It is a TRUTH. It is a FACT. When the Britishers had left the shore of India in 1947, giving the rein of the nation to Mr Rajagopal Chakravarti, they had FRANKLY revealed that-::

At this time of leaving the shore of India, we have created a pool of the I.A. S Officers in India, whom we have trained in the manner that when we come back they will make the path and pave a easy way for us to erode once again. For thee I.A.S Officers are trained in a manner to LOOT the coffer and plunder the nation.

 THESE ARE INFACT THE ILLEGLE BABIES OF THE BRITISHERS, AS WE CALL THEM AND THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO WORK IN THE SLAVERY BRITISH STYLE WHICH WILL BE TO LOOT INDIA AND MAKE THEM HOLLOW.  That hollowness would help us to reinforce our rule in India when we come back.  Unfortunately the Britishers did not come back, but they left their ILLEGAL BABIES here at India which we call them the I.A . S Officers.

Infact in my life, I had as many as NINE I.A.S Officers to work under and FRANKLY if I’m given the FREE-WILL to write anything for them , as my experience  to adjudicate them with all the ADJECTIVES then my entire sentence would be that - :

“ THESE ARE THE “ SOPHISTICATED ” WHIRE COLLARED “ LOOTERS ” AND “ RAPIST ” OF INDIA ”

If you really wish to calculate the MEAN-MEDIAN-MODES of these I.A.S Officers who start their career as a District Collector and end up with a very high post, their summation would be that they RAPED wherever they were posted as the PRIME REPRESENTATIVE of the Government of India, filling the Bank Accounts by swelling them to a bit and sharing their PIECE of the LOOT in terms of the flesh that they CUT – CHOPPED – LOOTED in whatever way they like. This is what is the actual inference and the end result of an I.A.S Officer.

For all the I.A.S Officers that I had the PLEASURE ( with my HEART bombarding like to drop the ATOM-BOMBS) over them, the first one of such an I.A.S Officer who turned himself into a politician  ( M.P ) under Mrs Indira Gandhi, could be termed as “ BASTARD ” whose birth might have taken place when the SPERM of  either the pig or the DOG might have entered into the VAGINA of his mother, for some reason just to and just for the sake of RESPECTING the DOGGIES, as I feed them for getting all the BLESSING from the planet KETU, I do not want to write down his name, and the LAST of them whom I met was Mr Naik or Mr Nayak whatever his name could be in terms of the pronunciation, as well as the spelling , was nothing SHORT of a insane IDIOT whose only game was the MOVE ahead in the aeroplane from one place to another with his so called WIFE ( WORRIED INVIRED FOR EVER ) as the case maybe as he was a terrific WORRY to the mankind. God knows whether was that lady who would move all round with him was his WIFE ( WONDERFUL INSTRUMENT FOR ENJOYMENT) or the wife at all, whom I have described as worried invited for ever. Enjoyment was the nature magic of Mr Nayak/Naik who use to do it with the money spent from the coffers of the Government where he would be placed as an I.A.S Officer, and in this case it was TRIFED which was shelling out the dime from it's own wallet.

To make it clear, if I write down the name of that person who was the first I.A.S Officer that I had to work with , perhaps the DOGS might starting cursing me and the planet Ketu would not send me his blessings. If you HARM or hurt the Dogs, the planet Ketu troubles you like anything and so that I do not get the curse from any dogs, I'm not writing the name of that I.A.S Officer. Infact to be true to myself- I DO NOT GIVE IT A DAMN TO THE CURSE OF THE HUMAN BEINGS AT ALL, THE CURSES OF THE DOGS AND THE PIGS BOTHERS ME MUCH.

 THESE ARE ACTUALLY THE BASIC CHARACTERISTIC OF THE I.A.S OFFICER AND EVERY NINE OF THEM UNDER WHOM I SERVED HAD THESE QUALITIES WHICH I HAVE MENTIONED HERE.

Mr Pravir Krishna , An “ EPILEPTIC ”  Topsy-Turvy Creature-::

To start with one might ask me what is epileptic . Well to define it by explanation and refinement epileptic actually is through the 20th century, many writings in the field of psychiatry referred to "the epileptic personality," an interictal syndrome thought to include explosive impulsivity, affective viscosity (the tendency to prolong interactions with others), and egocentricity (overriding concern with the self)

The way he talks with the ladies, the manner in which he acts especially with the ladies and the kind of the words he uses them when in Office, and the manner in which he throws his slanging tantrums, one might and I’m compelled to say that this man is an epileptics-insane-creature shameless to the core and worst then the TAIL-OF-A-DOG to wag. He wags and there are many a cases when he filled the gunny bags and the V.I.P suitcases with the DIME to hand it over over  to the PRIME of the POWERS at the places in the Offices of the PRIME to keep his seat and the chair intact so that he remains in the power. THE BUGGAR KNOWD HOW TO SPEAK " SHAKESPEARE " type of English and he enjoys it impressing the people around with with the added ornament of hypnotising the one's who comes in contact with him. His days are made out of the same and he has made his life out of it .

Thrown out of the job from the S.C.I, and yet reaching to this a hieght in his life, it clewarly indicates the manner in which he would have thrown the CRYPTO-COINS there are the parlours of the higher one's to enjoy the plums and the pie. This is what these I.A.S Officers have been doing ever since the Independence in this country.

  His entire history is filled and is full of DIME-TIME-LIME and doing FINE to hand over the MAHATMA GANDHI printed on the currency note by the R.B.I of India.

Naturally when you have a man so CARING and so DOTING to take care of the PRIME, the chiding of the time always is put behind, but when he is on the verge of retirement,  the TIME has GRIPPED him FINE to pay through his nose ALL THE “ FINE” THAT HE DID IN HIS TENURE AS THE SUPREMO-FINE. I do not blame him for this. Actually 99% of the I.A.S or so called the NOMINATED I.A.S fall under this category as he is no exception. The channels in the I.A.S and the chain that runs through from the initial step to the last one before he, ie, these I.A.S Officers  bids adieu are all the same and they are channelized in this manner and this is what is going here in this country  since the last 75 years after we achieved our Independence.

Authored A Book :: Simply To BEMUSE-CONFUSE-DIFFUSE The Government

I’m talking about Mr Prabir Krishna. He has authoired a book- MY TRYST WITH THE TRIBES. “ FUCK ” his book  , as I say for me, I was born at a place where it wa all tribes.

West Chirimiri Colliery ( Surguja ) , Bishrampur, Ponri-Hill, Duman Hill, Gelapaani, Chirimiri, Manendragarh, Baikanthpur, Chercha, Surajpur, Bishrampur, Jainagar, Bhaiyyathan, and finally  Ambikapur. These are the names of the district of Surguja. These are the places where I moved on from one pace to another with my Father when he was working in the Coal mines over there at Surguja. Every third personnel that I saw was a tribe over there.

 Thereafter I worked with TRIFED for six years and for 80% of the time I was places in the field and I worked with the tribes overe there. Why do I write this ?. Mr Prabir Krishna got a U-Tube which glorifies that his first posting  was at Surguja where he was a District Collector cum a District Magistrate.

 MAY I WRITE- THERE IS NO PLACE WHICH IS SURGUJA AS ONE MIGHT CALL IT. The names that I have written above constitutes the SURGUJA DISTRICT which now has been divided into Korea district, Surajpur District and Surguja District. This fact also would not be known in any case by Mr Prabir Krishna. 

Mr Parbir Krishna- DONKEYS  AT TIMES WHILE GRAZING THE GRASS LOOK TO THE HEAVEN AS WELL. Your wisdom ( Gyan) might be a  NECTOR for somebody like Amit Bhatnagar, NOT FOR ME.

As the U-Tube says that he was posted as the District Collector at Surguja where he fell in LOVE with the TRIBES. May I ask him ONE question-::

 WHY IS DISTRICT SURGUJA FAMOUS FOR AND FAMOUS IN THE ENTIRE INDIA.?  Mr Parbir Krishna, from the age of 60 when you retire till your DEATH, I advise you to fall on any book as you are an author or even the Google, YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO FIND AN ANSWER FOR THE SAME.

The real reason for this FUNK of an ARSE to write a book now is that  HE KNOWS IT VERY WELL THAT ON THE VERGE OF RETIREMENT, HE WOULD BE SCRATCHED IN THE SAME MANNER IN WHICH HE HAD SCRATCHED THE BUMS AND THE BACK OF HIS COLLEAGUES. THE ANOMICITY THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE IT WITH HIM, HE KNOWS THAT HE WOULD GET IT BACK WITH THUMS. SUCH THAT THE BOOK DEPICTS HIS LOVE WITH THE TRIBES, HE COULD BE GIVEN AN EXTENSION FOR ANOTHER THREE YEARS TILL 2024. FOR HIM- IF AFTER THE YEAR 2024 IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE GOVERNMENT WHICH IS UNILKE;Y , THEN HE CAN GO OUT AS THE CONGRESS GOVERNMENT WILL NEVER SCRATCH HIM BECAUSE HE HAS FILLED THEIR COFFERS WITH PRIDE. THAT IS THE REAL REASON.

He is trying to impress Mr Modi and his council of Minister to extend his lease but I SUGGEST Mr MODI-::

 IF YOU WISH TO PUT THE NOOSE ROUND YOUR NECK TO FINISH YOU, YOU CAN EXTEND THE LEASE IN TERMS OF THE SERVICE OF Mr PRAVIR KRISHNA . YOU WILL SOON LIE IN PEACE THEN.

The Manner He Is Selling His Book-::

He is a CHAMP to do wonder and magic with the organization account and it’s money. He using TRIFED’s money has infact supplied all the copies of his book, which are numbered around 200 copies to about 300 copies to distribute them to the buyers , this way and manner or that way and in that manner. This is the manner he is selling his book to make him very popular and to cast a spell that he is a MESSIAH of the Tribes so that Mr Modi retain him for another three years.

 THIS MAN SHOULD BE KICKED AROUND HIS ARSE AND SHOULD BE SAID GET LOST.

A Person Who Is Very Manipulative, Calculative And A Real “ DEVIL ”

Mr Prabir Krishna is a person who is very manipulative, very calculative and is a devil by every mean when it comes to his brain that reflects and reveals his attitude.  He has all his peers that ranges from the Ministers, the famous of them being Mr Digvijay Singh, Mr Arjun Munda, and a few from the cadres of Bihar who are in the Ministries of Mr Nitish Kumar,  to the one’s who are in the most powerful position that runs the lobby of the I.A.S. He easily falls to them to save him whenever he is in dire-strait.

There was an INTERNAL PERSONNAL AUDITING team send to TRIFED by the Ministry Of Human Resources , which works undr Mr Modi.That team was auditing all the internal records of the TRIFEDIANS. Sensing danger that was looming and sensing that his head would be put to the choppers for the cuts, he using all his PROXIMITIES from the top to the bottom of the power cadre  in the Ministries and that exists in the lobbies of the I.A.S Officers who are powerful entities, he threw them from the office to prevent him and his STOOGES from the axe.  SURPRISNG- Mr PRAKASH JAVDEKAR, Mr AMIT SHA AND Mr MODI COULKD DO NOTHING TO SHAKE THIS MAN.

 THEREAFTER HE STARTED SAYING TO TRIFED THAT- CHAPPAN INCH KA CHHATIH BHI MERA BAAL NAHI UKHAAD SAKA, THAT WAS HIS LANGUAGE THAT HE USED AND HE ALWAYS USED AND USES. This is the kind of the language that he uses when in the Office.

His awards etc which he boasts about are nothing but PURCHASED by throwing the money by helping them who confer these awards to him. What a JOKE??.

 AN ORGANISATION WHICH RUNS INTO CRORES OF DEFICITS IN TERMS OF THE PROFIT AND LOSS IS BEING AWARDED THE SUPREMO TO BAG THE MOST INFLUENTIAL SUPREMO AWARD??.

There was an REAL incident some months ago.Madam Renuka Singh, the Minister Of State, Tribal Welfare Affairs, Government of India had just visited to see the Mumbai Office at Mumbai of TRIFED.  After looking into the matter she remarked- EVERYTHING HERE IS JUST NOT ANYTHING THAT THE TRIBES MANUFACTURES OR PRODUCES.And the CEO of TRIFED walks away with the most INFLUENTIAL CEO prize that was conferred to him.

OBVIOUSLY and OBLIVIOUS. When you FORCE your people to procure all the materials to be sold from the TRIFED sales point and it's  centre by procuring them from the one’s who are NOT the tribes, the PRIZE that you get also comes to you as a GIFT from the NOT AT ALL  KNOWING THE TRIBES  kind of an organization. Thereafter there are BLOODY-FOOLS who run after these PIMPS to get their U-Tubes prepared so that they can FOOL the people and the public which also includes the Government of India. These U-Tube makers are benefitted because they get money to produce these U-Tubes to highlight the BRAYS of the DONKEY that Mr Prabir Krishna, the BIHARI BABU is ? ?..!!

The Kind Of A “ LIAR ” That This Man Could Be -::

Without reading his book I can with full of conviction and with my own expertise in terms of the premonition, I can bet and fully assert that this man might have taken all the credit for and from the stage, of the land at Burundwara-Semra, at Jagdalpur, saying and stating in his book that he is the one who gave the birth of that project from procuring the land at Jagdalpur to finishing , setting there a kind of an industry for TRIFED, where all the manufacturing and other job related to the tribal produce would start. He would take all the credit for it for the same.

The real TRUTH is that the Burundwara-Semra, project and the acquisition of the land at Jagdalpur took place when Mr P.D.Meena was the I.A.S Officer  posted in the rank of the Collector at Jagdalpur. It was Mr Bhagwant Singh, as the Manager-1of TRIFED,  then who completed the formalities under Mr S.K.Chauhan then.  Mr Chauhan then was the Managing Director of TRIFED and Mr Arvind Netam was the Chairman of TRIFED then.

The officials who worked hard , day in and day out then at Jagdalpur to liase with the Collector Office to get the project move ahead was Shyamal Bhattacharjee, Assistant Manager and after the acquisition of that piece of land, the one’s who sold that piece of land to TRIFED were Shukru, Shukrawari, Jhithru and one more name that I cannot recognize him, and the payments  for the land acquited were made in the presence of an official of the Collectorate of Jagdalpur in presence of him at the Office of TRIFED which was then situated at Maa Durga Chowk at Jagdalpur where Mr Bhagwant Singh was also present for the same, to complete the formalities.

After that land was acquired, by TRIFED it was Sanjay Singh, a lad from Gorakhpur with a Diploma in Civil  Engineering and Satyeshwar Vaidya , a B.E ( Civil ) who took all the pain to convert that land which appeared a piece of jungle then, into a respectful looking land doing all the Civil Engineering job, then, to make it look better and safeguard it for TRIFED.  A respectful contribution to this was also offered by a lad from Jaipur, Mr Deepak whose surname I forget, to complete and make this land look better and guard it for the sake of TRIFED. I’m sure that this DECEIT and the CHEAT will take all this credit for himself in his FUCKING-ROT book. Anyway, these are the basic inheritance of the I.A.S Officers of India and Mr Pravir Krishna Bihari Babu is no exception as an I.A.S Officer 

Can The Government Of The Day rise To the Occasion - ::

If real and if REALLY Mr Modi and his Government believe on the DICTUM on which Mr Modi won the election in 2014 and 2019 saying that NAA KHANAY DOONGAA NA KHAUNGAA , which means neither I would allow the GRAFTS nor would I be a party to the same, then-:

1). This man should be immediately KICKED out of TRIFED immediately even if he is retiring on December 31^st.

2). His terminal benefits may be put into abeyance till it is found that he is a 100% clean man in service which he is NOT.

3).  He should be put under the lens and the raids of the C.B.I-cum the ED to trace out all his irregularities that he had and he has done in his service from 1987 till now.

4). All his PF and GRATUITY should be stopped from clearance and that should be equalized with the kind of money that he has looted from the service while he was in the chair.

5). If his loots are more than the actual salary that he ought to get or that he should have drawn while in service, he should be asked to return the excess or should be confined to the jail with his assets being seized by the Government and sold off to neutralize the same.

6). All the promotion, etc that he has rendered to personnels like Amit Bhatnagar, and some of them who were his stooges should be reverted back to the post of the D.G.M which also includes the name of Mr Jagannath Singh.

Will the Government of the day be able to do all these. NO-I FEEL. It is because this man is so calculative and manipulative that by this time he must have acted very fast to clear him from the debris. The Modi 2.0 in terms of the Government has FAILED the faith of the public that the public had reposed on him and them, and I do not think that his Government of the day will be able to do anything on the matter.

 THIS IS HOW THE I.A.S OFFICERS KEEP ON LOOTING THE NATION AND GET AWAY WITH THAT.

Basically the I.A.S  Officers have RAPED and LOOTED which will even make the LOOTS of Nadir Shah, Mohammed Ghori, and Mehmood Ghaznavi  to hang their head in shame .

There is a REAL TRUEFUL story of dacoit Hazuri Singh raping a DEAD BODY , ie, the corpse that we call it of any  dead body, and as such a dead body of a lady, a village  lady whom he wanted to either marry or rape. THIS IS A FACT. He did it in a ravine situated between the Bhind and the Morena in a village when the dead body was being taken for it's last rites by the old aged Father of that village lady.

This incident was written and covered by Mr Raj Kumar Bhramar in 1973 in a fortnightly, then, MANOHAR KAHANI and I had read it while in my boarding school at Jabalpur. It is a TRUTH, as true as the SUN RISES FROM THE EAST.

The I.A.S Officers have RAPED this nation in that manner, as I have described above,  with their hands in gloves with the politicians and Mr Parvir Krishna-  I MIGHT NOT BE SURPRISED IF HE HEADS THE  “ MERIT-LIST ” OF THE SAME.

It goes without saying that the I.A.S Officers loot in the manner that is something hard to explain. Many of them have their motels, hotels, petrol pumps, and Colleges , high fi  coaching centre or the University that they are running after their retirement.

 WHAT AND HOW MUCH OF THE SALARY THAT THEY HAVE EARNED DURING THEIR SRVICE, THAT  AFTER THEIR RETIREMENT THEY RUN THESE BUSINESS ?? Well that is a question of conjecture .

Will the present Government have the HEART and the GUTS  to fix this man and bring out the blacks and the white. That again is the question of conjecture.
