The “ CULT ” Of “ CUT ” Money
At Bengal
The Cult of cut money in Bengal is not new and it dates back
to the era of the Britishers when Kolkatta was the Capital of the East India
Company.
It is said that the cult of cut money at Bengal started from
the gone by days of Lord Irwin. However
the Historian claim that when the cord and agreement between Mahatma Gandhi and
the British Governor of India who also
was the Governor of Bengal was to be
signed the Britishers demanded for CUT – MONEY as a GENEROSITY on the basis of
which they were willing to sign an accord that would favour India for something
and when the deal was denied in principles
It is said and it is assumed that the cult and the culture
of cut money started in Bengal from that era in 1942. That accord which got
rejected when Mahatma Gandhi refused to pay any cut money to the Britishers had
it’s impact and the reason were - :
1). That accord had in it, the agreement between India and
the Britisher's who were ruling then, to pardon Bhagat Singh and his associated
from being hanged, and
2). The Britishers were to pay the Indians for all the COWS
that they had killed at East Bengal ( Now Bangladesh ), and the entire India
under the CASH – COW scheme,
This infact had raged
the Bengalis then when the money e was NOT paid to the Britishers .The entire
Bengal had felt that If the Congress had paid the money , FIRST , Bhagat Singh
and his associate would have been saved and the entire farmers fraternity of India
, then , would have been compensated for the cows that the Britishers had
killed on the basis of the CASH – COW scheme.
The First Chief
Minister To Loose The Election - ::
The First Chief
Minister to loose an election of Bengal was Mr Bidhan Chandra Roy. It was Mr
Bidhan Chandra Roy who infact is considered to be the MODERN ARCHITECHTURE of the state of Bengal.
If bethe era of 1948 to about 1958, if West Bengal then, was the most prodperous state in India and the BEST to live in, it was the FAR REACH and the FARTHERMOST VISION of the Chief Minister, Mr Bidhan Chandra Roy.
During his second tenure as the Chief Minister of Bengal, it
came to his knowledge that the cut money had started gaining tremendous invasion
at Bengal and the people were to suffer like anything. Being a very CULTURED
and a very DISCIPLINED man himself, he took a very stringent step, full of hard measures and law, and he sent
many of the one’s who were running the den of the cut money, behind the bar.
This put a lid on the income of many who were his Minister’s and within they
revolted to oust him from the power. Ever since then the culture of the loose
and the cut money gained a tremendous business for the one’s in power at
Bengal.
Pic - : The BENGALI Cut-Money
It was during the Congress rule, the various and the different
from of the different name of the Congress , after Mr Bidhan Chandra Roy was
ousted as the Chief Minister , that the culture of cut money got deeply
inserted and rooted in the system of Bengal and it’s culture. When Mr Siddartha
Shankar ray was the Chief Minister , every act in the system was based on the
cut money and though the charges were meagre and cheap, yet the cut money and
it’s system gained pre-dominance in the life of the people of Bengal. This the
one’s made it as such that IT IS A
PART AND PARCEL OF THE BENGALI LIFE AND CULTURE.
Dealing, and any dealings at Bengal especially with the
POWER at the State would hinge on cut money. Especially during the rule of the
LEFT, the NON – BENGALIS who had migrated to Bengal , used this cut money to
exchange it with the powers at Bengal with the LEFT- COMMUNIST rulers and they
gained , infact Bengal completely went into the hand of the NON- BENGALIS ands
soon the entire state went into their hand with the POWERS enjoying those
fruits with the Non- Bengalis and the
people of Bengal, the local inhabitants started becoming IMPOVERISH from
the state of being ORDINARY. That is
how Bengal and the Bengalis LOST their ground when it
came to being considered anything worth evaluating them as anything good. If
the MONEY speaks for anything, which it speaks for everything , the Bengalis
soon lost out for everything inspite of being the SOUL of that land because the
CUT MONEY Culture took everything from their hand and it placed it to the NON –
BENGSALIS with association with the local people in power.
It is that 6
decades that Bengal has been ruled and RUN by those who ran with the cut money
like the two parallel track of the railways runs and this has completely
destroyed the entire state of Bengal and the Bengalis of Bengal in particular.
Bengal and it’s partition, and then Bengal with the cut
money culture has been reduced to the size of a pulp and to the size of the
beggar. This state was once the RICHEST state in terms of the natural resources
but today the cut money culture has completely shattered the same .
The Mamta Banerjee existence and the chance to her to rule
Bengal was given by the people of Bengal thinking and hoping that she would
turn Bengal into the dtate of being the GOLD in terms of SONAR BENGAL but Mamta
Banerjee, with her APPEASEMENT POLITICS and the lineage of her , her BHAI-PO ,
ie , the Nephew who is the DON and the EMPORER of cut money completely have
shattered the entire LIFE and the SOUL of Bengal that if at all Bengal has to
recover it would need atleast a 15 years of the BJP rule with a
real AIM to develop Bengal by all means from the state of improving the
everyday earning wages to the highest ECHELON of the one’s who are the KING and
along with whom the BJP Government can transform the entire state.
Bengal’s GDP individually in
terms of the State is below 1.0 percent. As an ECONOMIST
who analyses the economy of the state on the basis of the GDP of the individual
state , the DISPOSABLE income
, of the people at Bengal is even less than Rs 4.000=00 per month.
The system of education and the health care, is as good as finished for ever at
Bengal. The energy generation that involves the electricity, coal and the water
is at it’s abysmal end and the water system is also very poor in terms of
distribution.
I can safeky vouch for the water management . On an average, a person per day needs about 22 litres of water in which he needs about five for drinking and the rest for bathing, washing so hence and so forth. But the water that one gets at Bengal on an average is even less than seven litres. HOW CAN A HUMAN BEING SURVIVE WITH THIS KIND OF WATER PROVISION. This is the manner that the Bengalis ahve survived for years after years after 1960, till now.
Go to any remote village at Bengal, which I have been to . People walk for about 8 to 10 kilometres everyday to fetch a pail of water. The JACKS and the JILLS both break down when they come back to their house with a pail of water and there is NO TUMBLING by anybody that rules the states. This has been the real ground situation of the state of Bengal when it comes to the STATE of water at the villages, at the moffusils and at the upcountry.
All the BIG Public Sector Undertaking at Bengal has been
completely BRUISED and DESTRUCTED to the NOUGHT by the LEFT – COMMUNIST combine,
and the MAA-MAATI-MANUSH at Bengal had failed the people hopes and the
expectation that was laid on them.
Over it the game ploy of Rs 45 crores as a targeted CUT
MONEY by Abhishek Banerjee now has come
like a LIGHTNING which has completely ached and ashes, the entire hopes of the people at
Bengal. The Bengalis so far so long have lived their life without any hopes but
with the BJP coming to power , which they hope, they are still with a kind of
LAST HOPE that the cut money culture will vanish and the state will be revieved
by the BJP.
IT IS A HUGE “ CHALLENGE ” AND A " GO " FOR BJP AND Mr MODI TO ACHIEVE
Bengal desperately NEEDS a LIFE and that is what the Bengali's look for Mr Modi to provide.
This is the FIRST and the LAST chance the Bengali's are giving to any political party before the people of the state take the things in their hand.....
If the BJP has to BELIEVE my words, fine or else they are their BEST judge........
That is it.
Well , that is it and That sums it all.
Regards and Thanks
