No sooner that you think of a square breakfast especially in the region of Central India or even in the Northern part of the country, the FIRST that comes to the mind is the " POA- JALEBI " and Jalebi for that matter is the most wanted and the most favourite sweet that most of the Indiand prefer to have it for their breakfast.
So much so that in over 90% of the case it had and it has been either the pakoda or the Jalebi which did always break the monthly budget of the normal Indians who preferred to live even now within the monthly budget .
This article describes all about the two delicacies that are mostly preferred by the Indians.

" JALEBI " & " PAKODA "
Having writing all about Indian Budget and comparing it with the CHICKEN - 65 Masala I shall now turn over to writing all about the TWO most wanted and most liked , I would say the delicacy, the " JALEBI " and the " PAKODA " .This has to be written as these two most preferred and most wanted delicacy has and had always upset and uprooted the Indian budget that is mostly balanced by the one's who are the lower midle income and the middle income group that lives by mnthly budgetting here at India. The Upper Middle Income group too is not anyway diffeernt from these two that I have mentioned.

Jalebi basically is not an Indian delicacy . However it started at India a long time ago when the Indians were under the British rule way back in the 1600 AD when the East India company was laid at India
Actually Jalebi was prepared even before the East India Company was started at India but it gained prominence at that time because the Britishers liked Jalebi and with it the Pakoda's during the evening time at India for the Britishers became the most liked delicacy and they enjoyed eating this specially during the evening hours after a hard day .
In this manner they picked up these two Indian delicacy though the Britishers hardly would pick anything from India then, as they felt that the Indians were no and not good for anything, but this two Indian delicacy hit them to bug them SWEET and SALT .
Jalebi and Pakoda later were added to the dishes and the palates of the Britishers especially when they would throw a party The Britishers, especially those, who were posted at the Central India , made special request to add Pakoda's and Jalebi to their list of items that they would like to eat especially whenever there was a party thrown to them during that time
Jalebi in fact is the MOST delicious breakfast eatable items' for the North , Western and the Central Indians with Poah and Pakoda. In most part of the country a plate of Poah made by beaten rice is served by a kind of a broth to which the Pakoda is added to make it a most likeable palate specially for the breakfast The other very common breakfast in India for the people are POAH-JALEBI .
The entire market of Jalebi is about Rs 125 crores and there are about one crores of people engaged in preparing Jalebi It is a market which generates about 125 crores of business in India and employs about three crores of people to generate the employment .

Pakoda and Jalebi in toto contributes about 350 crores of revenue as business and the profit after all deduction to the people who run this business is about 100 crores .
One crore of people who are engaged in this business in toto earn about 100 crore after all deduction per annum which makes an average of an earning of Rs One Crore per business head
" THIS IS A VERY VERY PROFITABLE BUSNIESS AND IF ON AN AVERAGE A PERSON ENGAGED IN THIS BUSINESS EARNS ABOUT ONE CRORE THEN THERE IS NO BUSINESS LIKE IT " .
Not everyone individually earns one crore . Some might earn even less or meagre for them in terms of earning but on the whole there is a businessman generated by those who are in the business, who earn an amount of even one crore per annum if he is a big and a renowned businessman with a well laid out business unit that sells this items
The entire sweetmart market in India is about 1400 crores and the Pakoda along with the Jalebi together constitute about 350 crores. In other words 25 percent of the business is earned out of Jalebi which contributes about 100 crores of business and Pakoda which contributes about 250 crores of business.
This really gives an account about the SELF-EMPLOYMENT generated out of this business and what is more- THERE ARE ABOUT THREE TO FOUR CRORES OF UNEDUCATED BEINGS EMPLOYED IN THIS BUSINESS AS EMPLOYEES WHERE THEY WORK TO EARN THEIR LIVING
" NOTHING WRONG IN ENGAGING IN THIS BUSINESS AND EVEN IF YOU EARN RS THIRTY THOUSAND PER MONTH AFTER ALL DEDUCTION IN THIS BUSINESS- YOU HAVE MADE SOME BUCKS FOR YOURSELF " .
There was a huge argument and it was taken up by Mr Chidambaram when he taunted and flouted Mr Modi calling this business a NON- EMPLOYMENT at all. But it was Mr Modi who explained the importance of the employment generated out of this business and this business which converts them into employment. Mr Modi has shown a " RIGHT " way to the uneducated and those who wish to start their own living as a businessman to start a business and earn for then " HONOURABLY " and with their " HEAD-HELD-HIGH "
That is business and BUSINESS INDIA for you
That is it
Well , that is it and That sums it all.
Regards and Thanks
