I am responding to a hypothetical question. I am not giving any value judgment to BJP getting 200+ seats in West Bengal. That's an assumption. In my own assessment the BJP will not get 200 seats. It will get something between 164 to about 180 seats.
In any case the BJP will not get below 148 seats and it would not cross the 200 marks. The BJP had set it's target for 200 seats and it will win about 82% to about 90 % of it's targetted seat and that is a HELLUVA AWARD that it would achieve even if it has been a HELL. The NUMEROUS MURDERS that the BJP had to see and take of it's workers makes this VICTORY a HELLUVA-WIN.
The BJP will have a SEVERE task to cut and to implement it on the ground. That would be an DAUNTING task but then the Central Machinery and the Minister's at the Centre will come in as a handy and with therir valuable expertise the B.J.P will do it. It will turn for such a better for the entire state of Bengal but the LAW AND THE ORDER OUGHT TO BE AT THE CORRECT PLACE FIRST.
Now, BJP parliamentary board will have to take a decision regarding a Chief Minister. He must be a person who is capable of leading West Bengal to all round development. He must also be a son of the soil, a popular Bengali.
Then comes the onerous job of Government formation and to ensure that the promises made in the manifesto are implemented.
The third important work that's staring the new Government is to ensure various direct transfer of cash to eligible persons and families, hitherto blocked by Mamata, is also implemented. 0
The fourth job is to harmonize Ayushman Bharat with the state health scheme, so that people benefit. I have listed a few but to be frank, it is a Herculean task.
" TMC and it's leader will not take an electoral defeat gracefully. They will make shrill noise about EVM tampering, electoral malpractice etc. There's a possibility of " sectarian disturbance" . The new government will have to take care of these aspects " .
Well , that is it and That sums it all.
Regards and Thanks
