To start with, let me first make it very clear that FOOD does not constitute the element of GDP. In this picture above food is depicted/picturised as an element of GDP. As I cannot take that portion out from the picture , I'm left to the discretion to picturise it as an element of GDP but that is not to be considered as an element of GDP at all. The other elements are correct to be taken of and into account.
Next year the people of India with an wide
eye opened, will watch the battle ROYALE between the Samajwadi Party , pitting itself against the BJP which would be vying to gain the top honour of Uttar
Pradesh in the assembly state election , pitched and pitted against the B.J.P , which is a dominatable force in the state, which the Samajwadi Party in the state would lock their horns with, against the B.J.P which will be led by Yogi Adityanath .
This though many would see as the semis
for the battle of 2024 but in reality the facts are that THERE IS NO BATTLE IN 2024 FOR Mr MODI TO
FACE AT ALL AND HENCE THESE KIND OF WORDS LIKE SEMIS FOR 2024 ETC ARE USELESS
AND MEANINGLESS.
The people of Uttar Pradesh which
includes every section of the society that live at Uttar Pradesh will see and
note the state of the affairs of the state of Uttar Pradesh before they go to
cast their vote and by what that we see and by what that it appears it is once
again going to the the B.J.P which will be saddled at the power at Uttar
Pradesh.
The kind of the affairs that the
incumbent Chief Minister, Mr Yoginath has set in and the kind of the change
which could be either ISOMETRIC or ADIABATIC , is for the people of
the state to decide and once the final results of the state of Uttar Pradesh
comes out, the state of the affairs would be clean. It is the people of Uttar
Pradesh that will decide as to who would win the battle- but as of now what we
see and the kind of the standard set in the first five years of rule of Yogi
Adityanath , ie , 1.0 rule , and the
graphics that we see in terms of the standard set and the actual achieved and
if all the parameters of judging the actuals achieved by Yogi Adityanath , it
is clear that the B.J.P and it’s jaggaurnut under Yogi Adityanath will clearly
win the battle in 2022.
What are the parameters by what it so
far is still visible to us, and that we can visualize that Mr Adityanath would
be a clear winner is what is the subject matter of this article depicted here.
It makes an interesting reading to analyse and discuss here all about the
parameters that goes and stands in favour of the B.J.P under Yogi Adityanath
and this makes an important reading . Let us analyse the same and put it here
for a very useful peruse for the readers to read it.
1 ) .MLA's of criminal background - ::
This is one of the most critical and the
most heinous arena where the B.J.P of late can boast to be better under the
Yogi Adityanath’s regime but overall the situation of Uttar Pradesh from 1997
till 2017 was worst and the less one says about it all the better it would be.
Uttar Pradesh is a heaven for the most
hard core criminal’s that were there in this country closely followed by Madhya
Pradesh , once upon a time. Things since then have changed and Uttar Pradesh
under Mr Yogi Adityanath really has scored over the others in this matter to
quash and clean the criminals. The recent cases are that many of the hard core
criminals who are expecting a loss of the life for them, are approaching the
jail authorities at Uttar Pradesh and requesting the Police authorities to put
them under the law behind the bar. They say that staying at the jail at Uttar
Pradesh for them is better than roaming outside. Such has become the state of
affairs for the criminals at Uttar Pradesh under Yogi.
The ruling party B. J. P until 2017 was not a
leaf of TULSI washed with clean Ganga Water . Until 2017, the BJP had 143
MLA’ s with criminal background in 2017 Uttar Pradesh assembly. Now the
situation is quite different. The full control by Mr Yogi has changed it all. Yogi rule has shown full control on the
tainted image of the MLA's of the B.J.P. Not only that, the other who
walked around the entire state of Uttar Pradesh saying that NOTHING would ever
be able to touch them at all, are all languishing at the jail and most of them
are from the Samajwadi Part especially the Muslim heinous Ministers whom the
Samajwadi Party gave all the kind of aids and the succour to keep them afloat as
the Muslim votes mattered to them.
Samajwadi Party has a kind of a record
that it is that the people of Uttar Pradesh from the heart wants this party to
get dissolved and wiped off from the maps of the politics and it’s entity as
well to completely go off from the Uttar Pradesh politics and also from the
scenario of the Indian politics . I was at Varanasi a few years ago, not even
two years old if I have to say. I spoke to a lot of them at Varanasi. About 90%
of the people then openly criticized the Samajwadi Party and their rule and the
family that owns and run the Samajwadi Party, They openly said that they were
under a great fear under the Samajwadi Party and it’s rule and that the fear
made them to vote for the Samajwadi Party then. In no case they wanted this
party to rule which it ruled from 2012 to 2017 and they openly said that in any
case they will never vote for Samajwadi party at all in 2022. That was the sentiment
of the people of Uttar Pradesh when I was at Varanasi then.
As compared to the B.J.P of 2017, this
party still as of now owns 189 MLA’ s with criminal
background and in 2012 the picture was no different. Visibly , and a clearly a miffed Akhilesh Yadav, and his inability to
control them from 2012 to 2017, and
those who brought in about the whole of the Muslim vote to them, at the Uttar Pradesh assembly, those did a lot of
unbearable injustice to the state of Uttar Pradesh and the p[people had to bear
it a lot . Akhilesh showed his inability to stamp his authority on his party people who were moving and doing a sinful act
of wrong humanism, and had to support some tarnished image MLA's like Mukthar
Ansari, Vijay Mishra and Azam Khan in various unlawful
activities. These people want the trio that is mentioned here and many more of
the likes of them to be HANGED for such heinous had been the acts of them as only a DEATH UNTIL
DEATH IF HANGED only would give them any solace to live, such has been the crime
done by these kind of anti-social but politico entities.
Scams
Scams have become a HEART-THROB in the recent scenario of Indian politics and
politics is a mean to grab and loot the resources in such a manner that once
done and once you do if you are in politics, you are worth enough to see your
ten generation enjoying the loot.
People now come to politics saying that
they wish to serve the people but in reality it is exactly the opposite. People
come to politics as - :
1). It is the last refuge of the SCOUNDRELS,
2 ) . It is the place where you can come
out of all the crime that you have done beside you can LOOT like anything which
would even make the looters like to Nadir Shah get ashamed of you . For that is
why the politics has been made now when I talk all about the Indian politics.
No scam has yet been heard in the
governance of BJP. Atleast under the rule of Mr Modi, no such scams have been
noticed and more so in the state of Uttar Pradesh as of now, nothing in terms of
the LOOT or the SCAMS have taken place.
In the rule of the Samajwadi Party there
have been many a LOOT if not the scams and the land mafia, the sand
mafia, the water mafia, the fish mafia, etc , to name a few had in toto, ruled
the state and made the life a HELL
for one and sundry. Akhilesh Yadav just could not do anything to put an end to
the same.
In the recent time the Samajwadi Party
only to confuse the people of the state
so if at all they could make any change
in the scenario, and get the people to spew their venoms on the B.J.P tried out
with some silly scams, making an attempt to taint the Government under the rule
of Yogi Adityanath However, opposition
wrongly claiming about Covid - 19 kit purchase scam in Sultanpur got a bitter taste
of the bite when their claims and their shouts did not prove anything in reality
.s
There have been several scams, that are under
the probe, now , and are being probed by Enforcement Director’s under the Central
Government, and CAG like illegal land
mining scam, Police recruitment scam, money laundering scam during SP regime.
The Police scam is the worst if the truth that would come out if it is allowed
to come out. In the recruitment of the Police during the Akhilesh Yadav’s rule,
all the posting and the vacancy that were filled up then, were given to the Yadavs,
the likes of Azam Khan and Mukhtar Ansari, and with that these goons and the
anti-laws of the power centre of Uttar
Pradesh then, moved freely and it was FREE-FOR-ALL at Uttar
Pradesh. Various irregularities
regarding utilization of money worth crores, has been found in Akhilesh rule.
Religious riots

This use to be the major criteria to divide
the people and to divert the attention of the mind of the people at Uttar
Pradesh when Akhilesh Yadav was ruling Uttar Pradesh . There were many clashes
between the Hindu and the Muslims and the scandalous and the fallacious leader
specially from the Muslim community spared
no effort to see that the clashes
rose so as the see the fire and the flames set high to urns and burn the
state and the people like anything.
Ever since the Yogi Government came into
the power, no major riot was seen, no body was spared if they tried to do
so, and there is nothing in Yogi and his
Government if one has to see it in terms of the communal clash The
law and the order is so
severe that if one tries to do it and if he is rounded off, the situation is HE BECOMES A “
ROUND-OFF ” entity at Uttar Pradesh. . .
The Yogi cabinet, after it has come to
the power, has approved the UP Recovery of Damage to Public Properties
Ordinance, 2020 for recovery of losses of the government and private properties
during riots and violent agitations. People who had their properties
constructed illegally and those who had acquired crores and crores of the land
in and by illegal manner now have the mortification to see their
properties and those kind of lands taken away the the state and it’s
administration. The one’s axed have been the brother of Mayawati, who claims
that she is a BETI of Dalits, and the likes of Azam Khan and Mukhtar Ansari are
too open and too common to be missed about all these things and the acts.
When the land from the brother of Ms Mayawati was taken off by the Yogi Governmnet which was for abot 400 acres , Ms Mayawati raised a lot of hues and cry, saying that the land of DALITS were taken back by the Yogi Government by force. However when opprtunity was given to prove that the land was LEGALLY his, the cries could not prove that so. In the case of the others , who had constructed their Universities, Hotels, Motels, and other building on them, those werre completely demolished by the Bull-dozers and the building breaking equipments, the cranes and the land has been siezed by the U.P.Government. This has been shown more and more on the TV set.
Hundreds of small and some major riots
like Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Ghaziabad, Bareilly, Pratapgarh, just to cite
as an example had occured in Akhilesh
regime, leaving thousands of dead and injured. This is one reason why the people are still at
PAIN and this is one of the reason why some section of the society at Uttar
Pradesh want the culprit to be immediately brought under the law and they want
the Hon’ble President to hang them until death, and this is one area where the
people of Uttar Pradesh are somewhat aggrieved by the Yogi administration, for not sending those cases to the Hon'ble President to hang the main culprits, or
else they are not in for any complaint for Mr Yogi and the B.J.P at all. That
is one of the reason why people are so happy under Mr Yogi and his rule. For
most of them say that YOGI MIGHT BE TOO TOUGH AND HARD- BUT HE
IS A MAN WHO DELIVERS JUSTICE AND GOVERNANCE !! .. .
Law & order
UP witnessed sharp decline in crimes
figures that spoke of it's volume of 2012 to 2017, (Akhikesh) and
2017 to 2021 as of yet (Yogi). Let us
just put out the figure here –L:
The decline of all the anti-social activities
under Mr Yogi is as follow and this will make an interesting reading - ::
Dacoity -
decline of 60.94℅.
Loot cases -
decline of 46.42℅.
Murder-
decline of 20.95℅.
Kidnapping-
decline of 46℅.
Rape -
decline of 18.59℅.
The reason of decline is obvious in Yogi
regime as there is drastic elimination of all dreaded gangsters by police
encounters . Those who were really not the one’s to live in a meaningful
society whose numbers are ( aprrox. 76)
were first given a clear task and a very strong warning to surrender themselves
to the law .When they did not heed to the warning and went about doing all nefarious
activities, they were hounded to be pounded, and
rounding expedition was done, finishing up surrendered criminals for faster expedited conviction
process. There is zero tolerance for crime & criminals and police have
total free hand.
The Uttar Pradeh Police for the second
time in the history of the state, the first being in 1981 , have been given a
free hand to cleanse all the heinous goons and the criminals who are not fit
enough to live in society and make the life of the others to live in peace, to
handle them with the LABEL
– HANDLE WITH LAW WITH IRON HANDS .
As in earlier, times and in the period
between 2012 to 2017 when Akhilesh Yadav was in power, under the guise of the
law, Akhilesh Yadav had given full
protection to rogue elements. Police didn't dare to touch them. Now the
situation is very different. POLICE DO NOT DAMN GIVE A HOOT EITHER TO
THE “ MP’s ” OR TO THE “ M.L.A’s ” IF THEY AT ALL VISIT THE THANAS,
ie the Police Office . For them – GO AND
TALK TO THE C.M. FIRST, COME WITH HIS
OFFICIAL LETTER FOR THIS CASE AND TALK TO US. This is the fear free attitude and the words that the
U.P.Police spells now. They DAMN give these politicians
any HOOT
.
Road, power supply, water
and cleanlines
Road - Yogi
government has done tremendous amount of work in the field of roads,
bettering it the mater of pit filling
and PWD tenders etc in terms of transparency, resulting better road conditions
in state.
Earlier in Akhilesh Yadav government,
the road building involved also had improved but the process saw a lot and lots of corruption by allotting
tenders to known contractors resulting bad qualities roads which were not
either the four tracks lane or maybe the highways. The improvements of the
roads within the city limits at the various cities left a LOT to be desired .
Power
Supply- Those who are living in UP will agree with me that power
supply in the state has improved tremendously. There is no long power cuts or
voltage fluctuations and drops now. Rural areas are also getting ample supply
due to the policy of electricity equitable supply in Yogi regime. Such was the case of power supply that the common people got the electricity for only 6 hours a day on an average, but the M.L.A's like Azam Khan and the M.P's like Dharmendra Yadav got it for 24 hours a day without any hindrance. The likes of Mukhtar Ansari who was niether a M.L.A or a M.P too enjoyed this facility without any hindrance. It was like SELECT the one's who were the baggies and the bunnies of the S.P, and facilitate them with the POWER.
Prior to 2017, even major cities of the
state witnessed 10–12 hours power cuts daily. I was at Jhansi in 2005 for a day
or maybe two, and I was at Agra, Mathura and Brindavan in 2003 with my family
for a family visit to these places . I can assure one and sundry that WE WERE
LEFT GASPING FOR BREATH when we were there because of the poor supply of power and because of NO
AVAILABILTY of water at any of the temples that we visited, either at Mathura
or at Brindavan. We had to buy mineral water to cleanse and clean our feet before we
could enter any temple at these places.
Water-
Purification & conservation of water had improved. I do not say that there
is a 100% improvement but after my visit to Varanasi and Allahabad in 2019 all
I can say is that the situation has improved by leaps and bound and now there
are people who do get to drink atleast about 90% clean water at their places.
This is one arena where the present Yogi Government had and has earned a ROUND-OF-APPLAUSE
by the people of Uttar Pradesh.
Cleanliness-
Programmes like Swacch Bharat, open defecation free (ODF ) schemes, waste
recycling and management were effectively implemented.
Building infrastructure
Yogi has embarked on a big
transformational building of infrastructure on a very big scale totally
unprecedented in history of Uttar Pradesh. Underdeveloped regions were given
infrastructure development projects such as the Purvanchal Expressway (340.82
km), Bundelkhand Expressway (296.070 km) and Ganga Expressway (596.00 km).
It is noteworthy that before 2017, only two cities in the state were connected
to the air grid. Now, seven cities has added to the
air grid in the past three years and is working on building 12 new airports.
Whereas in retrospect Akhilesh also
worked well on district roads, 50
districts in Uttar Pradesh, were
connected to four-lane roads, but the speed of development was slow and
affected by corruption.
Corruption
Prior to BJP regime in March 2017 , the
state was run either by Samajwadi Party or Bahujan Samaj Party governments for 15
years. Both the parties had strong caste orientations
and as a result, the entire bureaucracy and official machinery, including
police, was also divided on caste lines. Additionally corruption so prevailed
down the line, thus converting the state’s administrative machinery into one of
the most corrupt state in the country. There at least 19 Yadav family members
in elected posts of power at the state and central level. This perhaps makes it
the largest
political dynasty in the country
Now, government has tight reins over the
MLA's, bureaucrats and administrative system and people of state had felt lower
corruption during Yogi's rule.
Foreign Investments & ease of doing
business

Yogi government has organised global
investor summit in which hundreds of projects have been finalised to be started
in the state. UP is one of the state which reformed in labour laws and ensure a
single window operation to attract Foreign Direct Investment. Also, Uttar
Pradesh has made a jumped from 12th position in BRAP- 2017-18 to 2nd
position in BRAP-2019 taking a remarkable leap of 10 position. This
has been a phenomenal achievement under the Yogi Government and this calls in
for a lot of truce if compared with the other State Government from 2017
to 2022 to be given them to keep their MUMM and the COB
shut. One might not like it to give it a THUMS but then this is the
truth.
No such endeavour was seen in Akhilesh
regime.
Farmer distress Redressal
When Yogi took over, one of the major
issue in front of him, was the balance worth crores was left to pay to West UP
sugarcane farmers by Samajwadi Party. The prices of sugarcane was also not
increased from a long time. The payment of sugarcane balance was done and the
state government set up 6,000 procurement centres to help farmers sell their
produce and also increased number of warehouses and cold storages which is the
great help to farmers. Of recent the payment to be done to the Farmers have
been raised upto Rs 350=00 per quintal and this again is one arena where Yogi
and his administrative staff has scored
off a bounty-with-plenty.
Akhilesh government was blamed by
farmers for agrarian crisis and with as many as 75 districts
reportedly suffering from varying degrees of drought. In Bundelkhand the
distress forced scores of farmers to commit suicides.
Employment
Various private
manufacturing units like Samsung mobiles were started in Yogi’s regime
resulting in creation of jobs. Huge foreign investment is expected but organizing
UP Investor summit, further to create new jobs. Many SBU and IT parks were
established in BJP regime. Yogi Adityanath-led government has fixed a target
and had set to give jobs to 11 lakh
migrant workers in an unprecedented move, during covid crisis.
Apart from above, various number central
schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission, Ayushman
Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana and Saubhagya, which the State Government
has implemented has really added to the icing of the cake, and also had added the
cherry to it. This actually gives the
Government of the state a CUTTING-EDGE over the others.
The Question Of Conjecture- :: Who Will Win The Uttar Pradesh Election in 2022
We cannot underestimate Akhilesh Yadav potential in UP assembly election. Yadav was sworn in as the 20th CM of UP on 15 March 2012, at the age of 38, winning it under the banner and the cover of his Father Mr Mulayam Singh yadav, by bagging 224 seats in the March 2012 assembly elections.
During his tenure, the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, which is the most modern and longest expressway in India, being the first of its kind to be built in the shortest span of time, was completed and inaugurated.

BJP and Yogi ji knows that only SP party who can give more challenges in upcoming UP assembly election 2022.
Yogi ji will win upcoming assembly election 2022 their work. Yogi ji has done many work last four years. Crime rate , Riot are under control in UP. Many projects are running in UP, which may help to growth our country. During covid situation, Yogi ji has well manage. Kanpur metro are running in terms of moving the project ahead to complete the project and to pass on the benefit to the people of Kanpur and UP.. Akhilesh Yadav may be become CM of UP but it may take 15 to 20 years.
“ In
the past three years, the BJP government in the state has succeeded in changing
the perception of the state. The state has taken the path of development, trust
and good governance ” .
So, the above answer is justified enough
about pointing out the change in UP after 2017 and also elaborating the future
political situation of Uttar Pradesh. It goes without saying that-:
