Will The Repeal Of The Farms’ Law And Opening
Of Kartarpur Corridor Help B.J.P And Mr Modi To Win The U.P & Punjab State Election
The
very recent incident in India which has attracted every eyeball is the REPEAL
of the FARM’S LAW which has received
many attention. Many say that the repeal order by the Prime Minister of India
was a good move.It is because it has KILLED the political; ambition of many and many and many say that
the implementation of the law was far better than the repeal because for the
FIRST time in the history of India, a SOLID and a concrete effort was made by the Indian
Prime Minister to completely remove and clean the corruption that exists and
that has been existing in India that has
completely minced the farmimg activities and it’s survival in this country.
What Was The Law All About-::
This
law , to be in short and to be very precise, was all about-:
1).
Completely quashing all the monopolies that existed at India in the farming
sector where the political entities aided by the middleman went on exploiting
the farmers especially the petty, small, and the mid group farmers.
2).
This law completely wiped all the attempts by the crooks of the farming
industry to play with the ruling market prices, to alter the buying and the procurement
policies, which the crooks of the farming industry would do.
3).
This law completely safeguarded the policies wherein the peasant and the
impoverish of the farmers, society and communities, would have to be under the complete
exploitation which also included the grabs, and the loots of their land to the
crooks of the and the SHARK of the farming business and
industries.
Basically this was for the
first time in the annals of Independence India where such a beautiful law was
passed by the ruling Government and the Indian Prime Minister to completely
safeguard the future interet of the farmers in India.
So
much so that the money from various quarters started coming to them by many a
means to keep the agitation moving ahead. The Indian Prime Minister Mr Modi is
so strong and so well accepted by more than 70% of the people of India, and to
reduce his status to the size whatever it could be, the other political parties
started joining this movement and they also received some mileage which helped
them to be in the spotlight. Most of the opposition parties joined this
movement PLAINLY because of the advantage in terms of the votes that they
anticipated to get from this movement for their parties for the up-coming state
election in the four states.
The state Election Was The Main
Idea To Repeal This law back-::
Looking
into the state of more than 70% of the farmers accepting this law and removing
themselves from the agitation, the present ruling party was sure that it was
moving in the right track and it completely was not adhering to any idea of
repealing this back as a law which was simply a boon to those farmers who did
not join this agitation and there were ,more than 70% of them.
However
the Bye-election and it’s result specially at Himachal Pradesh and at some
places which went against the BJP, the ruling party aided to the high inflation
caused by the escalation of the price hike of petrol which was making the life
miserable for many and most, and the repeated request made by various quarters
of the media as well as the supporting parties in the N.D.A to the Prime
Minister , made him at last to call and take off the law.He made a public
announcement for the same on the national channel on the Guru Jayanti day, an
AUSPICIOUS ceremony of the Sikhs at India .By doing that he KILLED two birds
with a SINGLE throw of a stone.
THERE WERE MANY WHO WERE TAKING THE ADVANTAGE OF THE SAME TO MAKE AN FORAY TO THE NATIONAL POLITICS AND NOW THEIR MOVEMENT HAS BEEN CLIPPED AS THEIR WINGS ARE CLIPPED. Secondly the political outfits in terms of the opponent are and have been completely off-turned and de-railed for any other movements or the gains that would accrue to one and sundry out of the same.
The BJP, which had anticipated such a blowback, has been trying hard to placate the Sikhs. Much of its executive meeting earlier this month was devoted to assuaging the community's sentiments: increasing farm budget and crop prices, re-opening a historic corridor to one of Sikhism's holiest shrines in Pakistan, a fresh probe to punish the guilty in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in Delhi.
Actually the present Prime Minister of India is the LAST person
to alter and take back his decisions but the growing unrest in the country, the
people that would have to suffer, and those who were suffering of the various
road blocks and other such non lawful
activities that was mucking and killing all the people in the country and aided
by the request and the internal pressures that were created and the Prime
Minister was made to listen to all this and ABOVE-ALL the election of the FIVE
STATES that is loafing and hovering in the country at last made the Prime
Minister to take back the law for which a repeal would be made in the parliament with all
discussions and then the final orders would be placed to the Speaker of the
house to move it further to the law to cancel the law passed in this matter.
.By repealing the laws, Mr Modi hopes to regain the confidence of the farmers in general and Sikhs in particular.
,Thousands of farmers have participated in the year-long protests
Many doubt that the move will benefit BJP much in the elections.
However with this, DEFINITELY the BJP will stand to FREEZE the growing presence
of the opposition that was taking all the advantage out of this agitation. Not
that the BJP will loose the FOUR of the FIVE State in the election. It would
win but it’s numbering of the seats will be reduced and that would be because
of the Ant- BJP votes and NOT because of the opposition doing or creating
anything extra-ordinary. As far as Uttar Pradesh is concerned the BJP will win
that election but will concede many a seats to the Samajwadi party and that
will be because of the Anti-BJP votes between the BJP that will go to the other
party .The Bahujan Samaj party and the Congress will be BLOWN off like a DRY
blade of cut grass that blows when there is a strong wave of wind that flows
across.
In Punjab, the
BJP can expect minor gains, if at all. In western Uttar Pradesh - which elects
60 to 80 of the 403 legislators in the state assembly - the party might reap
some benefits. By arresting a possible slide in seats in Uttar Pradesh, the BJP
will hope to win the battle by tolling the bell "comfortably" and contest the
2024 general election on a strong footing.
As far as the farm laws are concerned, many believe that the repeal reveals the BJP's
lack of legislative acumen. However this
is a false preposition and a wrong picture that is being posed and that actually
is far , far and far away from the truth.
.Many question about the decision of the law that they make for
Mr Modi to take. In India it is so cumbersome to practice and follow the truth
and real law as well as to implement them that the opposition always sees the
green of it that suits them and they pelt the blues when it comes to it just
because of the fact that their vote- bank will be diminished and reduced to it’s
size ie , the size of the pulp.
Nothing to worry. The B.J.P will see it’s seats reduced by a
portion that might worry them but them from 2022 to 2024 it has plenty of time
to put it back into it’s own fold and in it’s groove that will hold good for
the 2024 election.
A win in the four states which is perceived by many for the
B.J.P to win it and a solution to come out of the hangs in Punjab again slowly
but surely put the B.J.P to it’s own position at the top
However a CAUTION- the prices of the petrol and the diesel has to be rolled back slowly in a phased manner from May 2022 to May 2023 to bring it within a price range of Rs 85/- litres for petrol and Rs 75/- per litre for the diesel.
THIS IS A MUST, AND COMES FIRST. It is my advise to the Prime Minister- DO IT, FOLLOW THE ADVICE AND SEE THE RESULTS.
Many in the so called the MOST UNDERSTANDING one in the
opposition says that - :
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decision to repeal the
contentious farm laws is, at once, a strategic and political move and a belated
admission of its haste, high-handedness and lack of legislative acumen .
To them- FIND OUT WHY THE
PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KICKING YOU BY THE BACK AT THE LEFT, RIGHT AND CENTRE
If those who have ruled the Bengal for
35 years plus another 10 years in succession and those who ruled this country
for 55 years – if you were so precious and a GEM to rule this country and the state with such an AUDACITY with all the LAWS' , kept in
the right frame and keeping it upright at the right place-
YOUR SCORE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN “ ZERO ” FOR THE SHOW .
Better LEARN to ACCEPT
as that actually HELPS
to grow and move up the ladder.
That is it
Regards and Thanks
