International World Woman's day :: For 364 Days We " BEAT " Them , On The 365th Day, We " GREET " Them
International Women’s Day
Despite great advancements by nations in many fields, the dream of achieving gender equality is yet to be recognised or realised.
" Women in leadership " : Achieving an equal future in a world is what is has been the attempt so far for the women folks to get it but that has NOT been achieved so far by 100% . ." The theme , ie , every theme, should highlights how women can be made equal partners in the decision-making process especially with regard to policymaking.
Women’s full and effective participation and leadership in of all areas of life drives progress for everyone. Yet, women are still underrepresented in public life and decision-making
For such a revolutionary step, we first need to break cultural, historic and socio-economic barriers that prevent the progress of women.
Currently, in many parts of the world, women continue to be underpaid and work in vulnerable conditions. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) says it is working with countries across the world to help address these vulnerabilities concerning women.
Significance of International Women's Day
This day celebrates the cultural, political, economic and social achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action to achieve gender parity. The IWD is also significant in a way it spurs us to make people aware about women's rights, gender equality, safety and prevention of any kind of harassment.

The day also helps us to reflect on the extraordinary roles played by women in almost every walk of life and celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women. Though countries across the world have made great advancements, gender equality remains an unfulfilled dream.
According to United Nations, legal restrictions have kept 2.7 billion women from accessing the same choice of jobs as men. As of 2019, less than 25 per cent of parliamentarians were women and one in three women experience gender-based violence.
We do not treat them equally in any spheres of the life and we always feel and treat as if they are the weakest or maybe the most timid personalities that could be found very easily on the earth and we also do not accept their precision in terms of the quality that they possess in real, but they are INDISPENSABLE as without them the world is a HOLLOW planet with nothing to offer .
No doubt some body really has said about them-:
" FOR 364 DAYS WE BEAT THEM,
ON THE 365TH DAY , WE GREET THEM " .........
Well , that is it and That sums it all.
Regards and Thanks
