Does Uttar Pradesh Needs Further Bifurcation

Full With “ FILTHY ” Politics, A “ CANCERIOUS ”  Statee Fully Converted Into A “ HOPEFUL ” State

The state of Uttar Pradesh is unique in itself. This is the state which had been home and the birth place of Lord rama, and Lord Krishna and this state over the passage of the time has now become the  state which decides the fate of the party that would rule India and the Prime Minister of the country.

Uttar Pradesh also is unique in the sense that this state sends the highest number of the people to the other state for doing the jobs that relates to construction and labour. This state which is the largest completely decides the  fate of the standard of the education of India with its teaching institutions throwing top class graduates of engineering  and techcrats as some of the opmost institution that produces the technocrats are based at Uttar Pradesh.

Politically, this state has over the period of time has become the fulcrum of the politivcs as the state completely decides the future of Indian politics. The gives a mandate about which party would rule the country and it in a way completely decides about the Prime Minister  that would rule India.

Uttar Pradesh - :: The State That Decides The Fate Of India-::

Out of the fourteen ( 14 ) Prime Ministers that we had so far, TEN ( 10 ) of them have been selected and elected from Uttar Pradesh that went on to rule India and thus Uttar Pradesh actually is the decider of the fate of India. That is the importance of this state.

Over the year there have been a hue and cry by the politicians and the astrolgers to divide Uttar Pradesh once again. Is that cry justified. This is all the article all about and we would discuss the same over here.

Let us take the parameters of the state before we come to the conclusion ::

Total Area Of Uttar Pradesh-::

243,286 km²

On January 26, 1950, when India became a republic, the state was given its present name, Uttar Pradesh (literally, “Northern State”). Previously during the British period, it was named as United Province.  Its capital is Lucknow, in the west-central part of the state. Area of the state is  93,933 square miles (243,286 square km)

Obviuosly this is one of the largest area that constitute as a single state and governoing this state would require the best of the governance. Is Uttar Pradesh as a state is being governed properly. This is what is the article is and that makes an interesting reading.

Pic - :: The State Map Of Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh as a state ought to be read in the following manner in terms of the parameters and some of the important ones are illustrated as under .Let us take the geographical position of the state and then take the other socio-factors to completely read the state.  We make our studies on the following parameters-:

Number of District of Uttar Pradesh - ::

75 districts

Uttar Pradesh as a state has seventy five districts. This actually makes the state with the largest number of districts that one single state can possess .

The state obviously would require to be studied on all the parameters of Public Administration.

Number of Tehsil of Uttar Pradesh

350

This state has the highest number of tehsil as we call it. There are three-hundred-and – fifty number of tehsils that the state possesses. Obviously the governance of the state entire would depend upon the manner that the Chief Minister would control his Tehsildars and the Revenue Officers beside the District Collectors about controlling the state.

When a state is such a huge and a big state and when the Public Administration also would require  the best of the administration yto govern the state the responsibility of the Chief Minister plays an important role.

The studies would revolve around the same with the parameters chosen on the above subject.

Number of Village Panchayat of Uttar Ptradesh

There are founded a total “ 57358 ” Number of Gram Panchayats in Uttar Pradesh State .This again is the largest in terms of the number of the gram panchayat and hence the control of the people of the state depends upon the Panchayat’s and their manner in which they influence the people for the Chief Minister to function the state in an effective manner.

Gram Panchayat in India over the years have been grounded into firmness and given a chance to play their role in making the state able and administratively well to deliver the expectations that is required from the state so that the Chief Minister of the state administers his role and his duty well.

Uttar Pradesh over the year has improved a lot in the ,mannerism of the Gram Panchayat playing its role to develop the state as per the lines and the expectations of the Chief Minister .

This is what is the tale of the turn around of the state and the present state Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath ought to be handsomely accorded the best of the praise for his judicious and effective labour that he has done to reform the state into a well organized one with the law at its place to deliver the good.

Number of Government Schools in Uttar Pradesh - ::

Education forms the backbone of the system to produce the best of the alumini who could provide a meaningful role for the development of the state in terms of the resources. This resources provides theruseful means to contribute to the swelling of the GDP of the state.

As per the MHRD Department of India, Uttar Pradesh is home to more than 90,000 primary schools and 24,000 secondary schools. The education in Uttar Pradesh involves a 10+2 system till now

Number of Government Colleges at Uttar Pradesh - ::

How many government degree colleges are there in UP? .Well this could be the answer that would not be taken seriously. However the answer also raises a question about are the number of Colleges in Uttar Pradesh is sufficient as it has so many a  district and Panchayats to take care of the education of its citizens from the community of students.

At present there are only one hundred and sixty Government Colleges at Uttar Pradesh

167 is the magical number in that regards. Is it sufficient. This is one area where the state administration has to take the cognizance about the same.

In Uttar Pradesh, government controlled degree colleges are only 167 in numbers at present for the courses in undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctoral research programs in Humanities (Arts), Science and Commerce streams. This is the statistics available and in the present time to come, a study ought to be made whether this is sufficient or does it requires any new addition.

What are the condition of Medical Colleges in Uttar Pradesh - ::

Uttar Pradesh has Total 35 Government medical colleges. In this there are 31 State Government Medical Colleges, 2 AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Gorakhpur, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rae Bareli) and 2 Central Universities (Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi(Banaras Hindu  University ).

What are the numbers of Government Engineering Colleges at Uttar Pradesh - ::

There are around 588 recognized Engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh including 428 government and 137 private colleges

What is the average education literacy rate of Uttar Pradesh - ::

Literacy rate in Uttar Pradesh has seen upward trend and is 67.68 percent as per 2011 population census. Of that, male literacy stands at 77.28 percent while female literacy is at 57.18 percent. This state requires the female education to be propped up and brought up as the minimum level is about 80% that the nation has set for the female literacy and Uttar Prtadesh stands way behind

This is the arena where the present Government ought to study the feasibility and make arrangement to scale up the education that is required in the arena of female literacy.

What is the rate of employment at Uttar Pradesh - ::

Uttar Pradesh (32.79%) and the national average of 37.42%

This again requires a fillip. The State Government ought to do a catch up play.  Uttar Pradesh in totality and actuality ought to set up the employment in its own state and engage their labour well within the state.

If done, the state will develop faster and the contributions of its own labourer will immensely contribute to the development of the state in terms of its GDP growth. The GDP of the state is not that bad if one reads that, it being a slightly loer than 1.50% but it could be enhanced further

The problem with Uttar Pradesh is that their labourers are drained and channelized to go to the other state mainly Karnataka and Maharahtra for their livelihood. The income of the people are spent in those state and that helps those state to swell their GDP for the state.

It is the Uttar Pradesh Government who will have to think on this lines and would have to engage their own labourers of their state in the field of every activities that develops the economy of the state, from the field of farming to industry to the real estate sectore. Once done the state will flourish like anything and this is what the state administration and the management needs it.

Uttar Pradesh and its scenario of employment and unemployment

Let us now make a small study, but a fruitful one in terms of the employment generation at Uttar Pradesh . It is the employment sector which has transformed Uttar Pradesh specially in the micro-economy system of employment. However still a lot needs to be done in this sectore.

If about 80% of the labourers of Uttar Pradesh is held by the state within itself for these labourers to work in the state, Uttar Pradesh would have a potential to overthrow Gujarat in the terms of enhancing its state revenue beside enhancing the GDP of the state.

The money that these wanderers in terms of the labours that they earn at other state while doing their job there, and spending their money on their livelihood, there, coul be folded within the state itself, and the circulated money could enrich the state in terms of its health, in terms of the revenue source as well as the collection for a robust GDP of the state. What is the actual position of the employment for the state and how it is losing or gaining in terms of revenues is the main point that we discuss now.

Around 38% or 5.71 crore of the working-age population (14.82 crore) of the state in May-August 2016, was employed. This reduced in a year to 37.17% in May 2017-August 2017, which further slumped to 36.33% in 2018 and 35.34% in 2019, 33.33% in 2020 and 32.79% by the end of 2021.

Covid – 19 And The Poor Rate Of Payment Saw Loss Of State Revenue And Its Collection-::

The reason for the reduction was that the labourers were offered higher rate of wages at other places as compared to the state. This, and thus,  actual reduction has been the reason for the fall of the revenue generation of the state, though the venire-  centre, aid helped the state to maintain its position in terms of the cash flow.

The total number of people employed stayed over 5.6 crore up until the first quarter of 2020. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, many people in the state lost jobs and the number of those employed dropped to 5.49 crore in May 2020-August 2020.

While the employment rate fell in the state, the rate of unemployment also dipped from 16.82% in mid-2016 to 4.83% by the end of 2021. But this does not show a clear picture of the unemployment scenario

Where does Uttar Pradesh stands in the national index which governs the law - ::

At this point of time when I file this article, in the terms of law Uttar Pradesh is the best state when it comes to law.I have my own reason to pick this taking the vast improvement that it has shown in terms of placing it on a very higher scale of improvement as compared to the period before 2015.

Does Uttar Pradesh Really deserves Any More Division Of The State-::

Uttar Pradesh is the most turned around developed state of India.  It was once upon a time a hell of a place to live and stay.

The muscles power of the various political parties,  and the ineffective law and administration has made the life of the people a place worse than the hell to stay.

From the stage that Mr Narendra Modi has won his seat from Varanasi and right from 2015 when B.J.P took the state under its fold, the state has seen tremendous improvement.

A lot of the credit also goes to the revolution and the transformation that the present Chiefr Minister has brought about in the fate of the state. Uttar Pradesh has improved by leaps and bound in terms of its political improvement which has turned around the improvement in every parameters that is needed to administer the state.

Ofcourse there are some grey arena that needs to be looped and plugged but overall in the last five years the state has seen tremendous improvement in all the sector that realtes to the elements of governance to solidify the conditions of the state.

The Jackal-And-Wolf Cry of the politicians To Divide the  State-::

Ever since Mr Narendra Modi has become the Prime Minister of the nation, the future and the life of the Regional Parties of the state that is engulfed in state politics has gone by a whiff to the remost corner of the hell for their death.

These Regional parties, which looted the state, can now see nothing in terms of their savior.

They want to remain in politics and for their own benefit, they are raising a cry of wolf and jackals to divide the state.

Division of anything by constitution, could be done once. That is what the rules of the constitution decries and says it all about it.

Uttar Pradesh has been divided once and the new off-shoot has been named as Uttrakhand. That is it.This state has not to be divided.

The USELESS astrologers who cannot predict about themselves about anything, taking the money from the various parties, before the election, and to bemuse and confuse the people, sing the lullaby , only to turn the voters and do the wrong voting.

Those who  sit on the road side with the parrot predicting , are the ones who predict about the fate of the nation, whereas their own fate is that they are the roadby sitters with an uncertain future.

Better these idiots and the useless political outfit choose some other mmreas of profession and livelihood for their existence rather than barking on the fact to divide Uttar Pradesh as a state.

Practically with the governance as exhibited by the present ruling party, B.J.P and with the kind of an exemplary adimistration skill exhibited by the present Chief Minisyter, and also with the rules that governs the division, constitutionally, the state of Uttar Pradesh really does not requires any bifurcation- for now and even for the future.

That is it

Regards and Thanks
