This organization was formed under the tutelage of Mr Rajiv
Gandhi with a plan to help the Tribals in terms of making their socio-economic
life better. It was , ie, the plan was the procure the produces of the TRIBES
by giving them the best possible prices so that their economic condition
improves. Somebody gave a plan to Mr Rajiv Gandhi from the one’s who were then
at the helms in the various Union Offices of this country as the head of those
Offices, or maybe the Ministry and Mr Rajiv Gandhi gave the go ahead signal for
the same.
Obviously these kind of an Union Government Office ought to
be headed by an I.A.S Officer and Mr S.K.Chauhan it was who was given the
charge of opening and launching this organization and the Office. He was from the
Himachal cadre and being a very Senior I.A.S Officer , this man was given the overall charge to man
out and span this organization.
This gentleman was a B.A. ( English ) and TRIFED in terms of
an organization is a marketing development organization. His marketing
acumenship was far far away from what was needed to run and man this type of an
organization.
Coming from the Himachal cadre, what this gentleman did was
to bring in a host of those who had a M.B.A from the Himachal University at
Shimla, who were bereft of the practical experience and knowledge of marketing.
A lot was done to impress the Himachal Chief Minister then, for him, ie, the
Chief Minister of Himachal then , Mr Virbhadra Singh to say to the peole of
Himachal that he got the EMPLOYMENT for a lot of Himachali’s in the Centre and
a lot of Himachali , or those who passed out from the Himachal University were
put in the job of TRIFED and those who possessed a M.B.A degree and whose
Fathers or the parents were serving the Himachali Government, under Mr
Virbhadra Singh, and specially the ladies were directly appointed in TRIFED and
once their probation period was over which was spanned for a year only, were
given the post of DEPUTY MANAGER which infact was a kind of a double promotion
for them.
“ HAVE YOU ALL IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD
HEARD THAT THE PROBATIONER IS GIVEN A DOUBLE PROMOTION IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE
PASSAGE OF HIS OR HER ONE YEAR OF PROBATION ” .
YES- this is what has happened to TRIFED. A promotion in any
organization, the first one, after a candidate joins the organization DOES NOT
COMES TO HIM ATLEAST IN THE FIRST TWO YEARS OF COMPLETING HIS JOB. It is
considered after the passage of the third year of his job in the organization. A TRAINNE in any organization , after he joins
the organization, and finishes his training as a probationer for a minimum
period of ONE year is assessed whether he could be considered to be placed on
the regular roll of the organization with the basic fixed in that category in
that organization. If he is considered to be good enough to be fixed in the
normal pay scale, from there he has to offer atleast a two years of service in
that category to gain his seniority in that organization for a promotion.That
is the FUNDAMENTAL of the COMPANY LAW that every organization follows before it
decided on the promotion.
SERVICE to the ladies , then to make the ladies of Himachal , the EPITOME
of SARVASHEHTRA NARI .It was just to corner the votes from the ladies courtesy
Mr S.K.Chauhan so that Mr S.K.Chauhan becomes the CHIEF SECRETARY to the
Government of Himachal at Shimla .
Now coming to the performance of those ladies, the FOUR who
were granted the double promotion and their fate, TWO were THROWN out of their
job because of not been able to handle the practicalities of FINANCE and seeing
that they were responsible for the LOOT in one case that was done for TRIFED to
bear that, and in another case a lady who continued her service was fixed by Mr
Radhey Shyam Meena as she did not know how to deal and account for the cash at
hand and the revenge that Me Meena was planning to take on this lady was
brilliantly executed by him to fix the lady who went to the court, was abandoned
from her service lest the Government of India, this one under Mr Narendra Modi
, through a TRUTHFUL CASE STUDY
presented to him to clarify the case , and make the Government know the real story
of the case, learned the reality, and through the NARI-SHAKTI scheme of the
Government , put her back to her job where she is a Deputy General manager now,
after the lady FOUGHT for FOUR YEARS in
the court against TRIFED .
Analytically, TRIFED is to be blamed for the same. In every organization
, in any companies, that someone joins for a job, for atleast ONE year he is
rotated all round the organization, to handle the BASIC jobs, of that organization.
This is done to enable the candidate to learn the basics of the job and also to
learn the functionality of the job that revolves in the organization.
How can a candidate loaded with a M.B.A degree but is an
ARTS GRADUATE hold the department of ACCOUNTS be it the responsibility of
managing a small petty accounts and take care of the same. A devoid of finance
experience will not enable a candidate who joins in with a B.Sc experience or a
B.A. experience loaded with a M.B.A to handle even a miniature accounts even if
that is a PETTY ACCOUNT handling, and would slip very badly if a REAL
EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT under him holds to handle that account. That Accountant
with the experience of account and it’s knowledge that he holds, will put this
one, Senior to him in a very bad state. This is what had happened with those
two ladies.
In the first case the lady Mrs Pritima Ram Kaushal a
Himachali, with the backing of the one’s in the politics of Himachal, bagged
the post for the Deputy Manager, the Senior assistant manager then, took a
cheque for some lakhs of rupees for TRIFED and issued a delivery challan to the
buyer to take away some tonnes of cashew nuts from a godown. The CLEVER trader
who had issued a cheque to TRIFED was smart enough to whisk away with the cashew
and his cheque bounced .
In this case the lady who took that cheque should have asked
for the PAY-ORDER instead of a cheque
.The pay order is a kind of a Demand Draft issued by the bank’s to the one who
takes it from the Bank and it states that the full amount of the PAY ORDER
is the CASH paid by the one who takes it
from the Bank and it is as good as the cash being paid to the institution from
where the buyer buys the material for his business. THIS WAS A REAL CASE OF
INEXPERIENCE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE, EVEN THOUGH THE LADY WAS HOLDING A M.B.A
DEGREE AND THIS COMES THROUGH THE REAL PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE OF A CANDIDATE IF
HE IS EXPOSED TO THE GAMUT OF ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE IN AN ORGANISATION.
This is the FAULT of TRIFED and it was the FAULT of Mr
S.K.Chauhan to have recruited the lady in such a critical position without any experience
.The lady was THROWN OFF the job. Infact the full TRIFED top post management
should have been thrown out of the jon to give the responsibility to a lady to
handle such a critical job that involved so huge a business transaction in
which the cash was so huge an amount to lose. The lady LOST her job, BUT TRIFED, THEN DID NOT FILE A POLICE
COMPLAINT AT ALL TO TRACE THE CULPRIT AND THE MONEY WENT INTO THE DRAINS. WHY,
COULD I ASK IT.

In the first case where I had mentioned about a lady who was
played upon and fixed by Mr Radhey Shyam Meena was Madam Seema Bhatnagar(nee
Kaushal) .She was broken and disintegrated into pieces after being fixed for
that petty cash amount which she did it without knowing the procedures to
handle the cash and not because of her intentions were bad at all.
The second as named was Madam Pritima Ram Kaushal who I do
not know where is she now at all, I did have the EXPERIENCE to work with the
two ladies named at TRIFED in a group when we
were handling the Tamarind and the GUM-KARAYA, the two MINOR FOREST
PRODUCE and I can VOUCH and say about these two ladies-:
THEY ARE STILL DEVOID OF ANY
FIELD EXPERIENCE AS BEING A LADY THEY DO NOT GO TO THE FIELD TO LEARN THE
BUSINESS BUT THEY WERE NEVER, NEVER AND NEVER THE THIEF FOR WHICH THEY JHAVE
BEEN PUNISHED.
The lure of playing to the calls of the Chief Minister’s of
the state by the I.A.S Officers, and the lure of SATISFYING the respective
Chief Minister’s of the individual states by themselves using the Chief Of The
Secretary, Parliament AFFAIR and those who are connected to the higher up’s in
the Ministries of the Ofiice of the Prime Minister’s by these senior I.A.S
Officer’s to become the state chief to manage and run the Chief minister of the
state HAS TO BE CURBED AT EVERY LEVEL TO
SEE THAT THE GOVERNMENT MANNED CENTRAL ORGANISATIONS ARE NOT EXPLOITED BY THEE
SO CALLED THE “ BUMS OF THE I.A.S” or
else the BEST that comes for the jobs in the Central Government manned organization
will get ROT and the Government will NEVER get to see the BEST of the result at
all for them for the future.
Umpteen numbers of the Central Government Organisation have
been a TOOL of GAME-PLAY for the I.A.S Officers to satisfy their Chief
Ministers by these I.A.S Officers, the cadres that they come from to just get
that post oif Chief Secretary, the end result is that the organization is
looted by the cleaver’s from the trading communities, and the one’s who are
KICKED away from their job are the REAL ONE’S who are left with an open BOWL on
the ROAD to beg for themselves and to FEND for themselves.
THIS IS THE REAL
STORY OF THE I.A.S AND THE PICTURTE OF THE ORGANISATION THAT THEY MAN AND RUN.
It is all BUMKUM with the ARSE-LICKERS having a FIELD LIFE and the one’s who
ought to be awarded getting the ROASTED MACHINES to put their BUMS on the same
for their LIFE to be roasted by the FOXIES and the WILY’S . This the present
Government has to realize especially in the case of TRIFED .
Now I come to some of th dare-devils of TRIFED, it’s I.A.S Officer, the one we call them the SPOONS, or the CHAMCHAAS who milk the SKELETON but walk away with the creams and the one’s who were put to the gallows. I have mentioned the case of two ladies but I would like to mention the names of some of the devils of the GREATEST order .
I start from the inception of the TRIFED. To start with way
back in 1987 when this organization was given a green signal to start forth,
there were some thirteen personnel chosen to start wiith and ONE amongst them
in the upper rank was Mr A.Singsit who was chosen for the post of the Deputy
General manager to handle the account. He was from the Allied jobs of the
U.P.S.C in an Army division to handle accounts. He was a Schedule Tribe from
the Manipur region- what region is none of my business .
THIS MAN NEVER KNEW
WHAT A DEBIT WAS, WHAT A CREDIT WAS, WHAT A VOUCHER IS AND WHERE TO SIGN ON THE
VOUCHER AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE TO DRAW THE MONEY. This was his experience to
handle the Finance or the Accounts at the place from where he lft that posting
to join TRIFED and that reflected his working experience as a one to man and
handle the accounts of that Army division .
He later was shifted to the Personnel and Administration department
of TRIFED where he put a kind of a table for the DAILY ALLOEWANCE and the
BOARDING ALLOWANCE which if a DONKEY is given to read it , to accept that kind
of a DAILY ALLOWANCE and the BOARDING ALLOEWANCE, to go to the field to
expedite the TRIFED’s job at the FIELD, the DONKEY will give a “
DUI-LATTI ” , ie , a BACK
LEG KICK to the face of the one who made that kind of a Daily Allowance chart
and the daily Boarding Allowance chart.
Where in the WORLD will you be able to feed yourself for a
mere Rs 30=00/day for the meals etc, per day if you have to be on the field to
expedite the job of TRIFED. In the era of 1987-88, the chappatis per piece was
priced at Rs2=00/piece and the full plate of a vegetable was priced at Rs
20=00/plate. How can you expect the one’s who go to the field to expedite the
duty for TRIFED to load the bogies, the CRT or the DGX by filling them with
MYROBALANS, for it to be shipped, ie, transported by rail, from Raipur at
Chattisgarh to Mettupalayam at Tamil Nadu , to live by a sums of Rs 30=00/day
after a hard day in the field to fill in his TOMMA. What kind of HUMAN ADMINSTRATION is it .This
is what TRIFED was doing it to the one’s who were at the FIELD to expedite
their DUTIES and we were the one’s to bear the ONSLAUGHT.
The Managing Director and his FRIDGE at the SIKKA-SAVITRI
Office of TRIFED, then was full of APPY’s and FROOTI,
the SOFT DRINK during those days and there was an ORDER by the Managing
Director that – HIS FRIDGES SHOULD BE FULL WITH PAAN, APPY AND FROOTI ALWAYS. His
second order was WETHER THE CHAMBER OF THE CHAIRMAN OF TRIFED, Mr NETAM ARVIND,
THEN, WAS IN PROPER ORDER WITH THE A/C RUNNING OR NOT WAS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS
, BUT HIS CHAMBER SHOULD BE IN PERFECT ORDER WITH THE A/C RUNNING EFFICIENTLY.
In toto, these were the TOP RANKED OFFICER of TRIFED who
boasted all about 30 plus years of EXPERIENCE in their job before they were the
NUMERO-UNO at GTRIFED holding their positions. This is what TRIFED was from the
top to the bottom. These were the ONE’S who would imagine a HUMAN BEING to
satisfy and DOUSE of the FIRE of their BELLY for Rs 30=00/day whereas in those
days the ANIMAL HUSBANDARIES of India had put a claim to the Union Ministries
saying that IF A COW OR A BUFFALO OUGHT
TO BE SUCH THAT THEY PRODUCE 15 LITRES OF MILK PER DAY THEN THE AMOUNT OF THE
ANIMAL FEEDS OUGHT TO BE RUPEES SIXTY PER DAY.
IN OTHER WORDS THE HUMAN BEING’S AT TRIFED WERE EVEN WORST
THAN THE ANIMALS IN TERMS OF DOUSING OFF THEIR BELLEIS TO EXPEDITE AND DO THEIR
JOBS AT THE FIELD.
That was Mr Asong Singsit, who later was upograded to the
post of Executive Director ( P&A) who was later kicked at his back to go
for a RETIREMENT by a Tamil Nadu and a Tamilian Managing Director who was at
the helms of affair at TRIFED in 1997, that was Mr Sudhir Guliya as a Manager
in the Personnel department who gave nod to that Rs 30=00/day as the field
daily allowance and that was Mr S.K.Chauhan who proposed that noting on the
noting sheet and passed the official orders for the same executed by the ROTS
of the Personnel Department of TRIFED .That was TRIFED as an organization whose
TOMMA FUELING VALUE was 50% less than the ANIMALS who would yield the MILK for
the nation to drink it as a HEALTH –CUM-FOOD drink.
THIS IS HOW WE SEND OUR SIX
YEARS AT TRIFED.WE HAD TO PAY FROM OUR OWN POCKET TO EXPEDITE THE WORK AND WHEN
WE SUBMITTED THE TA/DA BILLS THAT “ IDIOT” OF A CHUM BY THE NAME OF Mr MAURYA
WOULD DEDUCT ATLEAST 15% OF THE BILL SUBMITTED JUST TO PLAESE THE MANAGING
DIRECTOR THEN- TO SHOW AND PROVE HOW EFFECTIVELY WAS HE EXPEDITING HIS JOB TO
SAVE THE MONEY OF TRIFED. He was doing it to just get a PROMOTION
from the post of manager-III to Manager-II at the EXPENSE of the SHORTAGE of
the CALORIFIC VALUE that was deprived at TRIFED who were GRINDING themselves to
the DUST at TRIFED.
There is a QUOTE in English which the English would often
use when they ruled at India, and it was-:
“ BLOODY-FOOL-FUCKING-TOOL ” .This
we had learned while doing our STUDIES in Sociology at the University. It only
told about the mental condition of the Britishers for their Indian counterparts, and their BEHAVIOUR to the Indian counterparts. . While studying that we would NOT believe it though our Professor’s would
VOUCH by GOD about that being true . But when we worked at TRIFED we could realize that
when we were subjected to the deductions
of our Daily Allowance bills and the tour bills that we submitted . We were the FIELD expediters and who were holding the POST of Assistant manager and below it, especially those who were the JUNIOR COMMERCIAL OFFICERS then, were considered to be a " FUCKING TOOLS " , and that also a VERY-USELESS one by the higher ups of TRIFED tough we gave our BLOOD to see that the FIELD job remained at 100% correct and firm .
To put the things into perspective the kind of the selection
of the personnel’s that were done by TRIFED to induct their very FIRST batch in
and from the period of 1987 to 1989 and still after that till 1994 were all
LAUGHING STOCKS who had , ie, the most of them who had come to this organization
with a RECCOMMENDATION letter either from any Chief ministers, or any from the
Center or any that had any associationship with the HIGHER UP management of
TRIFED, be it his liaison-ship with the managing Director then or anything as
such, the MOST to have been benefited were the USELEES ONE'’ from Himachal and
then followed by those who came through the MINISTERIAL JACKS .This resulted in ther USELESS ,
INEFFICIENT and the RUDDERLESS who could PLEASE and who would stand like a
MIRROR in front of the VERY TOP MOST Officers like a statue or a MIRROR to only show- AT YOUR SERVICE HONOUR , GIVE WHATEVER
YOU GIVE BUT PUT US IN YOUR EYE YOUR HONOUR FOR WE ARE YOUR DREAMS WITHOUT ANY
PICTURE IN IT . Some of the
names whom I do not want to name here could be found out from the muster rolls
of TRIFED that reflected the positions and the seniority from the period from 1987-88
to 1989-90 when Trifed placed ther FIRST of it’s promotional list
subjected to the condition that TRIFED really has the HEART to maintain those
records and FILE to show it to the AUDITORS of the CAG if at all there is a
GOVERNMENT ENQUIRY at all if that happens in terms of AUDITING AT TRIFED.
From 1989-90 when the FIRST of the PROMOTION list of TRIFED
was released to this one of the recnt where to PROMOTE about nine candidates,
the present Managing Director to SAVE his skin has promoted about 30 to 40
candidates without any real cause, TRIFED AND IT’S PROMOTION POLICY
AND TRIFED AND IT’S RECRUITMENT POLICY HAS ALWAYS BEEN – THE “ COINS ” OF MOHAMMED BIN TUGLAQ THAT
NEVER FOUND IT’S PLACE IN THE MARKET OF INDIA AND THE TRIFED OFFICERS ARE GIVEN
A KICK BY ANY OTHER ORGANISATION WHEN THEY CHANGE THEIR JOB FOR A GREENER
PASTURE, EITHER HERE IN INDIA OR ABROAD, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW , FIRST, HOW
TO WORK AND SECONDLY THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS AR CONSIDERED TO BE A “
HOAX ” TO HE ONE’S WHO CHOOSE AND SELECT THEM .
It is NOT the one’s of TRIFED who gets that KICK at his BACK
to suffer, when they are selected for a job elsewhere, IT IS THE ONE WHO LOSES EVERYTHING WHO SELECTS
THESE “ IDIOTS ” FOR
THE JOB AS HIS EFFICIENCY AND THE INTEGRITY WHO SELECTS A TRIFEDIAN’S FOR THE
JOB, THAT TAKES A PLACE, FINDS HIMSLEF
AT THE SEPTIC TANK, THAT FINDS A PLACE
IN THE “ SEPTIC-TANK ” .
That is the OVERALL quality of the TRIFEDIAN when it comes
to it. The picture here is still PIQUANT and ask a TRIFEDIAN, what is the “ S-S”
policy of marketing, the very recent and the newest one- they will NEVER be
able to reply or give any answer to the same. It is because they just do not
keep themselves abreast to anything that is new and that hits the market at all
. Simply in the name of training, they from 1997 to this end spend a lot of
money with some training agency, in return, the one’s who arranges it from
Trifed, gets his LOOSE and CUT money on the same to conduct some BULL SHIT
training to show it to the Human Resources Ministry and the TRIBAL MINISTRY
under the Government of India that they are creating some OPERAS and MINERVAS,
in reality and in actual these are ALL-BULL-SHIT that they are doing and that
they do .This is what TRIFED right from 1997 in the name and form of training
does it and is doing it always.
Now let me come back to the acts of Devil’s of TRIFED and
the way those played the SPORTS at TRIFED for the selection and recruitment .A
TRUE analysis and a true case of HOW TO
BRUISE AND DAMAGE THE CAREER AND THE PROBABILITY OF THE OTHERS .
It started right from 1987-88 at TRIFED. Out of the those who
were selected as the CORE GROUP of this organization in the and at the start of
this organization, all of a sudden there was some kind of advertisement in the
Times Of India about the organization .I exactly do not remember what it was
all about, but it was something to do with some registration of TRIFED with
some agency. Looking into the same, many from the other Government organization
started sending the REQUEST letter to the managing Ditrector of TRIFED, Mr
S.K.Chauhan then to assess and analyse whteher would it be possible for them to
be given a chance to appear for a short kind of an introductory interview for a
job with TRIFED.
NOTHING WRONG – as this is known as EXPLORATION for a job at
any organization. This CORE GROUP who were then, given the charge to man the
Personnel Department , upon receiving these letters and application, and
finding that ifd these experts join the organization for a job if Mr Chauhan,
the then Managing Director found them fit, will HOOF these IDIOTS of the CORE
GROUP to the dust. They smartly kept on receiving these lepering letters s to
put them into the wars paper basket and from there to throw it to the garbage
that embellished the garbage of the roads of New Delhi at the Preet Vihar area.
One such application was handed to me when I had asked a
JIGNUT SELLER to wrap some jignut and give it to me. The receivable stamp of
TRIFED of that letter received was there for me to see it, without anybody
putting his signature on the same as the one who received that, but that candidate who was a Ph.D. holder from
a foreign University and who was looking a job in the marketing was NEVER seen
by me at TRIFED till the moment I was in that organization from May 22nd
1989 to May 11th 1995 .That was how the REJECTION and the SELECTION
of the post and the candidate done at TRIFED and the one’s who were manning the
Personnel and the Administration department of YTRIFED then was Mr A. Singsit
and Mr Sudhir Gulliya who, the former was KICKED out of the JOB, and the later
went on to become the Executive Director to rule TRIFED for four years from
2012 to 2016 putting that organization to the JAWS-OF-THE-HUNGRIEST-LION for it
to chew TRIFED and all it’s junior officers and personnel under him .

It was very OFFENDING to see at TRIFED who were the Senior’s
coming at every stage and every level at the Field Offices or at the Regional
Offices, coming to us the Juniors to ask the BASIC ENTRY LEVEL questions that related
either to the sales tax, or the Central Sales tax, or the Turn-Over tax when we
worked at TRIFED. Agreed that TRIFED was and is for the TRIBES and the Schedule
caste, but aren’t there caste and the TRIBES who were and who are far better
than the one’s like A.Singsit, Mr Kamlesh Chandra , Mr Sudhir Guliya to name a
few- all “ DONK’S ” and FUNKS who reined in those
post at RIFED knowing nothing and making a mosquitoes of themselves to suck the
BLOOD out of the body of those who were far better then these FUNKS for
everything and more than anything .
Again when there was an ad posted in the ROZGAR SAMACHAR of
TRIFED way back on August 1988 for recruitment for many a post at various level
at TRIFED , the kind of ADJUSTMENT and the kind of recommendation’s that came
from the various quarters to the department , ie , to TRIFED and the manner in
the selections and rejection were done and the job OFFERED at TRIFED then, give
that entire documents to the “ McKensis’s” of U.S.A to evaluate
and give their comments- the entire report would suggest that - :
“ PUT
THOSE WHO SELECTED THE PERSONNEL’S OF TRIFED FOR THE VARIOUS POST TO THE
GALLOWS AND HANG THEM UNTIL DEATH “ .
How do expect an organization, which selected the FIRST
batch to serve TRIFED in 1987-88 and who would retire by the year 2023-2025 at
the latest, with that a kind of EFIICIENCY which could be termed as the STINKS
of the COW-DUNGS selected and elected, whatever it might be, would do anything
better for these kind of a Government organization.
Thr result is I BET and GUARANTEE from 1987-88 till this end
just do a entire auditing of TRIFED ot ask the CAG to o the entire auditing of

How was Mr Sudhir Guliya. Let any interrogation authority

INSURANCE OF THE EMPLOYEE OF TRIFED FROM 1988-89 TO SAY UPTIL 1995 AND HOW HAVE

who were asked by TRIFED to come and open the account of the Group Insurance
for TRIFED , did open the account for these employees of TRIFED but their
statement of the money that was deducted by TRIFED and it’s employee WAS never
maintained properly.
It is ALLEGED that those who had come to TRIFED to open
those Group Insurance, had to pay through their POCKRT to the TRIFEDIAN’S who
were responsible to maintain that account, which they did not because the
Insurance Company themselves did not maintain any account of the same for TRIFED
from 1988-89 to 1995 and maybe a bit more. It was because they had PALMED the
grease of some of the TRIFED’s Officer’s to get that order or account opened
and they did not get any worth for it from that Group Insurance by that
Insurancve company as a result those who served at TRIFED from 1988-89 to about
say 1997-98 DID NOT GET RUPPES FIFTENN THOUSAND AS THEIR CONTRIBUTION FROM THE
GROUP INSURANCE even though the premium money was deducted at every month from
the salary of those employees . When I talk about this case as an example, I
know a TRIFED personnel who was send a CHEQUE of Rs 1557=00 from Mr Gullaiya
for and as his Group Insurance contribution for contributing that kind of a
money from his salary , his actual deduction @rs 42.50=00/moth for 72 months
was Rs 3060=00 and he should have RECEIVED Rs 15,000=00 for the same of the matured
value of Rs 40,000=00 that he would have received incase if was dead while
serving TRIFED in his capacity . Just imagine Mr Sudhir Guliya sending him a
CHEQUE of Rs 1550=00 whereas his own contribution was about Rs 3060=00 for the
period between 1989 to 1995 for six years.
THIS IS THE “ ARSE” OF A “DONKEY” IN TERMS OF A EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR THE TOP – MOST POST THAT ONE HOLDS AT TRIFED ofcourse amongst the selected one as the personnel selected for the job.
Mr Sudhir Gulliya received promotion from M-III, to M-II, to M-I to A.G.M to D.G.M to G.M to Executive Director , as MANY AS “ EIGHT ” PROMOTION in his entire career, in a span of TEN years. It could be construed as EIGHT WONDER OF THE WORLD , so unbelievable characteristic of an organisation in terms of its principles of promotion.

Should not be Mr Guliya held responsible and be allowed to
answer and take the claim to pay for those PF which that Shillong oriented and
based organization where these 32 were send for deputation by TRIFED headed by
Mr Guliya as a Executive Director, if I’m not wrong then. For these are the
KIND of USELESS STINKS that ruled and reined at TRIFED from then till now and
the drama still goes.
Analytics of the
story so far
1). A PAY ORDER is a negotiable instrument given by a Bank
which certifies that the face value of the money inscribed in the payorder is
the amount fully deposited in the Bank by the one who has purchased that pay
order and it if exchanged with another Bank, it guarantees full money that the
presenter to the offer of the bank, will get that .This concept was not known
to these so called the BEST and the one’s who KNEW everything about Banking and
Accounts who were offered much a higher post at TRIFED just because they were
from the Himachal University.

about Accounts and Finance when they were offered a higher post at TRIFED
kicking out the one’s who were far more experienced and given a lower post ,
actually DID NOT KNOW any BASICS of account that treated to money matter and
his handling.
3). Those who were seated at the post like the Executive
Directors at TRIFED and were given to rule that organization, were actually the
one’s who just DID NOT KNOW any fundamentals of BUSINESS LAW, the CORPORATE LAW
and the Government law that is required to man and run a Government organization.
4).All the recruitment at TRIFED and placement were done
just to PLEASE certain quarters and the one’s who had a GOD-FATHER to appease and please everybody were the one’s
who licked the CREAM, the
other were left to be in the LURCH.

Sudhir Guliya and point out what a KIND of a JOKE was he at TRIFED inspite of
holding a degree in Law but now to some other JOKES of TRIFED that really
stands apart.

Mahindra :: A Tale Of Dog Wagging It’s " Head " Instead Of The " Tail "
This lady all of a sudden in the 1990’s joined TRIFED in a
very high position as compared to the one’s who had by then served this organization
by about three years at the maximum .
The question was
WHETHER DID SHE BRING IN ANY EXPERIENCE OF THE TRIBAL BASED ORGANISATION
FOR HAVING BAGGED THAT POST. DOUBT ever did she had it ever. Over it she was
placed over many by the recruiter whose name was Mr S.K.Chauhan .
Within no time she was promoted and the recruitment , it’s
time , and the promotion that she received within a time gap COULD BE CONSTRUEED AS A DOUBLE PROMOTION.
Jumping the grade she was appointed as ands she is now a EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
INCHARGE

or in the terms of a NOUN or an ADVERB
of the meaning of the word INCHARGE for a permanent FIXED post that we call it EXECUTIVE

Between the period of September 2020 to about January 2021
TRIFED had THREE Executive Director, Mr Ramteke manning the Personnel and
Administration Department, Mr Arvind who continues even now at TRIFED , and this
Lady Mrs Sangeeta Mahindra who holds the post of Executive Director (
Incharge).
May I ask anybody to-:
1). First show me a LAW from the book of Company Secretary
and Company Lae which satets that there should be THREE Executive Director in
an Government Organisation whose strength always has been less that 350 in to
in terms of the personnel, and secondly
2). Which law states the designation as INCHARGE for a post
which is a FIXED and a PERMANENT post as that of a Executive Director .
Once did I meet this
lady way back in the 19909’s at TRIFED. She has been the Executive Director (
Incharge ) with a DOUBLE-KIND of a promotion at TRIFED that she received with
her first ten of That was when I was send with some samples of Niger seed , an
exportable item which TRIFED was to export it to America for which TRIFED was
dragged to the International Court by America, and , more about it………..
Coming back to this
lady, when I was introduced to her, I observed that SHE WOULD NOD HER HEAD FOR EVERYTHING FOR
THAT SHE WAS ASKED TO DO OR ANYTHING THAT WAS SAID TO HER, AND SHE WOULD DO IT WITH HER EYE CLOSED.
I was perplexed to see that .
That was the time I felt that in the Head Office at TRIFED , the HEAD wags more than the TAIL and there is a species of a dog which wags it’s head more than tail. This lady NEVER might have spend her TWO years of time ( 365
& ¼ days x 2 years ) in succession

of a double promotion within her first
ten year of her posting and joining TRIFED . Well the analytics of this is
afterwards with the analytics of the WONDER of Mr Guliya.
To the tale about the TAIL and the Dog wagging the tail. In
that picture/photo just see the dog possessing the pony tail on the head. That
species of the dog thinks that since the pony tail is placed on the head, the dog ought to shake it’s head for the tail
to wag. The Dog keeps on wagging the head and only the head wags as the
PONYTAIL is fixed to the head and does not hangs like the tail of the other dog
. Mrs Sangeeta Mahindra is a class example of the HEAD wagging, thinking that

Gullaiya. This IDIOT of a GENTLEMAN who is FAR,FAR and FAR away from being a
MAN with any gentle nature at all, had send as many as 32 employee to a CASTE
or a TRIBE based organization, on deputation. He send them without formulating
any drafts and the bills, or even any regulations that was and ought to be followed
by the organization which would use the services of these personnel to depute
and work for them.
These kind of a deputation ought to clearly indicate the
following-:
1). What happens if the employee on deputation DIES while
expediting his work. Who will pay for the compensation when it comes to paying
the medical biils, and insurance.
2). Who will pay for the Provident Fund when the employee is
at the eork over there deputizing for the newly appointed organization.
3). What would be the deputation allowance that would be
paid to them.
4). What would be the allowance to be paid to TRIFED for the
WORK-LOSS that would accrue when TRIFED would be devoid and bereft of it’s own
productivity as thee original workers of
TRIFED would be away for deputation to the other organization.
Without thinking on these lines and only to get closer to
that Managing Director of that Shillong based organization, who might have been
a I.A.S Officer, to get some JUICES and the BUTTER or the CREAM from him to
LICK in the near future, he straight away send a team of 32 TRIFEDIAN’S to that
organization on deputation.
Those who had gone over there for the same , were NIETHER
paid any PF from TRIFED or from that organization. These 32 wilder goose
remained there for about 11 months.
Now the rules of the PF says that if an employee is not
contributing any PF even after being on the rolls of the company, then his PF
would stand cancelled lest he submits a letter that he was either HOSPITALISED
or was not in the pay roll of the company that he works for. Any break in the
PF for more than three months is construed as the employee being TERMINATED
from the job by the PF organization and it stands as the employee if he again
stands contributing to the PF in the same PF account number, than he is
considered to be a employee junior to start from the scratch.
The matter ought to be got cleared by the TRIFED as an organization
from the labour court. No sooner that an employee goes in for a deputation, the
organization also has to inform the Labour Court about the same so as the avoid
any hindrances and the hitch that might arise out in the future .
The question is SOME

that the OUTSTANDING performance as TRIFED is an expert to give DOUBLE
PROMOTION . If the criteria is and has been the PERFORMANCE how comes the
TRIFED’S ratio of INCOME to EXPENSE stands at 1: Infinity . The picture above should make the people to know all about the REALITY of TRIFED that exists over the last 34 years .

There was a guy a daily paid labour who was a cleaner at
TRIFED. He was on the daily pad wage
rool and this is the time when the TRIFED’S office was situated at SIKKA –SAVITRI
at the Preet Vihar at New Delhi. For some reason maybe that labour could not
attend his duty for which the cleanliness at that building within the premises
, got somewhat dirty which did not mneet the eye of Mr S.K.Chauhan then. He
banged Mr Singsit and Mr Guliya for the same.
NEXT – Mr Guliya got a noting passed and he TERMINATED that
soul from the job. During the lunch hour that day , when I went out to the
THELA’S for the lunch I could see that soul crying like somebody would take
away his life from him.
The law of DAILY WAGE EARNERS ie the daily wage says that-:

HIS DAILY WAGE AND IS PAID ON THE DAILY WAGE, OUGHT TO BE RETAINED FOR A

REINSTATED AND THIS PROCESS WOULD CONTINUE TILL HE FINISHED EXPDITING HIS JOB

SELECTED WILL HAVE TO RELINQUISH THAT POST AND BE REVERTED

I WOULD NOT BE IN MY PROPER STATE OF MIND AS TO WHERE TO DRAW A LINE AFTER WATCHING THESE KIND BEAUTIES AT THE BEACH AT SRI-LANKA after I watched them saying - they saying those TWO words, that I have written here, those two words and I also felt like why should I feel anything at all after having seen them in that manner beside the point that where should the lines be drawn in my eye to see these again or NOT to see them at all again .
The entire THEORY of STATISTICS that I had learned while doing my M.B.A studies and it's THEORY were OFF within a BUFF and the PLUFF when I saw them with those kind of a body wearing those TWO -PIECES.

My First Noting
handling Point And exercise At Trifed
The FIRST of all the the job that I did was a noting that I
had to put to the the Deputy General Manager, Mr K.P.Rao then.It was all about
a PADDY-PROCUEMEMT that was done at Manipur and in some places TRIFED
at the North-East by Trifed under the stewardship of Mr
Kamlesh Chandra , the Deputy General manager for the Industries department then
. I made a point to get myself abreast to put the noting’s etc as never in my
life in my work and it’s experience, I had put a noting at all. There was one
Mr Ramalingam who was sitting next to me. I had seen him doing that and I
approached him. He gave me a first hand accounts and a lesson of how the
notings are put on the noting sheet and some of the common terminologies that
goes into that. He advised me to get the
actual papers of the notings that I would be putting on the paper to the Deputy
General manager ( Commercial ).
I repeatedly made attempts to get the actuals but could NOT
get it inspite of my effort and umpteem tries. The reason were-:
1). There was NO record of the actual volume and the
quantity of paddy that were collected and put into the godowns tat TRIFED
procured it then.
2). The amount on the verbal record depicted about those
paddy collection were Rs 25 lakhs or even more but in reality the volume of the
paddy collected were never more than Rs 40,000
=0 that was revealed way back in the start of the 1991 and it’s era . By that
time NOBODY KNEW WHERE Mr KAMLESH
CHANDRA WAS. Also TRIFED did not make any attempt to file a Police complaint
against him, or make any attempt to find where those Rs 40,000=00 and the
corresponding amount of the paddy that TRIFED had procured under Mr Kamlesh
Chandra .
3). Mr Kamlesh Chandra was a B.A and had no experience in
the matter of Industries at all . He never was anybody who had learned anything
about MINING . How was he taken as a General manager in the Industries and
Mining department. IT WAS STRANGE TO LEARN THAT TRIFED WAS PLANNING TO MINE OUT
SOME MINERAL FROM BELLIADIELLA AT BASTAR, NEAR JAGDALPUR There were NO MINING
Engineer to do that and this was to be done under Mr Kamlesh Chandra .
I was coming from the Coal Mines legion and the region and I
knew what mining was all about. When I abreacted and breasted this to the Management and the lacunae that
TRIFED would face to mine out the minerals without any Mining Engineers
involved and without possessing any of them working at TRIFED did this matter
was put to rest or else TRIFED would have gone for mining out without getting
anything out.
I WAS REPRIMANDED
TO KEEP MY COB SHUT FOR THIS OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES
The man to WARN me of this was Mr A.Singsit . This was the man who actually is responsible to completely destructing TRIFED by giving too much of a leverage to the one's like Mt Sudhir Gulliya, Mr Bhav Singh Malth , a COMPLETE " ASS " and many more like them. These people suited Mr Singsit more to keep on doing his idiocracies and keep himself in the fray..
People like Mr Sudhir Guliya and Bhav Singh will never be given even a jb of a chaprasi but then these were NOT the two's. There were many from the lineage of Mr Chauhan who had joined TYRIFED who were even worst than the two I have mentioned and this is how TRIFED and it's core recruitment of the 1987-88 to the 1989 was recruited and thesew are the one's who after receiving the promtions and still with the organisation, run TRIFED.
THIS IS HOW TRIFED WAS MANNED TO RUN IT’S ORGANISATION UNDER Mr S.K.

Yesterday I was writing all about BUSINESS STATISTICS. There
are many mnay and many more example that I can write on these kind of OWLISH
and the FOOLISH acts of TRIFED about many a and many an operation and activity that TRIFED did it and LOST VOLUPTUS amount in

I really , when ever I deal with any statistics, be of any thing , now during my job, I fall back to TRIFED and my days with it.No sooner those reminiscence flashes across my eye, I start thinking all about the STATISTICS in the ,manner that I portrayed yesterday and it is that the BIKINI CLADDED beauties and the
theory of that which relates to the BUSINESS STATISTICS made
me go turvy because the manner in which these Government organization operates
it KILLS my imagination to think how can a Government continue to run it’s
business organization in these manner decades after decades and day after days.

the FIRST such onfield procurement for TRIFED was for a PADDY procurement at
Manipur . It was more than Rs 25 lakhs spent but not even a single
grain of paddy were sold by TRIFED after that procurement as the paddy procured
was never to be seen at all at any place.
2). Again a team was send to Manipur to procure by TRIFED
and that was Pine-apple.Mr A.Singsit gave the nod for the same to do that and
Mr ChauhaN, MD, gave the green signal for it. Where did the Pine-apple go and
what was the total amount that was procured.There was no record found.
3). Under a team of Mr Bhav Singh, who was a Senior
Assistant Manager then , a team was send to Jagdalpur to procure CASHEW KERNEL.
HARDLY one PAO ( 250 grams ) was produced. That was wrapped in a gunny bag and
kept with the Forest Godown at Jagdalpur . The TA/DA bi;ll submitted by Mr
Bhav Singh was Rs 25,000=00 .
When I was posted at Jagdalpur, Mr K.P.Rao, the then SENIOR
of them all to lead the COMMERCIAL ( Marketing in real terms ) had asked me to
find out and send a report of the same. I could trace it out and before I could send my report, I spoke to him over the
phone. He heard that and KEPT MUMM . The TA/DA bill of Mr Bhav Singh got the nod for passing it from many a quarter at
TRIFED then but it was only for about 250 gms of cashew procured then and there
were I think two others who assisted Bhav Singh for the same operation. What
happened to their TA/DA bill is not known to me.

THIS BHAV SINGH WENT UPTO THE RANK OF D.G.M AT TRIFED BEFORE
HE WAS DEMOTED TO THE RANK OF THE MOST JUNIOR MANAGER WITH THE SALARY OF A
SALES EXECUTIVE FIXED FOR Rs 76,000=00 WHICH WAS PAID TO HIM TILL HE RETIRED
FROM HIS JOB
His PR and the Gratuity was NOT paid and it is still not
being paid. He is making every effort through the various Ministry to get it
released. This is the example opf a person who applied for the post of Assistant
Manager, but was inducted as a Senior Assistant Manager on the pressure by some Minister;s at TRIFED
on Mr S.K.Chauhan who inducted him as a Sr Assistant manager, a post which now
ids the DEPUTY MANAGER. .
This man was interviewed on November 30th 1988
and his INTERVIEW was only for a MINUTE. He was the one who was interviewed
before me and he came out within a minute on that day when his interview was
conducted. Can you ever expect to get a job offer with a salary range of Rs
3000 – 100- 3700-EB-4500 , the salary of a District Collector during those days
with a ONE-MINUTE interview. That is what was offered to Bhav Singh, the
ARSE-STINK of a DONKEY who got it from TRIFED. More about some of these kind of
people but later on here in this
article.
4). In 1995 there was some cashew procurement once again
effected and performed by TRIFED. The man who was handling this affair was Mr
M.S. Dinakar. There are a lot of cashew processing plant at Kerala where the
processing could have been done.
I by that time had deserted by job at TRIFED and had taken a
job at Bangalore in a private company. All of a sudden I got a news about the
cashew procured and it’s processing that TRIFED had procured and about which I
write here that it was send either to Nigeria or to Russia for processing. Some
10 lakhs of Indian currency , ie , rupees were changed hand that went into the
coffer of Mr Dinakar who was terminated from the job, but no Police cae was
filed against him. STRANGE to see
somebody grabbing the LOOT and being terminated from the job without
making the amends for the loot that he did
Well, these are the some that I write here. There are many
cases when it comes to Gum-Karaya, the CHIRONJEE’S the PEAS procured from
Himachal , the other forest produce procurement that relates to the Tamarind,
Ginger, so on and so forth.
Everybody who were the top one’s who handled the accounts
and the ground operation of these items were PROMOTED with EXCELLENT record but
the cases in terms of the examples are scripted here.
I shall ow write about an INTERNATIONAL business operation
that TRIFED did it for NIGER SEEDS that was exported to the U.S under Mr R.S. Meena
who retired as a executive Director. Let me first write about my first hand impression with him.
I was told to go and meet him in his chamber as he needed a
Assistant Manager to expedite some writing/noting work on the
noting sheet. I reported to him and I was watching the fun. He was and he wrote
a line, scratched that , and rewrote a line and again scratched that and this
he continued doing for as many as SEVEN
times. I took his permission to leave that place because watchimng him doing
that I HAD STARTED SCRATCHING MY NUT FOR THE SAME.
He was a bit apprehended and told me that I would have to
pay the consequences for the same as I ws not showing my interest to help him
our for which I replied him- AAP FIKAR NAA KARAY, MAI MUSIBAT SAY DARTA NAHIN
HOON, which means that DO NOT WORRY, I DO NOT BOTHER MUCH ABOUT ANYTHING. . He reported the matter to the higher ups and when I was asked to explain which
I did they reprimanded me, to which I did not give it a damn.
Back to the story of Niger seed and it’s first export to that party from U.S. This had taken place between July 1989 to August 1989. Mr Meena was the one who was initiating the process. TRIFED procured this through a MIDDLEMAN wherein and whereas TRIFED was NOT supposed to do this as TRIFED WAS FORMED TO ELIMINATE THE MIDDLEMAN WHICH CAME IN BETWEEN THE TRIBES AND THEW RIBAL PRODUCE . But as the time was short and TRIFED had bagged this order and if expedited properly TRIFED would carve out it’s name for the future as a BRANDED EXPORT HOUSE , it went ahead with the procurement of Niger seed and it’s export.
A team was formed headed by Mr Meena and one Mr Menon who
had come from the SPICES BORAD from Kerala, was asked to be the FIELD LEADER
for the same. Actually it should have been Mr Meena who should have gone with
Mr Menon to inspect the quality of the Niger Seed, there at the field, and the
lots should have been rejected or rejected , bur Mr Meena did not do all those
things and the acts were not performed by him , ie , the field act performance
was not at all there to inspect and choose the lot that would have been deemed
fit for export.
Keeping all the EYE closed and completely believing the one
who was providing and supplying the Niger seeds, TRIFED went onto the extent of
exporting the quality less items of Niger seed to that buyer from US.
The end result was that that Buyer of U.S bragged LITTLE and
DRAGGED TRIFED to the international
court , and TRIFED had to settle the same for the penalty that was imposed upon
them. Maybe the Government of India might have saved TRIFED and Mr S.K.Chauhan
under whom tutelage then TRIFED was running in this PERBUTTTED- PUKED
condition as ONE might express it, but
that was it and that is how Mr S.K.Chauhan had selected the IDIOTS and the
FOOLS to help him run TRIFED with these kind of HIGHLY PLACED OFFICERS to help
him out.
The end RESULT was the entire BLAME was put onto Mr Menon
for not disposing his FIELD DUTY as that was required and he was terminated for
the same .That again was a FAVOURITSM as it should have been Mr R.S.Meena who
should have been terminated.
As Mr R.S. Meena came from a TRIBAL COMMUNITY of Rajasthan,
terminating him would have RAISED an EYEBROW and many a HORROR at the
parliament at that time. The AXE fell onto Mr Menon who should have been at any
time held responsible for the same.
Mr Menon was heading me and the Bhubaneswar Office at Number
600, Shahid Nagar then.That was the TRIFED Office at that place then. Later it
became A-104, Shahid nagar when that IDIOT of a DONKEY ARSE, M.Bhav Singh about
whom I have mentioned here was given the charge to handle that- OFCOURSE BY GREASING THE PALM OF Mr SINGSIT
TO BEAR ALL HIS EXPENSES AND THE EXPENSES OF EDUCATION OF HIS DAUGHTER at Bhubaneswar in a
HOTEL MANAGEMENT Institution WHICH WAS LATER DISBANDED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF
EDUCATION OF INDIA .
Bhav Singh in his entire career in TRIFED to keep himself
AFLOAT and on the sail, the manner he LOOTED TRIFED and the manner
he filled the pocket of the HIGHER UPS to whom he had to report BEATS the “
FUCK ” of the Dacoit Hazuri Singh who had FUCKED the CORPSE
of a lady whom he wanted either to marry or satiate his LIBIDO atleast ONCE in
his life at the ravine of the Chambal in the mid sixties.
“ THIS IS A TRUE STORY of a dacoit who did that in presence of those
who were carrying that dead body of that lady whom he LOVED so much but couldn't marry when her dead body was taken to the BURIAL FIELD in a village

Meena was transferred to Bombay . He persuaded Mr Meena to help him out for a place
to say at Bombay then, which Mr meena got it through a flat that one of his
friend had to rent it to Bhav Singh . Bhav

BHAV SINGH a PROMOTION to the rank of a DEPUTY GENERAL MANGER, from where Bhav
Singh was demoted to the rank of a SALES EXECUTIVE drawing his FIRST salary
with that kind of a basic etc .His salary was fixed for Rs 78,000=00.Infact
Bhav Singh ought to have been taken for a TRIAL for this FUND LOOT and
mismanagement.
I had the opportunity to work with this ARSE OF A DONKEY for
about 16 months from September 1990 to January 6th 1991 at TRIFED
Bhubanewswar. The FIRST time when I saw him , he was writing a letter for Mr
Menon with these kind of handwriting as illustrated-:

What I watched and what I saw was that EVERY words that he
was writing was in ALL-CAP . I was stunned to see that and so was Mr Menon
afterwards. Obviously when you write every words in FULL CAP , ther time taken and consumed would be more. I was somehow shocked to see a person writing
a full letter with all cap.
It took a lot of a time for him to write that .When I asked
him that was this the way that he wrote hos exam papers at the Osmania
University from where he obtained his
M.B.A degree and when he replied it in affirmative I was DEAD for the COUNTS.
How can a person attempt all five questions in a M.B.A
examination and complete the full answers of the question paper , and that too in a span of THREE hours
of the stipulated time. IT WAS VERY
CLEAR TO ME THAT THIS MAN IS A CHEAT AND HIS DEGREE IS SOMETHING WHICH HE HAS
MANAGED TO PURCHASE.
later in my career as a Associate Professor, I had come to see many from the Osmania University possessing a B.E degree or even some Post Graduate Degree TOTALLY a BG- ZERO in many a things realted to the electives that required them to be a Master of the same , but were a big BLOB for the same.
Over the period of time I FOUND OUT that he was a BIG ZERO
in every THEORITICAL knowledge of management
and that his PRACTICAL field experience was a BLOB .He had come to
TRIFED from the DREDGING COPRPORATION of India limited from where the present managing Director of TRIFED
, Mr Pravir Krishna comes from . This organization
deals with the PORT and has nothing to do with the Marketing. Without any marketing
experience, this IDIOT was absorbed in a psot as high as the post of Senior Assistant
Manager then, which now has been rechristened as the Deputy Manager and that
too drawing the salary of a District Collector then..
Every act of TRIFED is a joke. Every project of TRIFED has been a LOOT. Every
recruitment of TRIFED has been a MURDER to help one to KILL the other
who had to bear the consequence of bearing the GURESOME BRUTE of the KILL .
Every PROMOTION of TRIFED has been a RAPE to the principles of MAN and the
HUMAN DEVELOPMENT which DECRIES and ABSYMALIES every act of the constitution of
India that guides all about the human development , every placement and the transfer have been the
REVENGE to square all the account that one had to do with the other and every
fact that the TRIFED BOASTS about all it’s activity performed and done by it so
far in terms of EVERYTHING are the EYE-WASH-MAGIC of Mr P.C.Sarkar who would
KILL the person while performing his magic or would create a VICTORIA MEMORIAL
through his magic- ONLY TO MAKE THE PEOPLE THAT THOSE WERE THE EYE WASH .
This is how this organization has been running from 1987-88
to about this time . Those who could and
those who KNOW the TACT of “ BUTTERING-AND-LICKING ” , those who know still and
are still continuing with the same trade are surviving with post as EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR ( INCHARGE ) , General Manager ( Retail ) … et al ….. without possessing any FIELD
EXPERIENCE at all .
To be a General manager in marketing, one has to spend at least
15 years at a stretch in the field holding the post like Sales Executive, Assistant
Manager, Deputy Manager to say for atleast 20 years before they are promoted to
the rank of Regional sales manager to head a region , then a post of Zonal
manager to head a Zone before they are entrusted with the job of a GENERAL
MANAGER to Man that organization to run that in the country. HERE AT TRIFED
PEOPLE HAVE BECOME A GENERAL MANAGER ONLY BY SPENDING AS FAR AS AND AS LONG AS
A LESS THAN FIVE YEARS IN TOTO AT THE FIELD.

The present General manager, Retail, at TRIFED, Mr Amit
Bhatnagar has spend even less than a two years at field out of his 32 years of
job in TRIFED to become a GENERAL MANAGER. Ask him the tare weight of a BCX
wagon and a TARE WEIGHT of the CRT wagon which transships the good , he will
never be able to answer that. Ask him-
WHICH IS THE ONLY ONE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION WHICH GETS THE CREDIT
NOTE FROM THE INDIAN RAILWAYS TO DESPATCH THEIR GOOD- HE WILL WONDER AS IF A
MAN HAS DELIVERED A BABY TO THE ONE WHO WOULD PUT THIS KIND OF A QUESTION TO HIM THROUGH HIS EXPRESSION THAT WOULD ACCRUE ON HIS FACE . . That is what his experience is that REALATES to the
FIELD . Yet he is the one who has enjoyed to become a GENERAL MANAGER at TRIFED
by being a KAHANIKAAR or a SAHITYAKAAR , ie a WRITER or maybe a LAURETTE , by
scribbling STORIES after STORIES on the NOTING SHEET, which actually does not fits into the moony
and acrimony of being the General Manager for an organization in marketing.
This is what it still runs at TRIFED even after 34 years of it’s existence
THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE PASSED AND GIVEN TO THE “ ENCYCLOPEDIA – BRITANICA ” to publish in it’s leaves that it comes out
with every year wherein it states all
about the facts which are as good as a WORLD RECORD and so unimaginable for the
people to understand.
For watching The “ SIKKIMESE – MONKEY ”
I shall again write ONE real experience that will completely
surprise one and sundry. It was the year 1993 and there was ONE Managing
Director from Bihar who was the HEAD-ONE-HEAD-ALL of TRIFED. Somebody put in
his ears that the monkeys at the MONKEY PARK at Gangtok, Sikkim, were something
to be hold. This gentleman then made up his mind to go over there.
He made up his mind and one fine day he was on his way to
Gangtok at Sikkim. The flight halts at a place by the name Bag-Dogra near Siliguri
and from there one will have to go by automobiles to Gangtok at Sikkim. He was
there with his family and as that Office was then controlled by TRIFED, Zonal
Office, Kolkatta, Siddharth Shankar Maity, then, a Deputy Manager was summoned
to Sikkim to help this , as we would call it, “ MONKEY-WATCHER ”
of TRIFED at Gangtok .
Imagine, in India as if there are NO – MONKEYS at New Delhi
to watch that people go by FLIGHT to Gangtok to see the
monkeys at the Monkey park . Now WHAT WAS THE JOB DONE BY THE MAGAGING
DIRECTOR AT GANGTOK- THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN THE ANSWER TO BE COMING OUT OF THE
COB IF ASKED BY THE GOVERNMENT.
Overnight a TRIFED OFFICE was opened at Siliguri. This
Office DID NOT DO EVEN A BUSINESS OF
ONE-SINGLE-NAYA-PAISA but it operated from 1993 to the end of 1995
lest it was decided to do away with the Office. This is the “
KHELA – HOBAY ” , why BLAME
the lady Mamta Banerjee for anything that has to be done with Khela. The REAL
Khela was that what I have mentioned here. Trace out the name of the Managing
Director of Trifed at that period, and find out whether a Bihari Babu was
the Managing Director of it , or not and
trace out his travels. You will find that he was at Sikkim/Gangtok.
“ HE WAS THERE TO SEE THE MONKEY AND IT’S FACES AT GANGTOK THOUGH THER NUMBERS OF THE MONKEYS AT TRIFED ARE INNUMEROUS ”. The kind of monkeys that he saw, as told to me by Siddartha Shankar Maity, the then Deputy Manager at TRIFED , KOLKATTA, to me was that THE SPECIMENS OF THEM ARE WANDERING AT KOLKATTA, AND THE LIKES OF FEW OF THEM ARE IN TRIFED . He wanted to see those specimen of monkeys at Gangtok, and that Managing Director was BIHARI BABU
The “ KHELA- HOBEY ” of the DONKEYS of the TRIFED ever since that
it was inherited , from then, till now continues and the present Managing
Director also is playing his game to the perfection. Infact what ever he is
doing, actually he is opening his channel and maybe the channel of some other
Seniors, that belongs to the I.A.S cadre, to join the B.J.P after they retire
within a year or so.
In all probability that KHELA of PLUNDERING and LOOTING that
thee have done, and looking into the affair of the B.J.P which will rule till
2029, these it seems have read that incase if anything opens out against them,
Mr Modi will NOT leave them. So what to do the next ? . Satisfy the top HONCHOS
of the B.J.P and find a route to join the B.J.P as the NETAJI, then. Incase if
some case reopens then within the B.J.P these CHIMS would engage in all the
Khela to save them from agrimony of the taste that the jails would serve them
.the “
NEW-CONCEPT-OF-KHELA-HOBAY ” infact has started .
“ BETTER THE PRIME MINSTER DOES NOT GO TO THE INAUGURATION FUNCTION OF THE NEWLY LAID TRIFED OFFICE AT ALL. HE WOULD DO FINE IF JHE GOES THERE TO ATTEND SOME OTHER PROGRAMMES AND SPEAK AND ENTHUSE THE TRIFEDIANS TO CHANGE THEMSELVES FOR BETTER FOR BETTER PRODUCTIVITY- IF NOT THE “ KHEL A” WILL HAPPEN WITH THE CLEAN IMAGE OF THE PRIME MINISTER ” . The USELESS “ CHIMS ” that we had them as the Managing Director of TRIFED have always been a CRACKING NUT full of JOKES and JOKERS. These have NEVER been interested to make any organization that they had worked for. These were always interested to become the CHIEF SECRETARY of the state that they wanted to become for. I shall aly another example of the same.
It was the yerar 1995. All of a sudden we got the news that
the Managing Director, YTRIFED< Mr nail was to visit Kolkatta office then.
This Office then was under Mr K.P.Rao who was the Sr Execurive Director. All of
a sudden he was transferred to Head Office at New Delhi and Mr Mazumdar a Ph.D.
in Organic Chemistry took over as the Zonal Manager. By that time we at that
Office were given a charge to completely study the TURMERIC market that existed
at Calcutta , then .
Fine me and a sales executive, by the name of Mr
Parthasarathy Chakravorthy had completed the entire job of doing a market
survey for the probability of the sales of Turmeric at the Kolkatta market.
This report was placed to the Zonal manager then, and the report completely
carried the details of the probability of the
sale of the same at Calcutta market .
I/we had made it very clear that the Kolkatta market is flooded
with turmeric and the sales are NIL.It would NOT be proper for anybody to try
and sell these at the Kolkatta market as the slae realization will NOT be
possible at all .
When the managing Director, Mr Naik/Nayak came in he
enquired about the same. Since I had expedited the job of the same and handed
my report, he started speaking to me. When I appraised him of the actualities
he said I HAVE BROUGHT RS 130 CRORES FROM THE GOVERNMENT. WHETHER THE TURMERIC SELLS OR
NOT FROM THE STOCKIST PLACE, SHOULD NOT
BE ANY CONCERN AND I WANT THE TURMERIC TO BE DUMPED AT EVERY PLACE AT KOLKATTA.
ADDING FURTHER HE SAID- IF I DO THAT I WOULD HAVE A CHANCE
TO BECOME THE CHIEF SECRETRAY OF ORISSA, SO PLESAE DO NOT DISTURB AND CRUSH MY
CHANCES FOR THE SAME. YOU WILL HAVE TO SEWLL THESE AT CALCUTTA, AND THAT IS IT
It was very HRAD to accept , for us and especially for me of the KHELA-HOBAY orders,
verbally that he had laid. I just said him- SEND ME AN OFFICIAL ORDER FOR THE
SAME WITH YOUR ENDORSEMENT SO THAT WE TAKE IT, PLACE IT TO THE STOCKIST AND THE
BUYERS AND SELL IT . This INFURIATED him . He
said- OH !! , YOU WANT A I.A.S TO SIGN AND SEND YOU THE OFFICIAL ORDERS,
IS IT, WHAT IS YOUR AGE. I just told him- AGE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SALE. WE
WOULD AND I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR SIGNATURE BEFORE WE EMBARK TO SELL THESE
TURMERIC WHICH HAS NO PLACE AT ALL AT KOLKATTA.
The HEATED argument went on and he was trying to scare me
for my promotions etc. I just replied him, I’m SIX years of age at TRIFED and
by this time those who have and had joined with me have become my SENIOR. Many
have been DOUBLE PROMOTED. That was because of the FACT that they
could do all the MONKEY-DANCING, ie the GULATHEEBAAZI that you make
them to do. THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN WITH ME AND I DAMN CARE ABOUT THE SHITS
THAT TRIFED GIVES IT AS PROMOTION. Well,
a few days afterwards on May 11th 1995 I WAS TO RESIGN AND COME
OUT OF TRIFED . I had got an offer from
a small scale industry at Bangalore to join them as a All India Marketing
Manager at Bangalore and my
This organization had a Officer by the name of Mr K.P.Rao
under whom I had worked for about three and a half years at Calcutta, then, .
He was SHELL SHOCKED to see me resigning. In fact since I was into the
COMMERCIAL/MARKETING arena of this organization, he was in fact trying to
promote me as a DEPUTY MANAGER as he in fact really got everything from me
in terms of the Field expedition that
related to the YTRIFED job at the field. My resignation had reached him. He
NEVER wanted to accept that . He spoke to me over the phone about me forwarding
my resignation then. My salary then was about Rs 6,000=00 .
He enquired about WHY WAS I RESIGNING FROM THE JOB and my
reply was IT IS A BULLSHIT ORGANISATION and I’m no more interested to work at
all. Again he just asked me HAVE YOU GOT AN OFFER ELSEWHERE and I said that YES
and the salary id about 10,000=00 /momth. On listening to it he said me WHO
WILL GIVE YOU THAT KIND OF AN OFFER .When I FAXED him the job offer of that organization
from Bangalore , he was totally SWIRLED in terms of his sense. He again got
bacxk to me saying that IS THAT A OFFER TRUE, I’m ASKING BECAUSE IT IS ABOUT Rs
1500=00/month MORE THAN MY SALARY. I just replied him- THERE ARE PEOPLE “
WISER ” THAN THOSE “ OWLS ” WHO THINK THAT THEY
ARE THE “ BEST ” AT TRIFED TO GUAZE AND ASSES THE PEOPLE BEFORE THEY
PLACE AN OFFER. I put it SRAIGHT to him saying that 99% of the TRIFEDIANS will
NEVER even get a JOB of a CHAPRASI at the other places that are ruled and run
by the PRIVATE entrepreneurs . These made him to accept my OFFER of RESIGNATION which I had TENDERED to TRIFED
.
“ INFACT I HAVE BEEN THE
FIRST ONE FROM TRIFED TO TOUCH THE SALARY FIGURE OF Rs 10,000=00/PM THEN AFTER
I WAS OFFERED THAT PAY PACKET FROM THAT BANGALOREAN PAINT MANUFACTURING
COMPANY, THOUGH I WAS NEVER CONSIDERED
GOOD FOR ANYTHING AT ALL AT TRIFED ” . My A.C.R ( Annual
Confidential report ) ………… maybe it was good to give it to the DONKEYS
to wipe their “ ARSE ” after a GOOD SHIT.
Every DAMN thing that I had observed at TRIFED was “
BULL-SHIT ” . Every act of
TRIFED that happened when I was there were all CRIMES committed and the only
decision would have been HANG-THEM-TO-DEATH – UNTIL-DEATH . The manner in which
FAVOURITISM and PLACEMENT that were effected and done completely BELIES and
DCRIES every aspect of rules that are there in the book of the rules and
regulations, that is used to run an organization. In real sense- OWLS and DONKEYS
have been ruling this organization since ages , since this organization has

for over 30 years before retiring but take them to any organization that runs
in an effective manner and put them to those people for any job up in the

Even the villian Ranjeet might have NOT raped Rakhee in that manner by which he raped her in the film Sharmilee, or even that heroine Zaheera was not raped by Ranjeet and Sudhir in that manner in the film Dharatmaa , or for that matter Mosumi Chatterjee who was raped in that manner in the film Roti, Kapada aur Makan. have you all watched these movie . NO , I guess. Watch the movie and see those rapes performed on the screen, and FEEL it. TRIFED's case is 10,000,000 times WORST that those rapes that were depicted in those movies, and IT IS A FACT.
Some bunch of LOOSE headed and some LOOSE charactered I.A.S did completely turn this entire organisation as their BUNNIES and the one's working under them as their MOLLS to do whatever they wanted to do and all in the benefit of the Tribes. The TRIBES never have been benefitted by TRIFED at all and by the Government of India at all. I HAVE SEEN WITH WITH MY NAKED EYE WHEN I WAS PLACED AT SOME OF THE MOST " UNHEARD-BACKWARD " AREAS OF THE TRIBES .
Have you all heard of a PROMOTION list that was prepared in a
THREE STAR Hotel during the lunch time. It was done in 1991 at Bhubaneswar when
Bhav Singh whose picture that I lay here did it while FEEDING Mr A.Singsit at
that Hotel during lunch and that too ADJUSTING the TRIFED money at the bak for

basically was based on the minutes and the moments, that I had experienced at TRIFED and also another
organization which I had left at Indore to join TRIFED . That organization was
run by a man who gave up his I.A.S job, and then was a Member of Parliament
before he plunged into his own business, and now runs an Engineering College. THAT HALLMARKS THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE “
COMMISSIONED – PASS-OFFICERS-TRAINED-AT-DEHRADOON ”. The entire matter is jotted here for the
readers to read it, and it stands as under-:

This is in reality and this in in actuality of the
organization which rules it’s roots especially in the Government organization
that are manned and run by the DONKEY-ARSE that we would call them , passing
the examination to get those jobs by the “ COMMISSION ” that holds
these examination and then, afterwards, completely plunging into the activity
of COMMISSIONS
while doing their duties and manning the organization that they run as a
Managing Director. Leave apart the CUT MONEY and the LOOSE MONEY that one talks
about Bengal.I have worked at Bengal and have roamed in many, many and many a
Government Offices over there. They are 100 times better and far more
adjustable when it comes to CUT and LOOSE money as compared to the others from
the states those are other than Bengal. Enough of these OFFICERS who pass out after
writing their papers set by the COMMISSION’S and trained by the training house
set for them at Dehradoon.
TRIFED infact has to change now and change for ever. These
I.A.S Officers are NOT to run TRIFED at all. This the Government of India will
not accept when I write all these but then this is a FACT and the Government of
the day needs to do. The Officers, ie, the managing Directors of TRIFED should
be selected from the P.E.S.B ( Public Enterprises Selection Board ). Also the one’s who are selected from the post
of sales Executive to the rank of Executive Director ought to be selected by
the process of written examination that ought to be conducted either by the
P.E.S.B as described above, or through the EDCIL ( Education Council Of India
Limited ) , better it be the P.E.S.B by a way of written exams .
Infact to be frank, the present batch of the TRIFEDIANS
whose age ranges from 55 to about 60 SHOULD BE ASKED TO GO FOR EVER. They
should be asked or compelled for a V.R.S ( Voluntary Retired From Service ) . The
others who do not fall in these group in the age category should be FULLY
tested PHYSICALLY as well as MENTALLY. If they are found incapacitate for work
they should be asked to leave the service.
TRIFED has to start from the bottom, from the scratch again
with a new set of policies, principles and regulation. Simply the Government
pouring the water like the MONEY on the back of TRIFED, like on the backs of the DUCKS will NOT fetch
anybody anything.
It is OK- good to get the votes from the tribes community,
that you would have to run an organization like TRIFED, but it also ought to be seen that
after a bare minimum period, the organization becomes self reliant.
MENTAL APTITUDE-:
Decisions at
TRIFED are very pitiable and wrong-: To
cite it as an example and to make the things far more clear, TRIFED now is
BOASTING and SPEAKERING so LOUD about the VAN-DHAN YOGAJANA, ie the FOREST –
WEALTH SCHEME that will enrich the life and bring about a BREAT CHANGE in the
life of the TRIBES.
OK- point given for that, the present Managing Director is
blowing his trumpet for the same. GOOD. The question is TRIFED was and TRIFED
started with the VAN-DHAN right from the inception and there were many which
TRIFED procured and sold from 1988 to 1995 till the moment I was in that
LOUSY-BULLSHIT organization and it continued even after that .
Now let us analyse the MOTTO and the OBJECTIVES. First- Why
is that the Forest Produce procuring activity was taken off from the main
activity of TRIFED and WHOSE decision was that . Who was the Managing Director
who was responsible to flash and pass an order regarding this and which was thr Ministry which took this
decision.
When the Charter on the basis of establishing this organization
was made, and it was formed ie TRIFED was formed on the basic grounding of
running this organization for the benefit of the TRIBE, with the main point of
establishing the business by procuring the forest produce of the TRIBES to
uplift their Socio-Economic condition, which was the Government and who was the
BULLSHIT , I.A.S Managing Director, who took the decision of doing away with
the Forest produce and it’s procurement. This again goes in for a TRAIL and HANG of the Government and the Managing Director and ofcourse the Government.
Secondly- this organization
was formed to eliminate the Middleman from the business of Forest produce and
the procure the Forest produce directly from the Tribes so that they get their
fair returns for their produce. HOW COME
TRIFED HAD PROCURED THAT HUGE QUANTITY OF “ NIGER –SEED ” FROM A MIDDLEMAN TO EXPRT IT TO US WAY BACK
IN 1989 FOR WHICH TRIFED WAS PULLED IN THE INTERNATIONAL COURT BY THAT U.S
BUYER .
TRIFED, has always been somewhat very peculiar with certain
kind of the Managing Director ruling and running this organization in
an manner that defies logic. In 1990,
there was a Managing Director from the Allied Services, who was a lady that was
reining and Trifed . She brought in some BANGLES and BINDIS COURTESY one of her
well-known who manufactured that , to sell it through TRIFED . My question is- ARE
THE BANGLES AND THE BINDIS THE FOREST PRODUCE. OK- some points
given, these were the TRIBES articles, manufactured to be sold. The question is
WAS THE SUPPLIER A TRIBE FROM WHOM TRIFED HAD PROCURED THESE ITEMS TO SELL THAT
. This is how TRIFED has been maintained to run it’s business.

who were positioned at TRIFED HQ at Delhi were asked to sell it courtesy some kind
of a tent that was laid for them to sell it .The materials were placed at the
tent and the guys were asked to sell that. These items ought to be sold by the
ladies to the ladies and not by the gents. To sell the bangles, as an
demonstration, the bangles has to be put into the wrist of the ladies. A
GENT CANNOT HOLD THE WRIST OF THE LADIES TO INSERT THAT IN HER WRIST OR A BINDI
CANNOT BE FIXED/PUT ON THE FOREHEAD OF A LADY BY A GENT FOR ANY DEMONSTRATION THAT IS EFFECTED BEFORE THE SALE .
AREN’T THIS SIMPLE NORMS KNOWN BY THOSE WHO RAN TRIFED. THAT IS HOW THE
MARKETING WAS DONE.
I was placed at Bhubaneshwar , then , and I was send to New
Delhi with some sample to hand it over to New Delhi Office. That sample could
have been send by some courier if needed.That would have saved the cost but NO-
it was M.Bhav Singh’s decision supported by Mr Singsit who had send me to New
Delhi.
When I landed at the Office Of TRIFED at New Delhi , I saw
this and the one who was given the charge of selling these was Rajneesh Pandey,
who was a great friend of mine. I was stunned to see that . Rajneeesh clearly
had told me that HE FINDS IT VERY HARD TO EVEN ENTER THE TENT FOR SELLING IT
.The reasoning was obvious and I have explained here why it could be. THESE ARE THE KIND OF……………. “
FUCKING- TOOLS ” THAT USE TO STRATEGISE THE TRIFED MARKETING AND
SALES. Over the period of time some of them had become the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR from the era between 2005 to 2016 and some are even continuing now in that post with the designation like EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-INCHARGE.These are LUMPS of BULL-SHIT that one can really see in the arena of marketing.
The supplier who supplied these bangles and Bindi’s such a voluptus amount that the bill was at last handed over the cheque for supplying this material to TRIFED.What happened to the Bindis and the Bangles is anybody’s guess. That is how the MARKETING of TRIFED was effected. The end result was the PROMOTION that were given to those who were the part of these kind of a sale. THIS IS THE MODEM OF THE SALE AT THE GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION. These IDIOTS who strategise the sale and the marketing are remarked as EXCELLENT, VERY EXCELLENT in their A.C.R which determines their promotion. There was ONR particular BULLET-POINT, as I would like to call it in TRIFED’S A.C.R, and that was BRAVITY. The ASSESMENT OFFICER would write his observations in the coloumn BRAVITY. What a BRAVE man would be who would TOUCH the WRIST of a lady to insert the BANGLES on her wrist or fix those Bindis on her FOREHEAD and explain the attributes of the product to those ladies to buy them. WHAT A “ BRAVE” SALESMAN did TRIFED possess, THANKS to the THINKING CAP of the one’s who strategized these marketing for those STINKS of the SENIORS to write the assessment of the BRAVITY of the juniors in their A.C.R to determine their promotion. This is what the GAMUIT of the Marketing and Sales was at TRIFED . ISN’T IT “ BRAVO ” AND “ SUPERFLOUS ” in terms of the acknowledgement and accomplishment if one has to really adjudicate it.
Now coming back to the subject of Van-Dhan. When you are again falling back to the
VAN-DHAN, why the hell did you abolish the previous mode of the procurement of
the tribal produce from the tribes.You all of a sudden changed yourself to the
RETAIL marketing for selling the Tribal produce and the artisan product started
taking place in the outlet of TRIFED for sale. All of a sudden now the VAN-DHAN has come
along. OK- why in the first place did you ever scratch the previous activity of
procurement of the Tribal Forest produce then, and now gain you are falling to
the same old procedure of engaging your marketing activity for the same.
This is what has been the MOHAMMED-BIN-TUGHLAQ
in terms of the aptitude and the attitude of TRIFED . It is absolutely a
ILLDIRECTED-DIRECTIONLESS organization with a REAL “ SHIT ” in terms of the
quality, that has ever ruled this organization in the last 33 or 34 years that it has
existed.
“ Every appointment at TRIFED has been a FARCE. Every STRATEGY of
MARKETING has been a CRUEL-JOKE, every decision has been a DISASTER, every and every TRANSACTION at
TRIFED has been a …………“ LOOT ”, every IMPLEMENTATION of the POLICIES and
PROCEDURES has been a CATASTROPHE that
BROKE-ALL-HELL-LOOSE, every remarks on the A.C.R of the candidates working over
there has been a “ ADJUSTMENT ” , every seniors over there has been, and were,
a DISGRACE to the HUMANITY which DEFIES all the CHARECTERISTICS of MANISM and
HUMANISM “ , every PROMOTIONS at TRIFED, till I worked over there have been a CERTIFICATE issued by the " MORGUE " certifying that the DEAD body is handed finally to the owner who is responsible for that dead body. .
How can you call him as a MAN who to settle his score with a
junior colleague, who is a woman , FIXES him as the woman is a NOVICE in a
particular regna and arena of Management
and send her to the wheels of “ CRUSHING- IMPERILIOUS – MENTAL-TORTURE
” This is what Mr R.S.Meena had done with Madam Seema Kaushal, now Mrs Seema
Bhatnagar if I’m not wrong if I have to name her correctly .
There has been many , many and many deals and transaction at
TRIFED done at the BEHEST of the Managing Directors right form the era of Mr
S.K.Chauhan till this time that really breaks the nomenclatures of every
business transaction and those really calls in for a tight Government checkup
and verification. To cite an example, how is that a TENDER whose SEALED AMOUNT FIXATION was
for Rupees Three Crores, was at last dealt and accepted for Rs
Nine crores, to be expedited , and that too for the rent to be paid by TRIFED for
their new office which is coming up at Okhala at Delhi.
Again there was an organization which was BLACK LISTED and
it was also black listed by the Government of Maharashtra. That organization was
into the business of furbishing and designing the Government Offices and the
showroom of the Government from where the marketing products would seel at
Maharashtra. This organization was BLACKLISTED a few years ago .
That organization changed it’s name to “ I.L.F.S ” .TRIFED gave that
organization to furbish it’s new and upcoming showroom at Maharashtra and
probably at Bombay/Mumbai.
THE RULE OF THE ORGANISATION
THAT GIVES THE JOB AS AN PROJECT ORDER TO THE ONE WHO SEEKS THAT ODER TO
COMPLETE THE PROJECT WILL HAVE TO GIVE ALL IT’S DETAIL TO THE ONE
WHO PLACES THE ORDER FOR COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
Once the entire information is obtained, the PRINCIPAL
party, ie TRIFED will have to verify all the previous record of that organization
before it places the order. Any MALACIOUS activity done by the one who is
seeking to get that order for the project expedition , will have to answer for
the same, ie it will have to answer to TRIFED for the same. Thereafter the
GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ought to be followed. It is NOT that one can do anything
he wishes to do like the present Managing Director of TRIFED did to the ILFS
to move ahead to expedite the project. If in case if there is a case of
BLACKLIST that was implied on the same, and if that name has been changed, to a new name, to carry out their business , then
the CLEARANCE from the agency that implemented the listing in black for that organization,
ought to be obtained and that too in a legal manner. DID ILFS OBTAIN THAT AND
PRODUCE THAT TO TRIFED BEFORE GETTING THAT JOB ORDER . I’m SURE-NO,
because the TRIFEDIANS do not know the rules and regulation and if even BY
CHANCE if they know that – they do not go against the WHIMS of the HIGHER UPS
as their HAPPINESS WILL BE……….. “ FUCKED ” …….. To say that
this Managing Director, Mr Prabir Krishna has been adjudicated as the BEST
“
C.E.O ” …… best CEO adjudication by some BULL SHIT donor, the BEST
C.E.O DOES NOT KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THE
DEALINGS THAT ONE HAS TO DO WITH THE BLAKLISTED COMPANY WHICH CHANGES IT’S NAME
AND RE-ENTERS INTO THE BUSINESS .
These are he CLASS EXAMPLES of the I.A.S Officers who ROAR like something, as if , which just cannot roar like them to proclaim that they are the BEST in the BUSINESS and nobody can come anywhere near to them….. For all these years we had these SHITS called the I.A.S who are simply worst than the ASH that is obtained after burning the coal….. GOOD FOR NOTHING but are considered GOOD ENOUGH to MAN-AND-CONTROL –THE-INDIAN-GOVERNMENT. The Indian politics headed by the Congress made them the KING and these have all, over the time have become the LORDS of LORD SHIVA that rules and controls the Lord seated at the HIMALAYAS or at the place from where the river Gangotri evolves….. The Indian politics headed by the Congress made them the what we might call them, the so called the GREATEST of all the INTELLECTUAL that India could ever have to help the Government to run it’s business . Barring a few and barring some the other have been a complete disaster. What is a IDIOT of a I.A.S expected to do if he is a B.A ( Literature) who is manning a Health Sector that deals with immunization and medicine that is related to it. He will totally fail. What will a B.A ( History ) , an I.A.S Officer do if he has to deal with a matter that would relate to the DISEASE that the cattles would face in a district place, or a village under that District, and are losing their life because of it. What could be the remedy – the HEAD would go off for a TOSS.

These I.A.S have garnered a TECHNIQUE. Keep the Chief
Minister HAPPY at the State, and when move up in the ladder for becoming a
Senior, keep OUR SENIORS UTMOST HAPPY and keep the Ministers of the Centres as
well as the “ P.M ” happy. Do
NONSENSE and IDIOTS in terms of the job just to keep the politicians happy.
Screw the HAPPINESS of the one’s who work under us. ROAR like anything that
would make a LION ashamed to feel that even a LION is a SHIT if compared to
them when it comes to roar…. Tis is the recipe of the success and this is what
it has been in the case of all the I.A.S ever since this country has been
formed. There might have been a selected
few who might have been a bit different or very different but that is
negligible. Along with them are the Officers like what I have seen at TRIFED
who are brought in with a HEAVEN LIKE DESCRIPTIVE QUALITIES
in their BIO-DATA, in these kind of Government organization to
run the organization …….. the end result is SARDARJI NAY “ BAILAY ” SAY
TEEN BOOND DOODH NIKAL DIYA HAI, which means the Sardarji
has extracted THREE DROPS OF MILK from the BULL.
If some COW which yields MILK , by chance watches the " TRIFEDIAN'S " activity and the end result of the same, he would be using this words :: THESE ARE THE ANTIQUE MILKING MACHINE That is what I have tried to explain by inserting the ppicture above.

Recently a promotion has taken place at TRIFED. Those who
were promoted to the rank of the General Manager defies all logic. Infact the
promotion itself defies all the logic. A Government in power can exercise it’s
power on the organization which it funds by 100& to run it as that is in
the case of TRIFED to create a OUT-OF-JOB-PROMOTION. To say that there was no
schemes of any promotion at TRIFED and no promotion did take place from 2009
onwards. In this case the Union Government can effect an out-of-turn-promotion.
When that promotional list was put to TRIFED for implementing it, the present
Managing Director the BEST C.E.O who DOES not knows any regulation and
principles to deal with a TURNED Blacklisted organization twilled the
Government orders of that promotion, and got it converted into his list of
promotion. The TWO promoted to the rank of General Manager are OFFENDERS. The
FIRST one, Amit Bhatnagar has received promotions that really defies all the
logics of PROMOTION. Over it of the 33 years of service that he has rendered to
TRIFED , he has spend 31 years at the Head Office writing all his KAHANIS and
SAHITYA ie , the STORIES and the LITERATURE on the noting sheet of TRIFED, and that is what all his credentials
are, and the second one was under the clutches of the C.B.I before he was set
free.
The rule is a General Manager in an organization which is a
Marketing Organisation has to be at the Field for about 20 years at a stretch
before he takes over as a General Manager .A General manager in an marketing
organization has to keep all the information in his finger tips of the field
problems that bugs and debugs the marketing activity, which Amit Bhatnagar does
not possesses. Ask him the date when was the TARE WIEGHT of a loaded truck
converted into carrying 15 TONNES of
weight and not more
The second person who has been promoted to the rank of a
General Manager was fixed by the C.B.I before he was set free. When a person
working in any Government organization is fixed by the C.B.I and set free HE HAS TO OBTAIN A CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
FROM THE C.B.I AND HAND IT TO THE CONCERNS HE WORKS FOR. Is that CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE SUBMITTED TO
TRIFED. NO- I’m SURE, NO is the answer as these rules are NEVER known by the
one’s who work at TRIFED and also nobody guides them to do that as well .This
are the ONES who are the GREATS of TRIFED who man the personnel and the administration department
at the Government organization . Again, after that certificates of clearances
are submitted it is from that date and day that his regularity comes into the
record of being in service. If that Second General manager has not submitted
that clearance certificate how comes that he is a regular in service and on
WHAT CONSIDERATION AND CRITERIA IS HE BEEN AWARDED THAT PROMOTION. HOW
CAN A NON REGULAR CANDIDATE BE PROMOTED IN SERVICE IN AN GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION
.
The mute question is the Governmental promotion orders cannot
be either mixed with, or at any time turned down by the Managing Director on
whom and on his organization that he is manning on behalf of the Government of
India. The Constitution does not allows anybody to do that because the Government
headed by the Prime Minister takes that decision and orders the Ministry under
him to expedite the promotion under a set of rules and schemes. At times the
direction of the Hon’ble President also is obtained before these kind of on
orders are expedited . The Managing Director is an administrative officer
under the Government of India to expedite these orders under a certain Principles
of Directives. One such
directive from the Union Government in terms of the promotion was turned into
being a MIX in terms of an order by TRIFED under this present Managing Director
and the promotion list was released. CAN
THE ONE WHO STILL IS ON A NON REGULATORY BASIS BE PROMOTED IN HIS JOB. Can
somebody whose experience does not match the FIELD EXPERIENCE at all to run a
marketing organization be promoted as a General Manager to man and run a
Marketing Organisation and that too in the Government.
ALL YOU NEED IS A
LOAD OF BUTTER TO RUN AND RUB , ON THE ARSE OF THOSE WHO ARE THE SUPREMO’S THAT RUNS AN
GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION- AND IF YOU CAN RUN THE BUTTER ON THE ARSE OF YOUR
SENIOR YOU CAN DO ANYTHING THAT YOU WISH TO…..That is the PRINCIPLE on which
the Government organization like TRIFED runs and that is how the people who
have served over there have become a BIG STAR, more bigger than the star values
of Rajesh Khanna or Amitabh Bachchan…..
These are the WAY by the principals and principle's of BRAVITY that has been applied and have been applying on TRIFED to create STARS after STARS for them in the last 34 years to run their organisation.......
The present promotion that has taken place in TRIFED where
Amit Bhatnagar and Jagannath Singh and a few more those have been promoted are
a BIG HOAX. These are very DETRIMENTAL to the Government when it comes to man
and run an organization that regulates the promotion as well .It is well
advised to
In the present promotion that took place, actually that was
NEVER the promotion of TRIFED at all. That was a kind of a incentive promotion
which the Government of India wanted to bring about just to boost up the
overall scenario at TRIFED as there was no promotion that took place at TRIFED
since 2009. There were just NINE candidates chosen with everybody as the
OUT-OF-THE-TURN-PROMOTEES . That list was send to TRIFED.
This Managing Director did not comply with that promotion
list.He had Mr Khandekar to fall upon who was his senior at
Raipur/Jagdalpur/Chattsigarh when they started. Khandekar is a I.A.S of 1986
batch and this present Managing Director is an I.A.S of the 1987 batch.
Obviously when the two were doing their job at Raipur/Chattsigarh, they would
have been as good as a JELLY BEAN and JELLY GRANULES and with the passage of
time one became something big at the Ministry of Tribal Affair and the other
one became a Managing Director at TRIFED before scaling the Dredging Corporation
of India doing nothing there.
Dredging Corporation advises the Ports etc to modernize themselves
and improve the efficiency of the work. However in reality the PORTS at India,
and it’s state of affairs are NIL. If one has to look at the Dredging Corporation
they will study and the study would
reveal that the ports at India has never been improved or improvised for
anything at all, however this organization still runs for the heck and for the
sake of the same.
A Managing Director having no experience of a marketing organization
has been asked to man and run an marketing organization like TRIFED is again a
HOAX and a CRUELTY of the joke that can it be
, but that is how it has been in the Government . The appointment and
the placement in a Government organization always has been that a MONKEY will

Coming to the subject, this Managing Director might have
used all his Office , allaying and applying all his energy and force and
explaining all the rubbish to Mr Khandekar, got the original promotional orders
reverted and to please the Government as well as one and sundry to keep his
seat intact, he MAYBE through Mr Khandekar and his Office as well as Mr
Khandekar’s proximity with that office, got the promotion list reverted , he
added some more names along with the name that were suggested by the PMO and
passed a promotional list just to give on certain advantage to his BLUE – EYED chims
of which Amit Bhatnagar is one.
When this list was first put on the table of TRIFED for
getting it implemented, Jagannath Singh went to the court and filed a petition
against Amit Bhatnagar. This did infuriate the present Managing Director of
TRIFED as his blue eyed boy Amit Bhatnagar progress was halted and came to being in a state of halt . However to equalize the matter both
were then promoted. THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS BOTH AMIT BHATNAGAR AND JAGANNATH SINGH DO
NOT DESERVE THE PROMOTION.
It is because Amit Bhatnagar and his promotion BELIES and
DEFIES every logic of his stay at TRIFED for the last 32 years and every transfers
that he negated through the higher – up’s and his use of the
The oter candidate Jagannath Singh and his promotion does
not complies to the promotional acts of a Government organization because of
the treason-:
1 ) . Jagannath Singh was under the C.B.I lens for some
reason .
2 ) .Jagannath Singh I’m sure after being let off by the
C.B.I. still might have not received or produced a clearance letter from the
C.B.I , that he is out of the barrages of the C.B.I and handed it to TRIFED.
3) . Once after a Government employee comes out of the C.B.I
or any police case filed against him, his name or candidature is not considered
for the FIRST D.P.C as an compliance of
the rules of the Government .This was the first D.P.C at TRIFED in 2020 and
hence Jagannath Singh and his name never ought to be considered .
4). Since Jagannath Singh , I’m sure had still not submitted
his letter of clearance to TRIFED, that he is out and cleared by the C.B.I , he
is still not a regulated and a regulatory employee at TRIFED .How can a
promotion be given/accorded to an employee when he is not a regular employee .
This is the way the Managing Director work and the I.A.S
work when they work to man and run an organization, and how cruel it could be
to the fate of the Government, to the organization where they are posted and at
the place where they work. TRIFED and the Managing Director- they are class
case of a RAT without it’s TEETH that bites the net to get rid
of a LION without the TAIL and that has been the TALE of TRIFED right
from 1987-88 till this moment.

Some INTRIGUING
case of TRIFED and it’s recruitment also some of it’s policy
I shall lay down some example of TRIFED and it’s murky
policy .Let me start with some recruitmental policy.
A ) . The M.B.A course at India was started or it did start
at 1961-62 with JOKA being the FIRST of such an institution to start the
course. There was Mr Bachhu Ram, who has expired who got into TRIFED with a
M.B.A degree from Allahabad University .The question is at the time of
recruiting this man did not anybody have or possess any sense at all to verify
the legality and validity of that degree and giving him the job. Mr Bachchu Ram
is no more, but he used that degree to get all the top posting in all the
Government organization and he kept on leaving one organization after another
lest he left the world. THIS IS HOW THE GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION
ARE CHEATED, LOOTED AND WHISKED BY THE ONE’S WHO HAVE THE BRAIN TO DO ALL THESE
ACTS.
B ) . The M.B.A couse ( DOBS) started at Madras University
way back in 1955 . However it was not accredited with any approval of the
Government of India and it was way back in 1971 that the Government of India
accredited that course, as the M.B.A course at the I.I.M’s started getting it’s
recognition by the Government of India. M.S.Dinakar had a M.B.A degree from Madras
Univeristy from the year 1971. How comes he gets an accredited degree
immediately in 1971 when the first of such degree ought to be given from the
year 1972.
This man at the time of joing TRIFED had finished serving in
about 41 Offices. How comes such a HUGE post like the post of Assistant General
Manager was given to him by TRIFED who had served about 22 years till then, at
TRIFED, and that too serving in as many as 41 different organization.
He is the one who took the initiative to send the cashew
kernel at Russia then, for processing inspite of the fact that there are many
cashew processing units at Kerala. In between he musked away with a booty of Rs
10 lakhs, RUPEEES ELEVEN CRORES AND SEVENTY NINE LAKHS IN TOTO AND IN EXACT Nothing has been done , either by the N.I.A , or by the A.T.S, or by any agencies to trace him, and to put him behind the bar. IN ANY CASE HE HAS TO RETURN THE LOOT AND IF NOT ALL HIS PROPERTY HAS TO BE " CONSFICATED ". He is still looming large at TRIFED and inspite of so many an attempt
TRIFED has NOT been able to put him into jail.That is because whenever the
netting authority might have approached him, he might have put his head either
to Madam Jayalalitha or Mr Stalin to get him out of the trap and the
investigating authorities might have closed the cases. TRIFED too has been a LAME-DUCK-SPECTATOR
to do anything. THIS IS HOW THE LOOTS ARE CONDUCTED AT TRIFED AND THE
ORGANISATION REMAINS “ MUMM ”.
Strictly speaking- many at TRIFED who have retired like
M.Bhav Singh, Sudhir Guliya, Mr A. Singsit, Mr Kamlesh Chandra, Mr M.S.Dinakar,
ought to be strictly prosecuted by the
POLY- TESTS that are conducted on the terrorist to reveal out the truth and
many at TRIFED like the one’s like Amit Bhatnagar and Jagannath Singh for all
the rules that binds the organizational promotional policies ought to be turned
back in terms of the promotions that they have received beside the present
Managing Director, Mr Parvir Krishna should be immediately asked to leave
TRIFED. He is a class example of a NPA ( Non Performing Asset ) who
advertises himself as if he has come as a BRUNO- SUCCOUR of TRIFED who is there
to fill the EMPTY HEART of one and sundry with BLOOD at TRIFED, which are as
good as BULLSHIT and nothing else . Simply running to the Ministry and putting
the heads to the Seniors to say that I’M A GOD WHO WILL TURN THE THINGS AT
TRIFED means that I’M A DRY “ RIVULET ” WHO CAN CHANGE AROUND THE THINGS WITHOUT THE
HELP OF A RAINY SEASON .
Nothing ever any GOOD has happened to India with these I.A.S
ruling anything that they ruled and nothing is going to happen anything better
at TRIFED of course MONEY like water would be poured to open many, many and
many outlets without any PROFIT being made by the sales proceeds at TRIFED.
Some FUNKS at the time of leaving this organization would go
with a large chunk of BOOTY tagged onto their neck or shucked in their pocket .It
might not go well with many in the Government but I would again add that the
present Managing Director ought to be shifted and transferred in some other organization
and a person worth to run TRIFED should be selected from the Public Enterprises
Selection Board to run this kind of an organization rather than the I.A.S Officers
running it. These I.A.S Officers, 99/100 in most of the cases are USELESS .They
are actually the SPIT in the mouth which ought to be spit on the dust bin,
rather than thinking that they are the SALIVA’S who ought to be gulped as these
would make the digestion process easy. Instead these are all the INDIGESTION
elements which has caused terrific damage to the human bodies , ie , to the
nation ever since this nation had evolved both during the British rule when
they brought in the concept of I.A.S and after the Independence when the
Independent India continued with these NONSENCE thinking that without them the
administration will never run in this country. Infact those organization where
the I.A.S have NEVER been placed or deputed for, have worked tremendously. These
INSECTS and WORMS that the Britishers left have completelty ….. “
FUCKED” , “ RANSACKED” and have “ LOOTED ” this
country to no extent and to an infinite limit of damage. The words I’m using might PIERCE many and many and might give them to
think so very TOMBISHLY about me , but then this is the REALITY which
everybody in the power ar India knows it but are very INCAPACITED to put a halt
to the process and these I.A.S Officers are nothing but a, which I with full
SENSE term them as “
SOPHISTICATED-WHITE-COLLARED-LOOTERS ” of India .
Every thing at TRIFED has been a loot by thosw who bribed
the higher – ups to remain at the saddle, to share the loots. Nothing ever has
been PLAIN and in white. Those who were the Managing Directors, always tried to
spent and waste the Government money to become the Chief secretary of the state
and the examples of those were Mr S.K.Chauhan and Mr Naik/Nayak and those who
ruled TRIFED as the Regional Managers/ Zonal Managers just wanted to become the
Executive Director’s inspite the fact that they were NOT good enough to be a
CHAPRASI/MESSANGERS even at any other place.
Holding some " CONCUPIED-COCKIED ” degrees that some of the
Univeristy gave it to them were nothing but the FAKE DEGRESS selling at the
open market of India, and those who vouched for these LOOTERS ands the “
PIMPS ” were ther THIRD
CLASS politicians, which even exists today saying that WE WILL NEVER INJECT THESE BJP VACCINES
AND THESE VACCINES TURNS ONE’S INTO THE STATE OF “ IMPOTENCY ”.
You cannot get an apple if you have to plant a tree of NEEM
and that is the case of TRIFED. It is upto the Government to overhaul this organization
for it’s future to be somewhat good or it has to listen to these kind of LICKING-WAGGING-THE-TAIL-OF-THE-DOGS
who are even WORST than the STRAY
DOGS
If at all I had given such a OPEN and a TRUTHFUL article
here for anybody to read, it is because I have and I’m still trying to help out
Mr Narendra Modi and his Government to pull themselves out of falling into the
ludicrous trap of the NET laid by TRIFED.It is upto them to take me and my
advise in a proper manner – or that is their business to listen or not. I’m NOT
to get a PADMA SHRI , I know for being so TRUEFUL to Mr Modi and his
Government. That also is known to me.
Simply acting as a SAMARITAN , flashing those GIGGLES on the
face does not make anybody anything best . It is for the Government to know and
whether they take my advise for better or not is their concern, NOT MINE.
Loots from those which ought to be seen and observed in the microscope to the loots that ranges into the abnormal figures in every area of management of this organisation if taken into account, it would beat the nominal expenditure of ther Hon'ble President of India ever since that Office has existed in India.
It is for this Government to act......
That is it.
