Mr Richard Nixon - this is what he had to say when he saw Mohammed Ali dancing on the ring....
Amazing Boxing skills, Amazing song! I've never seen anyone
else boxing like that! He was truly a phenomenon!
STRANGE that Mr Richard Nixon had to PRAISE Mojhammed Ali for dancing on the RING and STRANGE that Amit Panghal without being cautioned and WARNED had to see his points deducted and losing in an unfair manner......
Before starting my write up I would like to start by adding this couplet-:
" MILTAH TOH HAI BAHUT KUCH ZINDAGI MEI
BUS HUM GINTEE USKI HI KARTAY HAI , JOH HUM HASIL NA KUR SAKAY ..... "
This plainly means that there is SO much that the LIFE gives, but we COUNT on them which we never could get or achieve......

U-Tube ::Picture::The U Tube Which Displays How Mohammed Ali Would Dance At Ring
The Doom Of India At The Olympics - ::
There were a few moments for India in this Olympics for India
to stand up and talk in an manner of protest .It was for the fact that there
were certain moments which did dig India to the grave in this Olympics which
got over at Tokyo .
Infact India was robbed by TWO definite result in the Boxing
events and one in the wrestling . I shall now write them in detail but first of
all I shall explain the concept of dancing on the ring.
It was on Mohammed Ali that the song-::
“ He Flies Like A Butterfly, He Stings Like A Bee,
He Is Mohammed Ali,
He Is The Black Superman ,
And If You Can , Catch Him In The Ring ,
If You Can …..”
It was way in the 1970 when Mohammed Ali who brought this
concept of running all around the four corners of the ring. It is shown in the
U Tube here. It was Mohammed Ali’s venture to dance all around in the ring to
put him away from the opponent to irritate ands frustrate him in the ring, and
then all of a sudden rush to the opponent and execute those flurries of punch to garner the points for
him again to do the same. Ali would knock out his opponent.
This technique of dancing on the ring in a Super Heavy Weight
bout for the professional boxers are not a mean of negativity to lose points or
to be warned by the referee. It is because a professional bout in the Heavy
Weight or the Super Heavy Weight comprises of 15 rounds, each of FIVE
minutes. Hence the total of the 15 rounds are of 75 minutes.
Between each round there are a break of TWO minutes hence 15X2 = 30 minutes. It
takes 105 minutes in all for a Super Heavy Weight bouts to be completed in case
if it goes to that end but the Super Heavy Weight bouts always have ended in a
knock-out for the winners except a few cases. By the end of the seventh round ,
ie , 35 minutes plus another 14 minutes of the rest time in between which is
equal to 49 minutes, one sees that the bouts are over… and the winner decided ……
I take the cases one by one of the Olympics boxing bouts which
were fought this time and in which the Indians had to face the reverse, which
was very hard to digest… I also would like to write about some other events in
which the Indians were made a scapegoat …..

- :: Boxer Mary Kom, 2nd Round Bout-::
In this
Olympics the FIRST of the disaster that India faced was in the second round of
the boxing bout in the 51 kilogram weight category .
She was fighting a boxer from the Republic of Dominica . In
this bout after the first round all the FIVE Judges gave Mary Kom 10 points
each which meant that Mary Kom was won the First round and every judge were in
her favour. Came the second round the Dominian Boxer produced some array of
good and intelligent shots and displayed her hitting sense in a profound manner
yet Mary Kom too hit the correct place on her face always whenever she found an
opportunity, and continued to hit her correctly at the correct place to garner points.
What I saw was that Mary Kom
too was on an equal terms against her opponent and she might have been a
bit passive as she was always thrown to the corners of the ring but she was
good in hitting back to come back to the middle. The hits might have been
52%-48% in favour of the opponent as she was punching more but Mary Kom also
was effective in hitting her back at the correct places to garner the points.
The end of the round saw the Score Board displaying three 20’s
to her opponent and two 20’s to Mary Kom and with the 1st round
showing all 10’s to Mary Kom- it was such that at the end of the second round
with all the 10’s in her favour and two 20’s in the second, it was Mary Kom who
was leading till the end of the second round.
In the third round both the boxers were up against other and
it clearly was a 50-50 round of bout in the third .Both kept on hitting each
other at the face and always within the periphery of the face. Infact the
Dominian boxer was warned twice not to hit on the head and to keep her face up
while fighting. Mary Kom was also warned once about not to be passive .The
warning were in favour of Mary Kom in the ratio of 1:2 .
When the bout got over and the result declared it was
surprising to see that the Dominian Boxer was declared as the winner by 3:2 in
a split bout decision. It was strange to
see about the points which was awarded to her opponent in an manner . How comes
the second referee who gave Mary Kom only 28 points as against the opponent who
scored 29, when the same referee at the end of the first round too gave her ie , Mary Kom a 10
points as flashed in the score board then. In the second round the same referee
gave Mary Kom 9 points and in the tired again it was 9 from him to Mary Kom and
it was 10 and 10 in the two rounds to her opponent. If that is so how comes
that this referee gave Mary Kom 10 points at the end of the first round and
Mary Kom after the end of the first round was a 10 from all in case ie , from every judges she earned a maximum of 10 , getting those points.
It was the referee number two who at last gave Mary Kom 28-29
points that made the decision against Mary Kom and to see that she is out of
the boxing competition. Mary Kom in the
entire bouts of three rounds, scored a 10 all from every referee at the end of
the 1st round, a TWO tens in the second round which means she was leading her
opponent till the end of the 2nd round in total of point compilation
and how is that she scored so less a points in the 3rd round where
she was equal to the task and at times a bit more belligerent against her
opponent .
Before the bout she wore the dress in which it was her full
name scripted. Just when she was ready to enter the ring she was told to change
it to the red colour in which only the name Mary would be there for the show.
Why was then she , at the FIRST place , allowed to wear a jersey which had it’s full name in the
first round . This bout of Mary Kom has many to speak for and it seems that the
decision were biased and were partial .Infact it appeared that Mary Kom had won
the bout by a split but the reverse was announced at the end of the resultant bout
in terms of the result. It was a HORROR
to see the manner in which the result was declared……
In any case if Mary Kom was and had declared the winner she
would have moved into the last four and ONE medal a BRONZE was and could have
been assured but that was NOT to be. India in this case was robbed of a medal ….
Mary Kom is 38 years of age now. The Olympic Boxing does not
permits a Boxer above 40 to participate in the events after he or she had
crossed 40 years of age. Hence it could be construed that this was the last of Mary Kom’s show in the Olympics . She is a LEGEND of Indian Eves Boxing and she
now will have to decide upon her future.
The CWG Games and the Asian Games are round the corner. Next
year we would see the Asian games as well as the CWG games and if it is so Mary
Kom if she is fit to contest she can give it a try but thereafter it would be
that she will have to give away playing in the Boxing event for India.
In this Olympics in her 2nd round bout, Mary Kom
was a bit slow in moving round the ring in both of her bout in the two
successive round that we saw her fighting and she has to improve on her speed.
The age is against her hence that would require a lot of practice and effort to
improve on it. Her agility also will have to be improved if at all she wishes
to dominate the Asian games Boxing event in her category and also in the CWG
games but here in the Olympics, in the second round she was more dominant as a
technical player but we were surprised
to see her losing in that manner that she lost….. she was made to lose .This is happening to the Indian boxers ever since the Munich Olympics in 1972 when Munnuswamy Venu was made to lose his bout against the Kenyan in the semis and ever since then it has been a paraphernalia's in ever manner to declare the Indian Boxers as the most decorated one's and then to cut or chop-off their neck for the same.....

:: Amit Panghal ….. Did He Do That Very Badly As The Score Board Tells –A “
FALSE ” Count
This Indian Boxer
entered the fray as the WORLD NUMBER ONE in the Amatuer field of the 51
Kilograms weight of the boxing bout, against the Boxers that were to play in this Olympics and was given a
First-Round-Bye in the round of 32.
In the pre quarter – finals he was pitted up against a Colombian
Boxer who was a Silver Medallist in the 2016 edition of the Rio Olympic games. Here
too the decision as we know about the Boxing and the manner in which it is
being awarded raises a HELL-OF-A-HUES in terms of the cries when we see it
awarded in that manner to oust the Indian.
Amit Panghal is a smart boxer. His is cunning when it comes
to that and is very intelligent when it comes to being close to fight and
drawing himself away from the same. Amit does not lands crushing punches but
hits the opponent at the appropriate place within the periphery of the face and
the mouth to collect important points. This is how he has been fighting all the
time, This is the mechanism he had applied to win the Gold at the last Asian games,
the Gold at the CWG games and a SILVER at the World Boxing Championship. HE
ENTERED THE FRAY AT THE OLYMPICS BEING THE NUMBER
ONE BOXER IN THAT WEIGHT CATEGORY.
In this Olympics at Tokyo, he being the World Number One in
terms of the seeding he was given a bye in the round of 16 and thus he had
moved into the Q/F of the event. In that Pre Q/F bout match, he faced an Colombian
who was NOWHERE in the fray in the World in 2021 though he was a Silver
Medallist in boxing in the Rio-Olympics. The last FOUR years saw him not even
winning ONE title or even winning a Bronze in any of the World Level Boxing
Championship
In the bout that we saw of Amit Phangal fighting against
that Colombian, it was a CLEAR 10 points of score for Amit Panghal in the end
of the first round against his Colombian opponent. In the 1st round
the manner in which Amit Panghal moved around the ring and hit his opponent the
score flashed was nothing surprising.
However the catastrophe started hitting the Indian in the
second round. In the 2nd round the Colombian was furious and he would
always come close to Amit and punch him in any manner and in any way at any
part of the body. He purposely engaged himself in the rabbit punching where the
two boxers would push other with the chest attached to each other, and hit in the stomach to withdraw himself from the other.
In the second round of that bout we clearly saw the
Colombian hitting Amit Panghal below the belt and in one of a hit it hit him in
the main part. The referee stopped the bout and started counting the EIGHT
COUNTS against Amit. THIS WAS A FARCE.
Pic - :: Amit Panghal again on the RABBIT PUNCHING moment where he is being targeted on the NON PERMITTED part to be punched in his 2nd round of bout.
“ IN THE BOXING EVENT YOU
CANNOT POUNCH A BOXER BELOW THE BELT. INCASE IF A BOER DOES THAT AND IF HIS
OPPONENT IS HIT ON THE DISALLOWED PART PART THE BELT THE BOXING BOUT HAS TO BE
STOPPED AND THE ONE WHO DOES IT OUGHT TO BE DISQUALIFIED . THE COLOMBIAN BOXER
OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN DISQUALIFIED. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. THIS WAS A PARTIAL AND
UNFAIR DECISION “ …..
In 1974 in the Tehran Asian Games, Til bahadur Bura had
defeated an Iranian opponent in the Final bout and was declared a winner.
However after the bout was over the Iranian contingent of Boxing put a protest
against Til Bahadur Bura that he had hit the Iranian opponent below the belt
and the jury went over the protest and at last declared Bura as the LOSER to
have done so.The Gold medal went to Iran and the Silver was awarded to india. A
DEFINITE GOLD which was India's was seized and given to the Iranian Boxer and
the Silver was awarded to Bura.
Thereafter in the boxing competition no sooner that the
Boxer hits below the BELT the REFEREES have to warn the boxer doing that and
the message has to be send to the five judges awarding the points by the
REFEREE standing straight everytime facing the judges and crossing his arms in
a criss cross manner to indicate that he has served an warning to the boxer who
did that crime for hitting berlow the belt…..In this case it did not happen. We
were expecting that to happen and it did not
Contrary to the expectation, the referee started giving a
EIGHT-COUNTS to Amit Panghal. That was the undoing for Amit. However at the end
of the 2nd round we saw the score Board. It was again Amit who had
scored 20 , ie a perfect 10 from two judges at the second round Five 10’s and
TWO tens again , ie , in all SEVEN tens at the end of the second round Amit was
far ahead.
In the 3rd round again that Colombian Boxer adopted the same trick of RABBIT
PUNCHING where the boxers would push each other by chest and in that process
the boxers would hit on the stomach. The Colombian Boxer again started hitting
Amit on the stomach and in that process he hit two punches on the lower part of
Amit where the punches are NOT allowed to be hit. Again Amit had to draw himself
out and put his chest on the rope for recuperating.
“ THE REFEREE SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THE BOUT AND SHOULD HAVE AWARDED
THE BOUT TO AMIT PANGHAL…”
That did not happen. The Referee also did Not warn the
COLOMBIAN either in the 2nd round of the bout as well as in the 3rd
round. Seeing this Amit in the rest of the time started moving all round the
ring to get away from the illegal bout and the punches that the Colombian was
throwing on him…The referee staretd warning Amit not to indulge in the time
wasting technique.
This was a WRONG that was going on. In the 15 rounds of the
PROFESSIONAL bout, the DANCING round the ring is NOT an offense as the counted
time of the bout is 75 minutes. However in the Olympic and the other
International bouts the rounds of the bouts are limited to three and the total
tme period is of 9 minutes at the most in toto. Hence the time wasting
technique is limited to at the most of 20 seconds at it’s best and not more.
If the Referee feels that a boxer is wasting his time and the time of the
bout, he has to STOP the bout, WARN the Boxer doing that , then he has to stand
upright facing each judges, has to send a signal by crossing his arms/wrist in
a criss-cross
manner and then if he wishes he can
direct the judges to deduct the points in terms of PASSITIVITY. This is the
rule. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL……
Perhaps all the
judges might have deducted the points from the tally of Amit in that bout after
that.
It was strange to see that happening as the Referee of that
bout NEVER did pass any signal of warning against Amit at all but the judges
had started deducting the points. Amit leading by 4-1 after the counts at the
end of the second round was declared a losing boxer when the final result came
out. He lost that bout by 1-4.
THIS AGAIN WAS A CASE OF “
CHEAT ” AGAINST THE INDIAN AFTER MARY KOM LOST HER BOUT IN THE 2ND
ROUND…….
Infact Mary Kom had tweeted after her bout to the PMO and
the Hon’ble Prime Minister about the manner she had lost and was made to lose
the bout .She also expalied in the manner about her jersey that was changed
from having her full name Mary Kom in the first bout to Mary in the second.
It happened in the Asian games of 2018 against L.Sarita
Devi. She had refused to accept her Bronze medal then. That time and in that
year I had written about a 82 pages of a letter describing it all on Boxing and
the manner the Indian Sports personalities are stripped of their medal. I had
described how Munnuswamy Venu and Til Bahadur Bura were deprived of their due
and earnful right in the arenas of International sporting event and in the ring
of the Boxing…..
The Prime Minister then, took the case and fought
TOOTH-AND-NAIL to first remove the ban that was implied on Mrs L.Sarita Devi
and then could impress upon her to accept the Bronze Medal, which she did but
thereafter announced her retirement from Boxing. It may be noted that Mrs
L.Sarita Devi was treated in the same manner in the Women’s’World Boxing
Championship in the finals where she was forcibly treated in the manner that
Amit Panghal was treated now in this Olympics . The Lady was awarded the SILVER
which she did not feel it right to have been, but when the same incident
happened to her in the Asian games of 2018, her behavior made it for all to see
and that everybody saw that…..
It is that the Indian at every International meet are the TARGET.
They are everytime being meted out in the same manner as described above. This
is not new. This has been happening right from the days of Henry Rebello after Independence
in 1948, at the London
Olympics and since the days of NORMAN PRITCHARD from the Paris
Olympics from 1900.
I have researched it and then as a PROOF I have inserted the
DANCE
like the BUTTERFLY of Mohammed Ali in the ring, inserting the
U-Tube , so that people watch how Mohammed Ali would dance on the ring. Amit
Panghal too did that but if it is NOT allowed to KILL the time
in that manner he should have been served a WARNING first
before his points that were deducted. This time too an Indian in the fray was
unjustifiably made to lick the dust for no reason and in an useless manner…..
Amit is only 26 years of age or maybe 27. He is still YOUNG and has the age on his side. By the time of
Paris Olympics he would be about 29 or 30 years of age. That is the time when
the sportsm,an is in the peak and start slowly steeping down. Amit will have
the Asian games in 2022 and the CWG Games in 2022 with twi World International
Boxing event that he will have to fight . He can still hope to win a medal for
himself anf for india but he will have to be wary about the force of brilliant
boxers that would come from Philippines, Russia, Kazakasthan, Uzbekistan and
from the Europe and the American continent. He has to be very quick in his
movement as well as he will have to pack his punches with power to make it
count.
Madam Mary Kom for her age will NOT be allowed to play in
Paris in 2024 but tere is EVERY chance that Amit if he improves upon, then he
can still dream to win at Paris- HOWEVER THE NATIONAL BOXING COACH OF INDIA,
AN IMPORT FROM CUBA OUGHT TO BE AND HAS TO BE CHANGED.
A far more purposeful Coach having some international
credit and standing and crier
has to be roped in for the Indian Boxers. This Cuban has to be done away with……
All in all the entire Indian Boxing contingent did not put
up a proper semblance of anything and they did not look like a LION walking on
the ring. It appeared that for most of the time they were subdued in their mind
and a LUCKY draw gave Lovleena Borghain a medal or else India would have come
back with a BIG ZERO like the Shooting and the Archers did…..
C ) . Ravi Kumar
Dahiya :: Again A Victim Of Bad Points Award
In the wrestling
we all are enjoying at the success of Ravi Kumar Dahiya.
Infact this
wrestler has been ROBBED of his GOLD .
In his final bout against Uguev of Russia , he was NOT
awarded two points. The First was one when he pushed his Russian opponent out
of the ring when he was trailing 1-3. It was he who pushed the Russian opponent
lunging on his back from the red corner zone of the wrestling mat. He was
clearly on the back of the Russian wrestler when he did that. He should have
been awarded the point and the score should have been 2-3 for Ravi.
WE WERE SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THE RUSSIAN WRESTLET THREW HIM ON THE
FLOOR AS BOTH WERE OUT OF THE RED ZONE AREA TO AMASS TWO POINTS.
That made the score 5-1 in favour of the Russian. Ravi then
brought the Russian back to the mat when the Russian was brought down by a pin
and Ravi made the score 3-5 by then. The bout reached its pinnacle and in the
process in the 3rd round Ravi again floored the Russian on the mat
and got over him from his shoulder. The Russian wrestler and his shoulder had
touched the mat and accordingly two more points should have been awarded to
Ravi and the score would have been 5-5 but that did not happen at all.
The Russian then scored another two points to make it 7-3
and thereafter ravi made it FOUR points as against seven .The score was 4-7.
That two points that was NOT awarded to Ravi when the score was 3-5 mentally
had cracked Ravi .If the and those two points had been awarded to ravi and if
the score would have been 5-5 , the tale would have been different. It may be noted that ravi had scored the LAST
point of that bout and in between we saw Uguev running away from Ravi on two different
occasion .This bout , India was NOT awarded atleast THREE points inspite of the fact that ravi had legally
scored those points, and that made the difference – a GOLD was snatched away
from Ravi Kumar…..
Pic - :: Ravi Kumar Bitten In His Bout In The Semis
Ravi in his Semis, against his bout against A Kazakhstani
wrestler was bitten so badly in his bout when he went for that fall. That
Kazakhstani was biting him like the dog bites his prey. It is so surprising
that inspite of all these the REFEREE continued with the BOUT wherein it should
have been stopped and the bout should have been awarded to Ravi Kumar.
Had it been any other athlete from the ELITE nation the decision in all these incident would have been different and reverted as well. We saw how it happened in the 2012 Olympics where in the FIRST round Indian Boxer Manoj Kumar had beaten a U.S.A Boxer and then the U.S after the protest that they lodged to the jury then got the verdict turned in their own favour. Here after the bout was over and after Ravi had won by a FALL, he went to the REFEREE to show his bitten part and he complained it against, but NO ACTION took place.
THIS IS HOW THE INDIAN OLYMPIANS ARE METTED WITH TREATMENT IN THE OLYMPICS
A “ TALE “ Of A Brazilian Maestro On The
Build And On Rise – VERNON A NEW NAME ON THE RISE
Very few would know that Brazil has won the FIFA Under 17
World Football title a few months ago. In such a manner where the pandemic was
so HIGH at Brazil, the Brazil Football held this WORLD CUP UNDER-17 Football
World Cup.
Infact Brazil was NOT the original host for th same. However
with the pandemic hitting their country like anything and hitting the World at
large, the original host of this mega event , infact Mexico put itself OUT of
the contention to hold it.
The inability to hold it because of the factor of funds and
money made the Brazilian authorities to come forward and hold it. The
COFEDRATION OF BRAZIL FOOTBALL needs money like anything and that held the
World Cup Under – 17 first and then the Copa- America, a few months later.
The Brazilain team in actual had failed to qualify for this
tourney .In the qualifiers from their latin American group, they had failed to
qualify, but as it was when they got a chance to hold it, they qualified
because of being the host.
I’m putting up a U Tube clip, to show all about a LAD by the
name of VERNON a find for Brazil in that tournament and the manner by which he
won that Cup for Brazil.
U Tube - : The Exploits Of Vernon For Brazil In The Under - 17 World Cup Football
THE GREATEST OF THEM IT ALL
WAS BRAZIL TRAILING TO ITALY BY 0-2 TILL THE BREATHER AND FINALLY WINNING IT BY
3-2 WITH VERNON NAILING ITALY.
Just see the manner in which this find of Brazil displayed
himself to walk away not only with the tit;le but also the BEST PLAYER AWARD……..
The STADIUM MARACONA has always been a PLACE OF TEARS for
Brazil. 1050, 2014 and then the last of it, the COPA-AMERICA, all brought out
the TEARS for Brazil whenever an Intercontinental mega event was held here…..
This was for the FIRST occasion and the FIRST time that
Brazil won an Intercontinental Football event at that venue…..
Brazil has also won the Olympics Football Finals beating
Spain by 2-1 in the finals. A lad by the name of Paulinho was playing in that
Finals for Brazil. He was here when India had hosted the Under 17 World Cup
Football which was won by England when they defeated Spain by 5-2.
WHERE IS THE INDIAN LAD WHO HAS
SCORE INDIA’S FIRST GOAL IN THE WORLD CUP THEN OFF A HEADER.
Paulinho- when I saw his physique during the Olympics
playing for Brazil I was SHOCKED. From a
THINNY-SKINNY lad then he appears to be a wrestler and many an dimension to his
game added. What are we doing to develop our Footballers, physically, mentally
and by the game…..
That sums up it and that is all .....
Regards and THANKS
