HISTORIC SPORTING MOMENTS OF INDIA :: PRE AND  POST INDEPENDENCE-:

In a year from now we shall be stepping into the first day of putting our life into the 75th years of the Independence of India. As of today we have completed the 73rd years and have put our feet into the 74th years In other words one year from now and we would be entering the zone of the platinium jubilee of our Independence of this nation.

It is a huge big achievement of the nation. As it is I’m one-by-one writing on my web blog page all about the lack and the sectors where our GDP ought to be enhanced so that slowly but surely we enhance it and become a vilable strong nation, but it ois the sports which also requires to be done with it, and I first start with the achievement that India has achieved, IN VERY SHORT in sports which infact is the achievement and a huge honour to the nation and the sports that scripts all about it’s history the the letters of GOLD.

I divide this article into two parts. The FIRST is the  INDIA’S achievement after the Independence and the second is India’s achievement before the Independence.

I do it because it is imperative that the achievement of India’s achievement after Independence ought to be jotted here first, because India then was participating as an Independent nation. The BRITISH – INDIA is jotted herewith afterwards as India was under the British.

Hereby one by one in SHORT and in brief I jot down India’s achievement in sports in the past years which slowly enters into the phase of platinum jubilee.

I have PURPOSELY inserted the pictures of the sportsstars of the YESTERYEARS' because the one's of the present generation as well as MANY of the previous would not KNOW by face about those who created all sort of history in SPORTS for India. To make them identifiable, I have pasted their picture here.
