Has The COURT - FOR - ARBITRATION - FOR -
SPORTS Fixed Itself In An Tangle By
Itself
WRONG IS PERFORMED BY EVERYBODY AND ALL- TO CORRECT IT IS THE BEST AND APPROPRIATE “ RIGHT ”
To come out of the tangle is to correct
the wrong rather than pulling up with the wrong
It is over a week now that the final verdict about Vinesh
Phogat would come and it is for the first time and the first occasion that it
is taking so much of time for the Court Of Arbitration For Sports is taking such a long time for delivering its
verdict on Vinesh Phogat.
Is Vinesh Phogat really worth a SILVER which she is
demanding from the Court. YES. Absolutely tes. That
Silver JUDICIOUSLY and very ABJECTLY belongs
to her. One might ask me why and what could be the reason/The answer is as
follow
She fought the bout when her weight was well within the
limit weight which was at fifty kilograms. When she entered the fray to take on
her fight sje was weighing fourty nine kilograms and aboyt nine hundred grams
which was wqell below the limit of fifty kilograms.
Well within the acceptable weight and within all the
regulations which told herw eight to be correct, she entered the ring and one
by one she floored three wrestlers to move into the finals. That was all correct
and nothing could be found wrong with her- NOTHING.
WRESTRLING – THE PRIMITIVE OLD DAYS AND THE MODERN FORM OF WRESTLING
The modules and the paradigm of this sports has changed and
it has changed for every aspect and every paradigm which we see it today.
Wresting in the Olympics and in other intercontinental
sports, was played everyday whenever an inter continental sports was held, with
a gap of a day. Initially during the old days, a wrestler had to fight for one
bout per day during the intercontinental sports and would be subjected to a day
of gap or rest as we call it , before he or she would take on the next round to
fight.
This paradigm has changed now and now the wrestler has to
fight all the bouts from the moments his or her weight category of bouts
starts, and has to finish all his bout on the same dte and the day. This trend
came up from 1988 and it is being continued uptil and until now.
The MODERN “ GAMUT ” Of Wrestling
:: It Is A One Day Affair
The modern gamut and the rule of the games of wrestling is
that ALL THE BOUTS FOR A WRESTLER
FOR THAT WEIGHT CATEGORY OUGHT TO BE FINISHED ON THE SAME DAY AND THE WINNERS
WOULD HAVE TO BE DECLARED FOR THE MEDALS ON THE SAME DAY.
From 1988 till this Olympics all the wrestling bouts for
each and every category are finished within ONE day. If only some
IMPEDIMENTS comes, or occurs , in then the bout could
be shifted on the next day for its completion, else within the time period of a
day, all the bouts ought to be completed.
This time at Paris the Games Village were constructed and
erected at a very far off distance. The transport used to ply the players from
the games village to the main stadium and back, took a lot of time for the
players to reach their venues for every game and the timings got wafted and
affected as a reason Vinesh and her
final bout was postponed to the next day for completion. NOTHING WRONG AND SO NO CAUSE FOR VINESH
TO BE BLAMED FOR THE SAME.
However in doing so Vinesh added some weight and she reduced
a lot of it because of some food items which were the plantains and the water
that she gulped. Her body absorbed those food stuff in an manner that the
weight which increased by ONE HUNDRED
GRAMS could not be reduced. THAT IS NOT HER FAULT AT ALL.
It happens that at times the food that one gulps, does not comes out as a waste
at the appropriate time because of the body absorption of the food stuff.
VINESH HAS NOT
PLAYED ANYTHING FOUL – SHE HAS BEEN CLEAN.
Vinesh Phogat has not done anything improper nor has
she cheated anybody at all .She has not done anything INJUDIOUS and improper. She was clean and she has been
clean. She had to face the acrimony because of the adjustment that she did to regulate
the organisers to move ahead with their programmes to complete their schedules
. She did not break any rule.
She reached the finals by beating all her opponent, to make it to the finals, when her weight was 49 Kgs .900 grams, which was well below the 50 kilograms of weight. If the finals was held on the same day when she won her
first three bouts, which according to the rules should have played on the same
day itself, perhaps Vinesh would have WON THE GOLD AS WELL. However when
the events was dragged to the next day- all these improper unworthy acts
happened. She singularly has NOT to be blamed.
The Organiser Are In Fix
Vinesh was NOT disqualified for the three bouts that she
won. On that day she was well within the weight. It only happened on the next
day when the Finals were dragged that she was found overweight by one hundred
grams for the finals.
OK- if that is the case, she ought to be disqualified to
play the finals. In that case as she was a finalist and as she was disqualified
to play the finals, the finalist ought to have been awarded the GOLD
MEDAL by DEFAULT.
The SILVER medal was her for every reason and that they
should have awarded to her. That would have solved the MALADY .However
that was not to be.
The organizer had ONE finalist. To bring on the
other finalist, they brought in the wrestler to fight the AMERICAN finalist only to
breach the competitor for the finals, to fill in the blank and the breach
. THIS
IS ABSOLUTELY FAULTY AND WRONG.
A GOLD MEDAL CAN BE SHARED , NOT A SILVER
In any games or sports , only a GOLD medal can be shared. Say for an example, the WORLD CUP FOOTBALL finals is being played. The team playing the finals could not beat one another. If the organisers wish they can allow both theteam to share the World Cup then.
However a SILVER medal cannot be shared /If the winner is not decided then the Silver medal causes a SPACE BLANK. That was seen in the finals of the 1970 fotbal match, where the finals of the Asian Games Football match between Burma and South Korea eneded in a draw and the Gold was shared. The Silver was not awarded to anybody andthe Bronze was awarded to India.
Hre in this case the FIX and the HEADACHE is THE SILVER IS SHARED as there would be TWO SILVER MEDALLIST To make the matter easy Wrestler Vinesh has already proclaimed that SHE IS READY TO SHARETHE SILVER. That has made the matter more easy for the jury of the arbitrator to make the easy and the right moves.
Now the : RIGHTFUL ANDJUDICIOUS SILVER " ought to be awarded to Vinesh , and the " HONORARY SILVER " already has been awarded to the one who lost in the finals.
You cannot reschedule the events for anything. If you
disqualify ONE for some reason than that place remains vacant and
the other are not brought ion to fill that blank space in any form of sports in
the inter continental event. That type of rescheduling is very wrong.
In this case you have disqualified a finalist because she
was overweight for the final bouts. OK-
she does not possesses the right to play the FINALS only. However she made
it to the finals well within the regulated rules to qualify for the same for
the finals. As you disqualified her to play the finals, she will not play the
finals but she , since has reached the finals, will have to be awarded the SECOND
PLACED SILVER MEDAL, and that is her JUDICIOUSLY
Now the games organisers are in a fix. They adjusted to bring
another competitor for the Finals, made her to play the finals and awarded the
SILVER medal to her. This is totally wrong. The problem for the games organizer
are-;
HOW CAN AN EVENT HAVE TWO SEMI
– FINALIST WINNING TWO SILVER. Yes it cannot be BUT YOU MADE IT BECAUSE OF IGNORANCE OF
THE RULES THAT GOVERNS THE GAME.
The athlete in the court has agreed to and for a joint
silver medal. She has made the things very easy and clear for you all. All you
have to do is AWARD VINESH PHOGAT THE SILVER
MEDAL WHICH RIGHTFULLY BELONGS TO HER.
The lady who won the SILVER in the same event of
the same weight category was beaten by a score of 7-5 by Vinesh when
her weight was 49 kilograms and 100 grams, less and within the weight of 50
kilograms on that day
Vinesh was better than the lady who won the SILVER as she
had beaten her. A little misjudgement by
the organizing committee, who faltered to fall on the rules rescheduled the
fights which is wrong to adjudicate a SILVER MEDDALION who should
have fought for the BRONZE and not the SILVER.
When Vinesh Phogat IS
NOT OBJECTING AT ALL FOR THE SILVER MEDAL TO BE SHARED WHY IS THE COURT OF
ARBITRATION OF SPORTS IS DILLY – DALLYING THE MATTER ?
Rightfully – THE SILVER IS AWARDED TO VINESH PHOGAT ON AUGUST 16TH
2024 If that is done THE COURT WILL WIN
MANY. MANY AND MANY HEARTS FROM THE FRATERNITY OF SPORTS.
