No sooner that she got that she declared EMERGENGY stating that there was an INTERNAL DANGER to the SECURITY OF INDIA and according to the SECTION 352 of the Indian Constitution that governs the EMERGENCY and it’s rule IMPOSED the EMERGENCY at India.
Constitution that GOVERNS ARTICLE to Impose Emergency-:
I’m NOT a CONSTITUTIONAL LAWYER at all. However I have read a bit of it as it was under our course when we were studying the MBA course a the time when we were the student of the same.
The Constitution of India accords the RIGHT to impose emergency to the COUNTRY of India under TWO conditions-:
A ) > If at all there is an INTERNAL THREAT to it’s SECURITY then the PRIME MINISTER can get an approval of the same from the members of the two house and can IMPOSE the emergency
B ) > If there is a WAR imposed on India then it is a MUST that the EMERGENCY ought to be imposed within the country.
In 1962 when there was an Sino-India clash  NO EMERGENCY THEN WAS IMPOSED IN THE COUNTRY BY JAWAHARLAL NEHRU .
In 1971 when India was FIHTING a WAR against Pakistan there was an INTERM – EMERGENCY imposed at the country.
However when the EMERGENCY was imposed in 1975 on June 25th,  NIETHER ANY RESOLUTION OR AN APPROVAL WAS OBTAINED FROM BOTH THE HOUSE NOR THERE WERE ANY CLAUSES OR THE RULES OF THE CONSTITUTION THAT WAS FOLLOWED.
In ONE-STROKE without giving and letting it know to the people Madam Indira Gandhi imposed the EMERGENCY. Immediately all the LEADERS of the OPPOSITION were put to the JAIL, and there was a TOTAL BAN on the media.
Nothing without the permission of the PRESS INFORMATION BUREAU was  allowed to be printed by any media and all the TOP-HONCHOS of the media EXCEPT the newspaper BLITZ were put inside the jail.
So bad was the condition that NO BODY COULD FIND ANY INFORMATION AS TO WHAT WAS GOING IN THE COUNTRY and the ENTIRE nation was plunged into the DARKNESS in an manner.
There were some news that came out.It said that the ruling party has some measurable schemes ENTIRELY for the POOR for their welfare and these schemes if been had implemented would have given a COMPLETE change of the FACE of the poor. The opposition and the media were AGAINST it and to curb them the EMERGENCY was IMPOSED.
There were MANY UNCONSTITUTIONAL incidents that the Congress did it to everytime curb the people of it’s right and some of them were the -:
A ) > Turkman Gate Incident . It bulldozed the entire dwelling place of the Muslims at Delhi stating that it was done to CLEANSE the area at Delhi of the DIRT that were being caused by the Muslims of India.
B ) > The IMPOSITION of ANTI-FERTILISATION which was called as “ NUSBANDI ” It was a programme imposed by Mr Sanjay Gandhi saying that it was done to CONTROL the future population of India.
THOUGH CONSIDERED “JOKE” IT IS ACTUAL
It is considered to be JOKE but this is the TRUTH. Mr Fakruddin Ali Ahmed who was the President of this country , actually was having a BATH in his house when Mr Sanjay Gandhi went to his house. He came to know that Mr Ahmed was taking a shower.
Pic - :
Mr Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed , President who declared the “ EMERGENCY ”
He send in an message to the President saying- STOP HAVING THE SHOWER AND COME HERE IMMEDIATELY AS I’M WAITING FOR YOU. Mr Ahmed had to come wrapping himself in the towel and he had to sign on the PROCLAMATION of the emergency. That is HOW the Gandhi family use to rule the people of this country when Madam Indira Gandhi was the “ PM ”  of this country.
Pic - :
Mr Sanjay Gandhi who got the President "OUT " from his shower-bath and got the POISONOUS " PROCLAMATION " of the " EMERGENCY " signed
What was more. The party in ruling , the Congress went to the exact position of liquidating some of the recognized face of the Indian politics then and Mr Jaiprakash Narayan got killed in an hospital then. Mr Atal Behari Vajapayee was lucky as an attempt was made on him at the hospital for him to be slained but the POWER of the ALMIGHTY aided by his DESTINY saved him. There were many murders of the students and those who the Congress felt that they would be a DANGER to them in case if they were allowed to remain and it was again Mr George Fernandes who was targeted like anything but he survived. He was fixed for the Baroda Dynamite case but he was lucky to get away with that.
The entire freedom of the people in this country from June 25th 1975 to March 21st 1977, for about 21 months were SIEZED away by the CONGRESS and Mrs India Gandhi and the country had witnessed a kind of BLACK MOMENT that infact an Independent country as large as India and with that kind of a DEMOCRACY had NEVER witnessed.
India had GAINED her INDEPENDENCE twice, first against the Britishers  on August 15th 1947 and then for the second time on March 21st 1977 as many of the newspapers of the WORLD then cried.
There is ONE interesting fact about the Father Mr Jawaharlal Nehru and Mrs Indira Gandhi has COMMOM .That is-:
“ Mr Nehru had DECLARED the INDEPENDENCE DAY of India on the NIGHT of August 14th 1947 at 11.54PM from the station of the All India Radio to be followed and celebrated from the August 15th, 1947, every year and her daughter Mrs Indira Gandhi had declared the EMERGENCY on the NIGHT of JUNE 24th, 1975 at 11.57 PM from the station of All India Radio to be imposed from June 25th 1975 which we then FOLLOWED it till March 21st 1977 WITH “TEARS” following and " SHEDDING " from our " eye ”.
That is it in SHORT
Regards
