Says And CRIES
LORD - RAM To Mr Narendra Modi
I remember, the date June 26th 2024. That was the date when I captured the block space for this article .This article is all about the chance that the nation has provided it to Mr Narendra Modi, to head this nation as the Prime Minister for the year and the term 2024 to 2029.
The verdict is in FULL FAVOUR of the N.D.A but,
however the B.J.P like the other two term did not bag the HONOUR of being the
party with FULL MAJORITY.
From June 26th to the date today September 21st
2024, about THREE months has passed by and that a lot of water has
flown under the bridge which it holds for the river to be at its place and to
flow beneath it. With the passage of the time one might feel that the mood now
has become different as compared to what it was then when the space was blocked
and captured, but I fall back to the serenity of the mood of what it was then and I pen down the tale as according to the same.
To start with I break down certain points about , actually ,
the
GENERAL feeling of the nation of what their mood was
when this result came out These points are enumerated here as under- :
A ). THERE WAS A
LOT OF DISSAPOINTMENT THAT EMERGED OUT OF THE LAST GOVERNMENT
There was a huge disappointment that boiled out when the results
were declared. This was mainly in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh , Assam, Manipur ,
Bengal , Jharkhand and in certain part of South India. The main cause of the
disappointment was, like at Palghar, where some Yogis and the Sadhu Babas when they
were beaten to death and lynched , THE CENTRE KEPT ITS MOUTH TIGHTLIPPED AND
SHUT.
The same happened when at Karnataka a staunch R.S.S supporter at Kalburgi, was first stabbed and then beaten to death , thereafter burnt in front of the public by a Muslim guy, and the centre as well as the state just did not do anything at all on this incident and it send a lot of anger which was spread at all places at Karnataka, and that went against the B.J.P and Mr Modi.
People were expecting Mr Modi at least, to take the centre
stage as the Government of Maharashtra was under Mr Uddhav Thackeray and to see
to it that Mr Amit Shas takes the serious cognizance of the same. The upper
caste Hindus and the people related to the SANATANIS, were very CRITICAL
of the soft stance that was taken both by the Prime Minister and the State Chief
Minister on the issue.
The Prime Minister , according to the people keeps on
visiting, temples after temples before and after the elections and he does the
same when he is at foreign at places where there are Hindu temples, but when
these sanatanis Hindus, in the form of
Brahmins and the MAHANATAS were lynched, there
was nothing that the Prime Minister did to severely put the State Government to
DURESS and STRESS.
The antagonized and the fury of the
wrath at Maharashtra was plainly evident when at the places where the B.J.P was
very strong especially at Vidharbha and at the Marathwada region, the people
to WAKE UP Mr MODI, decided to
shift their vote to the Congress or to the party that belonged to Mr Sharad Pawar..
The second reason for Maharashtra to keep away themselves
from going to the polls, and deciding against to vote for the N.D.A was that
the B.J.P had inducted many from the parties, against whom the B.J.P was crying
for them to have indulged in multi crores scams. Over it, many from the
opposition started joining the B.J.P and slowly the people started feeling that
B.J.P
IS BECOMING A CONGRESS BY EVERY MEAN.
This was the reason why Madam Shinde won from Sholapur and the
reason why Madam Navnit Rana lost from Amravati. Had Madam Rana fought
independently, she would have won. No sooner that she joined the B.J.P the agitated voters of the B.J.P
shifted their loyalty to Mr Sharad Pawar and his party, and that was the reason of her losing her seat from Amravati. .
.The one who was killed was a reputed businessman, and the manner the Government dealt with that, and nothing so far has been done as yet by the Government , the high class business community right from Amravati, Akola, Bhandara, Nagpur and Wardha totally went against the present Government at the Centre and shifted their vote to either Mr Sharad Pawar or else, In some cases the advantage went to Congress. This again is something which the Central Government needs to take a cognizance of the same.
THE CENTRAL
GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS AND THE AGENCIES - ::
These agencies ,
right from the Police and the Para Military forces and the C.B.I/E.D/ N.I.A/
still are of the view that their all the efforts are being nullified by
the “ BASTARD – OF - THE - LAW ” and the Centre is absolutely keeping
their mouth shut and tight lipped.
There is a very STRONG ANGER that is brewing
against some of the lawyers, who are attached to the Supreme Court and no
sooner that a case is moved into the Supreme Court, these BASTARDS OF LAW run to the HIGHEST
COURT of the nation and pull the victims out of the court, woth the
agencies made to SWALLOW the UNHEALTHY
words.
This is making the agencies and the para – military forces
to feel that THEY ARE BEING PUT TO THE END
OF THE SHAME TO GULP and
this is distracting the INERTIA
of the ones who are making a SINCERE EFFORT to clutch
the victims, but the BASTARDS
OF LAW
are taking them out of the clutches of the law.
Over the past few months , the manner in which some of the
politicians have come out of the prison, and some of them who are now so care
free in the prison, hoping to come out of the jail, have completely distressed
the mind of the ones who are sincerely working so hard to bring the culprits to
the books.
Many who are distressed simply are mouth lipped but they say
that IF THE PRESENT SCENARIO CONTINUES and if the likes of the politicians from
the Samajwadi Party, Congress, Trinamool
to cite as an example are drawn away by the ones who are a hindrance in terms
of the lawyer who pull them out of the law then – WE WOULD BE LEFT WITH NOTHING
IN TERMS OF THE INERTIA TO PUT OUR BEST FOOT FORWARD TO ENABLE THE LAW TO
PREVAIL.
THE KIND OF WORDS USED BY THE SUPREME COURT TO MOST ARE VERY " DETRIMENTAL " AND " HARD " TO SWALLOW - :: THEIR WORDS ARE HARD TO SWALLOW
Especially when Arvind Kejriwal came out of the jail, and at the time when the Supreme Court had used the words like PARROT IN CAGE for the C,B. I the authorities that is there to do its duty for the law and the agencies that is there to clutch the culprits that is engaged in looting the national wealth, are completely at FUME against the Supreme Court to address them as parrot , pigeons or the sparrows. This has completely broken the mental strength and the spirit of these agencies to fully do their job with the highest of the inertia and with tremendous force.
Many of them who have spoken on these issues do not want their name to come to the forefront, as they think that their job would be in danger if they openly castigate the Supreme Court for the same, but they have behind the curtain , have completely " COLLARED - AND - CREAMED " the Supreme Court for the manner in which it is giving its verdict to bring the politicians out of the jail .
In many a places at India the ones, the lawyers who have pulled them out of the jail, like Arvind Kejriwal and a host of the politicians, the people have started addressing the lawyers and their fraternity as " BASTARDS OF LAW" .
The kind of the words that are used by the highest court,
which compares us to the sparrow, pigeons, parrots etc are very detrimental,
from the heart and the mind for us to swallow. Some have gone to the extent of
saying that if these affairs continues to be the same – THERE WOULD BE NOGING AS LAW
PREVAILING IN THE COUNTRY AND NOBODY WOULD BELIEVE IN THE LAW AND THE
CONSTITUTION LAID. As they
are the Central Government employee, they want themselves to be unnamed but
they who are in the C.R.P.F / B.S.F
and the respective State Police, are all mentally very depressed to
continue in their jobs because of the relented and unwanted political
pressures, which are being used by the lawyers to always interrupt the ones
who are the CUSTODIAN OF THE LAW
Frankly speaking the HIGHEST CUSTODIAN OF THE LAW,
and the HIGHEST COURT which have given so many a VERDICT
to the ones who have come out of the jail, with so called by their decision HAVE
BEEN NEVER AND ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY THE PEOPLE AT LARGE and this has
completely UPROOTED the mindset of the POLICE and the INVESTIGATION
authorities
ADVOCATE Mr RANGANATHAN ;; SUPREME COURT IS NO MORE A TEMPLE TO STAND AND SERVE THE IMPOVERISH
The general public at many a states who are upset with these decision, and the decision TO STOP BULLDOZING the illegal structures of building stc by the State Government, also has come in for severe criticism by the public at large of India. and their verdict of the law, that they have advocated, they are being abused, the people are ABUSING the lawyers and the SOBRIQUET that they are using it against them are BASTARD OF THE LAW .
This would not affect the ones like Kapil Sibal, Manu Singhvi, but it would completely DUST AND MINCE the likes of Jethmalani Sahab , and Mr Salve who have always been the GOD – OF – LAW – AT – EARTH to keep the SANCTITY of the law so pure and refined here at the earth.
WHY ARE THE PEOPLE SO TERIBLY
UPSET AND ANGRY AGAINST Mr MODI – ::
The people of India were terribly upset and totally BOILING
with temper when the Abhaya case was so badly dealt by the Congress. They
wanted the law to be transformed and reformed into something which could be
very concentrative and sharp to the point with NO CULPRIT BEING LET OFF.
Moreover the LAW which was dealt by the Police be it at the respective states or be it at
the border by the I.T.B.P/ B.S.F the Indian Rangers , ought to be very strict
with everything. There is no limit to the intrusion and INFILTRATION and the Muslims are being
purposely allowed to cross over and settle at places at Jharkhand, Bengal,
Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, and a few places which are hindi speaking
belt the prominent of it being Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
The people of the country
VERY SINCERELY and with a HIGHEST kind of FAITH and with every HOPES
had pinned their faith on Mr Modi to implement and imply the C.A.A/U.C.C
and to harshly come out with a DRIVE to drive out the
infiltrators and the INTRUSIONERS from the land
.They also needed some of the reforms of the law to be very strict with
the ANTI- CONVERSION and the CONVERSION LAW with some of the rules to be amended for
the MARRIAGE ACT which completely related to the Hindus. This never happened in a span of a decade under the Mr Modi rule and the SLAP of it was evident when the B.J.P saw it falling from 303 seats to 240 seats.
This was the basic REASON
THAT THE PEOPLE VOTED FOR Mr MODI TO BE IN FULL POWER with an ABSOLUTE MAJORITY. A period of a DECADE
was handed to the present PRIME MINISTER with such
a HIGH HOPES for him to deliver
on these lines with a full support from the behind, ie, behind the curtain, of the
people who were DAMN ready to LAY THEIR LIFE FOR HIM for implementing all these rules within a
period of TEN YEARS. However nothing being served on the table by the
Prime Minister the PEOPLE SHOWED THEM, what we call it as IDIOM
and that is “ THE COCK HAS LAID THE EGG ” for the present B.J.P and the Prime Minister
to watch the FUN.
MANY LAWS AND
RULES ARE NEEDED TO BE CHANGED IN THE INDIAN POLICE ACT IMMEDIATELY – ::
Law as a matter of
fact it seems, now does not exists at ll. There is nothing that one could call it as law
and there is NO SECURITY for anything
here in this country. Law of the day, and today , IS
A MOLL , OR A PARAMOUR , WHICH HOTTENS UP THE BED OF THE POLITICIANS AND THE
POLICE OFFICERS ARE LEFT TO HANG THEMSELVES
IN SHAME AT INDIA.
The Indian Police Act which was formulated and framed by the British , and has been continuing in the same manner is being continued in the same manner even as of now and as of today. There at Britain, a Police man who joins in as a Sergeant, retires as a CHIEF OF POLICE in its highest rank and here at India a Havildar retires as a Havildar The Britisher who had formulated the Indian Police Act and its reformed has been LOP – SIDED with many a hole and gaps in it with many who are piercing that everyday to their own advantage and the main or the prima – donna of it are the politicians. The job to expedite by the policeman have become very tedious. There have been many cases where the police men has either shot his senior or has shot himself.
With the advent of Mr Modi as the Prime Minister and the
head of the nation, it was assumed by the Police fraternity that a MAJOR
changes and amendments in the rules would come into force with many outdated
regulation and the regulation of the police law would be amended. For this the
Police and its world waited for about ten years before the entire WORLD
OF POLICE at India voted against the B.J.P and Mr Modi this time.
The entire PARADIGM of the Police and
its training ought to change. The police has to be trained by the method of GUIRELLA-
WARFARE – TECHNIQUE beside the AMBUSH technique as exactly
as the MILITARY trainings
are imparted to the military unit. It is because , now- a- days, the criminals

TO FIGHT THE NAXALS TRAINED BY THE CHINESE, AND LADED BY THE CHINESE ARMS TO
TAKE THEM LIKE YOU TOOK THE CRIMINALS IN THE BRITISH ERA OF THEIR RULE AT INDIA.
THE LAW REGARDING THE OWNERSHIP OF UNWILLED PROPERTY :: THE INDIAN
ARMY IS AT THE WORST EBBS - ::
Many of the widows of the
soldiers of the Indian Army who have been killed by the terrorist at the
border, are facing such a tough time, that it has become very hard for them to
express themselves.They along with their sons or daughters have been forced to
leave their house, being forced, to have been robbed of their house which their
father- in- law have prepared and which was UNWILLED
Say, the father – in – law by the name A has built a house and he has two son.One of
them looks the agriculture field, and the other one by the name SURINDER had been killed by the terrorist.
This soldier leaves his wife and his daughter .
The father all of a sudden expires , and prepares no will of
his property. The other brother takes the care of the mother at the house, and
the entire property. Since the mother is with the son who takes care of
The lady is all at the wits – end , of the life and the
world. With a daughter and nobody to fend for herself – WHERE WOULD SHE RUN AND GO.
Her world is completely catastrophes. This has been
the case of many a police personnel who have been killed by the naxals, and to
many a civilians who have met this fate.
When the Modi Government took over in 2014, many expected
the Prime Minister to change these kind of
UNWILLED PROPERTY MATTER with the share equally divided
between the living ones of the one who created that property but could not will
that. TO THE DISMAY, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE IN THIS MATTER SO FAR. The net result was the entire Indian Military
personnel, the entire fraternity of Indian Police and many civilians DID NOT VOTE FOR THE B.J.P AND Mr MODI
THIS TIME .
Better the Modi Government immediately sets its eye on this
matter, and changes the UNWILLED
PROPERTY
bringing about A WHOLESOME CHANGE asserting
that the WILLS OF THE WIDOW WOULD NOT
HOLD ITS LEGAL IMPORTANCE IN COURT
Atleast many of those who are forced to sleep in the open
sky or the unwanted places will at least get to live in the property that
legally belonged to them as the slayed husband or the deceased had their legal
right on the property.
The quick the Modi Government does it the better it would
be. Listening to unwanted and illogical people in this matter would only bring
a lot of unwanted misery to the ones who are being put to the endless troubles,
and to the present B.J.P government.
THE CIVIL SOCIETY
TOO HAS NOT BEEN HAPPY WITH THE MODI GOVERNMENT ON THIS AND THESE MATTER
The civil society too, has not been very happy with the present
Modi Government right from 2019 in this and many of these matters. Right
from the SOCIETAL RIGHTS and many of the CIVIL RIGHTS
especially relates to the law and that relates to the court cases, are so very
pounding and mentally draining, that the Indian legal system has pruned many
who have moved to the court to hang themselves after millions of money put in the
coffers of the lawyers and yet the cases being fought for more than 25 years
and inspite of the same , no verdict coming out of the same.
THE AJMER RAPE
CASE – WHAT IS THE END RESULT OF THE SAME.
Take the Ajmer case of 1992. Such a kind of a crime
with RAPE AND MOLESTATIONS
of their most gruesome kind that took place, the result and the verdict has come
now. WHAT IS THE USE OF THE VERDICT
WHEN IT HAS BEEN DECLARED AFTER A GAP OF 32 YEARS. Some of them who
did that crime might have been dead. The others are in a position , might be,
that DIE AT JAIL OR DIE OUTSIDE IT- ONE OF THE SAME.
Sometimes it takes a bit longer for the Government to fall
back on the pending issue, many of them which I have cited here. There could be
many a reasons for the same. However, a lot of time elapsing cannot be taken as
a wholesome issue, to be placed and put, either in a black – burner, or on the
last of the seat, or the bench to decide and act on it.

Law needs in many a place, and many a case to be reformed,

Between 2014 to 2024 before the national elections, this
Modi Government should have done that.They did not and have FAILED themselves.
THIS IS THE LAST
CHANCE, BUT A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY.
Five years of the time is A GLORIUS time to act and
enact the laws and bring about a wholesome change in every sphere of everything
that exists .If the present Government really acts on it and on them THIS
LAST CHANCE COULD BE A GLORIOUS FIRST CHANCE FOR THEM TO GLORIFY TO RULE FOR
MANY AND MANY A YEARS IN THIS COUNTRY.
THE OPPOSITION AND THE BASTARS OF THE LAW will never allow it to happen and to fall in
place That is for sure, but a RECONCILIATORY
GOVERNMENT DOES THAT , FREEZING
THEMSELVES LIKE THE ICE, OR TEMPERING
THEMSELVES WITH FIRE
This could be a MILESTONE for the present Modi GOVERNMENT if they do that AND YES- THEY CAN DO IT
