It is a known fact that India has been a country which and where after the Independence only FIVE percent has been affluently FILTHY RICH and again only FIVE percent of the Indians pay the INCOME TAX and it is these five percent which pays the I-T is responsible for the ENGINE GROWTH of this nation.

 The populous of this nation is such that during the British rule, the Britishers has bifurcated and had divided this nation in terms of so many a category of the living beings that the notable of them have been the  SCHEDULE TRIBE  and the SCHEDULE CASTE category.

It is not that these categories were never thought of being uplifted by the Indian Government by the ones which came intothe power from 1952,  and which still at present is doing so much to lift the impoverish and the down trodden of this country. Trillions of money has been taken out of the coffers of the Indian Government, from time to time to spend it for the welfare means of this category.

What Is The “ ILLEGALITIES ” Of This F.R.C.A - ::

 This money usually comes to India from the United States Of America. United States Of America as compared to India is a superfluous rich nation which could be described as FILTHY RICH in terms of anything as compared to India. They  have money which could be atleast that could be assumed as MULTIPLY BY X NUMBER OF TIMES as compared to India.

There are certain law and certain measures that regu;ates the law which allows the inflow or the cash flow that concerns with the dime which here in India we call it as money.The Government through the Reserve Bank of India, transact the cash flow that comes from the outside ie the area that we could construe it as ACROSS THE BORDER >

However IT IS A FACT – AS CLEAR AS THE BROAD DAY LIGHT TO SAY THAT MORE THAN 90 PERCENT OF THESE DIME AS NEVER REACHED TO THE ONES WHO OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN BENIFITTED..The ones in ther middle with their hands in gloves with the Government authorities have scooped and swallowed it and that actually is the DASTARDLY ACT for these human beings and the likes of them, added to that list have remained  improvised impoverished for the want of money .

 The “ LAW ” That Regulates The Inflow Of The F.C.R.A Cash - ::

 There are certain law and certain measures that regu;ates the law which allows the inflow or the cash flow that concerns with the dime which here in India we call it as money.The Government through the Reserve Bank of India, transact the cash flow that comes from the outside ie the area that we could construe it as ACROSS THE BORDER >

 The law that regulates these cash that comes from outside the country to the institutions that receives it is NONE OF MY BOTHERATION. But what bothers is the ones who receieves that and how they spend it The ones who receive these amounts are the N.G.O’s and the institutions as such as the N.G.O.To cite as an example the FOUNDATION OF MOTHER TERESA is a kind of an institution that receieves it .

 Is There Any Harsh Treatment That Receives That- ::

I have no idea about how those who receives these money are treated and what have they to do before they receive these kind of money . I cannot debate on the same. But there is one act of debate which forces me to say – ::

 “ THESE MONEY ARE NOT ACCOUNTED CORRECTLY AND THESE ARE NOT USED FOR THE MEANS AND THE PURPOSE THAT THEY SHOULD BE USED FOR.”

 These money over a period of time is being used for such - ::

 1 ) .  These are used for CONVERSION of the ones who accept the dime to convert their religion……

2 ) . It also could be so that these money are being transferred to the ones , who are terrorist within the boundary of the country……

 When you witness and see the Shaheen Bagh, when you see the Framers Agitations, when you see the CJP  and its anarchy at the Delhi Jantar-Mantar or near to the Parliament house, the ones who call them as the protestors, carrying the weapons, the rods, the iron bars, the swords, the knifes the petrol bombs, it makes us to feel very sure about self that THE MONEY IS BEING FUNDED BY SOME OUTSOURCE TO BUY THESE ARMS TO DEFLATE AND DESTABILISE INDIA.

So far so long these money use to come by WHIFF and go by WHIZZS.The recent example has been one where A  HIGHLY – PLACED – OFFICIAL – from the U. S belonging to the TRUMP administration came to Kolkatta, visited the charitytrust house of Mother Teresa  and paid this F.C.R.A amount and flew to Pakistan . Definitely he musthave handed the dime to that institution.

 What conspire by this motivational movement of the dime is that NO ACCOUNTING by the Government Oo India or by any agency has been made for the transaction. This is how it is being brought in our country and this is how the accounts are not being accounted for. This practice and practice has been going over for decades and decades in this country.

 The Government of the day has taken a step to eradicate this problems for once and all and to hold these types of money accountable. This is the GREATEST servicethat they are redendering to the nation . This bill ought to be laid in thetable and passed in both the houses of the parliament

 “ ATLEAST THE CONVERSION WOULD BE STOPPED, THE BENIFICIARIES WOULD BE HOLD ACCOUNTABLE AND INDIA WILL REMAIN INDIA AND THE HINDUS WILL REMAIN HINDUS ”.

 One’s like Naseer – Ud – Din Shah, Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi might notlike it and many who are LEFT- LIBERANDOS and the CONGRESS – WINDOWS will not like that BUT WHO CARES.
